- Julie (9/5): A peaceful, nicely appointed unit presented with flair. - This is a lovely self contained unit attached to the house in a semi-rural area 10 minutes drive from Bathurst CBD. It has been beautifully appointed, with nice linen and a wonderfully comfortable bed. Hannah clearly has flair! The breakfast basket is generous with fresh eggs and all the makings for a great morning and again is nicely presented. We enjoyed the chickens - and the view to Mt Panorama. Despite the fact that this is essentially one end of the family home, Hannah ensures that you have complete privacy, and we were totally independent, with our own access, parking place, patio etc. No concerns. - Michael (9/5): Excellent hosts and quality accommodation - Directions were very clear. Property has an excellent outlook and is convenient to town. Though the highway is reasonably close traffic noise was low. Cooking facilities were more than adequate for our needs and the breakfast goodies were appreciated Shower needs some extra support for older folk possibly a shelf to put stuff on and maybe a chair.

- Carol (10/5): Perfect - Very comfortable, quiet, self-contained apartment at a good price. Well-equipped kitchen, large accessible bathroom, sitting area with TV. Bed was very comfortable, with electric blanket for a cool night. Hannah came to greet us and was very cordial. Will definitely stay again. Slightly tricky to find the first time (and might be difficult in the dark) as there's a narrow driveway down to the property. But the upside is that there is a terrific view across the valley from the room.

- Carol (10/5): Perfect place to stay - The studio apartment is part of the main building so we felt it was a safe location, but it also felt private because it has its own driveway and entrance. The view to the mountain range is lovely. A very light continental breakfast was provided, We were grateful for the provided toaster, we had our own bread and spreads A good quality mattress topper would be an improvement. We quickly gave up trying to watch TV, the connection is bad. A couple of coffee sachets and black tea bags would have been appreciated, not everyone drinks herbal teas or green tea but otherwise everything else was perfect for our needs. One suggestion is that the B in the address be shown as a lower case "b", to avoid any possible confusion.

Although the location is beautiful the noise from traffic drifts up the hill, but if you can block that out, it is well worth the stay.

The location is so convenient, only 5 minutes to town, but it feels like you are miles away. The room is spacious, comfortable and has everything that you could possibly need.
