- Philip (8/5): - this is a great property buy let down by the parking, the parking is just to fae away with young chidren parking to far away
- Richard (10/5): -
- Daniela (8/5): -
- Amanda (9/5): - Layout, clean and modern. Outside space was a bit overgrown.
- Laura (6/5): Great views, other comprises needed - Great view of harbour, clean, tidy lovely place Main front door sticks making it difficult to access building had to contact office for support, the apartment temperature was unbearably hot and did get a lot of sleep the whole stay, photos made the balcony and decking seem closer than they were and garden was quite overgrown/ steep.
- Ambrosio (10/5): A great place with view to stay! - Very well kept and equipped!
Great cleaning. Garden is a plus.
Beautiful view! Not comfortable dining area. Stools are a bit too high.
Full length mirror thinking about women.
- Andrew (8/5): Very good -
- Leigh (9/5): Superb -
- Rebecca (8/5): Very good - Lovely view from the property , comfy bed and great little touches with complimentary bits on arrival , scones, biscuits and much more! My only issue would be that the property can get quite hot, if fans were provided it would have been great.
- Sharon (9/5): Magnificent view to watch the sky and sea. And especially watching the tides - Great view. And easy to get into town Would like to have had easier directions to get there.
- Nigel (9/5): Comfortable and very convenient, would definitely stay there again. - The parking bay for the apartment is at the Rugby Club which is a fair distance away. This wasn't clear at the time of booking.
- George (10/5): Fabulous apartment with a perfect sea view - Very tidy modern apartment with a perfect view. It has a perfect sea view.
- Susan (10/5): Beautiful, well-appointed flat made for a easy and restful stay in St. Ives - Len's Lookout is indeed that, so you need to be comfortable with climbing stairs. The location was great and within walking distance to downtown St. Ives and had amazing views. The flat was well-equipped, designed, comfortable and clean. I was traveling solo but imagine this would be great for a group of 4. There's a great deck off the back for grilling, but I found I was pretty tired by the time I got back at the end of the day so I didn't use it choosing instead to eat out or use the kitchen. The management team was very responsive to questions I had during my stay. I would stay here again! I couldn't figure out how I was supposed to open the garbage can with the key so took it with me and disposed of it elsewhere. So, better instructions there would be helpful. The wifi worked well when it was on but kept turning off. The management company quickly provided instructions but I would consider including this info in the onsite binder. The modem is on the back of the TV, BTW. It would also be great to provide door stops to hold the doors open as it would help to improve airflow/circulation within the flat. It was still cool when I was there but I think this will be important in the warmer months as this is the top floor flat. I'd also recommend fans for warmer months as I think the units in the rooms were for heat, not AC. (but I could be wrong, I didn't need it).
- Sonya (10/5): amazing loved it would definitely return - everything lovely and clean shower too small
- Samuel (7/5): Good - nice views and very clean lovely location no wifi at all and parking is to far way
