• MARIA CANDELARIA (9/5): 100% Recomendable - El apartamento está bien ubicado, nuevo, con todas las comodidades, fácil acceso desde una de las vías principales de la ciudad y el tener parking privado lo hace todo muchísimo más cómodo. Somos repetidores y volveremos en cualquier otra ocasión
• AIDA (10/5): Apartamento cómodo y muy recomendable! - Fuimos por trabajo y el apartamento estaba muy cerca del sitio. Tiene párking y esto fue muy cómodo, a parte de tener servicios como supermercado y otros muy cerca. Estuvimos genial, y volveremos sin duda! No hemos encontrado ninguna mejora a destacar.

• Felix (9/5): - Alfredo was a wonderful host and communication on check in times was very straight forwards. The apartment is a couple of minutes from a bus stop with easy access to the airport and other parts of the island. The beach is a 10 minute walk too and the apartment was a perfect base for a few days in las palmas.

Wnętrze jest zadbane, czyste i dobrze utrzymane, dzięki czemu od razu można poczuć się komfortowo i swobodnie. Pomieszczenia są jasne i estetycznie urządzone, co tworzy miłą atmosferę do odpoczynku po dniu spędzonym na zwiedzaniu miasta lub na plaży. Apartament jest dobrze wyposażony i przygotowany z myślą o wygodzie gości. Wszystko jest uporządkowane i schludne, co sprawia bardzo dobre wrażenie. Dodatkowym atutem jest dostępny parking, co jest dużym udogodnieniem dla osób podróżujących samochodem. Gospodarz jest bardzo miły i pomocny, dba o komfort gości i chętnie służy pomocą w razie potrzeby. To idealna opcja dla osób, które cenią sobie czystość, spokój oraz przyjemne miejsce do relaksu w Las Palmas. Pogłos na tarasie.

• Gosia (9/5): Polecam super miejsce - Lokalizacja super w ścisłym centrum. Blisko sklepy i plaża. Parking dostępny na miejscu co jest bardzo dużym plusem. Spokojna okolica.

• Patricia (8/5): Excelente ubicación y muy buena relación calidad-precio - La ubicación cerca de la playa las Canteras y zona de bares, la atención del anfitrión y sobre todo contar con plaza de parking. Lo peor ha sido que a partir de las 22 horas no se puede ni siquiera poner la televisión, ni hablar porque molestas a los vecinos y enseguida te llaman la atención. No puedes usar la terraza por la noche ni tener el balcón abierto porque al parecer se escucha todo. En mi opinión las 10 de la noche es temprano para estar en silencio si vas de vacaciones, y más aún con niños que pueden hacer algo de ruido. El alojamiento ha sido excelente en todos los sentido pero por este detalle no repetiría.
• Espen (2/5): Bra leilighet, hvis du liker veldig harde senger så er det supert. - Grei leilighet, ganske nytt bygg. Parkeringsanlegget var veldig bra. Sengene var elendige. Dette ødela hele oppholdet mitt. Prøvde å få verten til å ordne dette, f.eks med å komme med en overmadrass. Det ville han ikke, han mente alt var bra med disse sengene. Jeg gikk da til innkjøp av overmadrass selv, og fikk endelig sove. Men denne var han ikke interessert i å beholde, så neste person som skal inn her får sove på harde senger. Ellers var det litt minus at det ikke var installert aircondition, men det var en vifte i leiligheten.

• Claus (9/5): - Alles neu, sauber, praktisch. Großzügige Wohnung, sympathischer Eigentümer, gute Kommunikation. Über den Patio ist die Wohnung recht hellhörig. Allerdings verhielten sich die Nachbarn meist ruhig.
• Armin (10/5): - Great for a few days stay in Las Palmas. Canteras beach is 600m and the Market is even closer with delicious food (Peruvian, Cuban, fish restaurants in the Market's building)
• Mónica (10/5): EXCELENTE!! - Vivienda situada en edificio nuevo con todas las comodidades disponibles. Limpio y bien cuidado. Tiene servicios muy cerca como banco, supermercado...y a 5 minutos de la playa a pie. Importante el aparcamiento gratuito dentro del edificio. Totalmente recomendable, repetiré!!!

• SOFIA (7/5): Super - Appartement très sympa, neuf avec tous ce qui faut pour un voyage en famille, le quartier est à 10 min de la plage de las canteras avec beaucoup de commerce et supermarché à coté. je pensais que la isleta faisait partie du centre mais c'était quand même un peu loin, on n'avez pas de voiture et pour aller au centre il fallait ou prendre un taxi ou le bus et avec les enfants ce n'était pas très pratique à chaque fois, car le centre est un peu loin, donc si vous êtes motorisé n'hésitez pas il y a même une place de garage gratuite.

• Ilona (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was really clean and equipped with everything you could need. The owner was helpful and polite. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe. The neighbours are really noise sensitive, even before 10pm.
• Anže (9/5): Superb - Good, central location. Small but cozy apartment with an underground parking. The staff was friendly and helpful. The apartment is on one of the lowest floors in an otherwise large building with the balcony turned away from the street (surrounded by the building). This means the apartment doesn't get much daylight (it is relatively quiet though). Also, lights in the apartment are a bit too bright and too cold for my taste.
• Nemanja (9/5): Superb - Everything was new in the apartment, and very well-equipped. The location of the apartment is great. We had a rent a car so free parking for us was a big plus. Also, the apartment was very clean. We couldn't use a frying pan because it was not suitable for an induction stove. Also, provided coffee capsules could not fit in the machine, it's not compatible with the one in the apartment.
