• Mathew (9/5): A great accommodation option at a great location. - The location was perfect. Close to Salamanca Place and the entertainment district as well as the wharf area. The mirror in the bathroom was not the best for men's shaving. A proper bathroom mirror adjacent to the basin would have been better.

As the cleaner was still Would have been nice to have a welcome basket with treats! Otherwise all good. I requested an earlier check in time of 2.00pm. A reply other than an automated response would have been helpful
• sharon (9/5): Good location in Hobart - -great location -walk into town -great local pub Shipwrights Arms Notes not complaints : -parking was an issue. Only able to park outside for 2 hours. Very confusing for a visitor. -didn’t receive house guide -be aware of steep steps up to house if you have a lot of luggage

The iron needs to be replaced as it does not heat up or provi - The location was really good With the step down from the bedroom to the dining area unfortunately caused my wife to have a fall and suffer bruising to knee, elbow and twisted toe. You need some sort of yellow hi vis indicator on the internal step. The electronic keypad often did not work. Up to 10 turns sometimes to engage. Great idea but it needs to be looked at. The dry rot on balustrade on the stairs needs fixing

• Frank Oliver (10/5): - A lovely cottage in the center of the historic battery point of Hobart. With two bedrooms (double and single bed) a perfect spot to travel with friends. Quiet and cozy. Everything was perfect, Wlan, free toiletries, towels, tabs etc. were provided. The communication with the landlord was super-fast and easy – many thanks for this. We would have stayed longer if time allows, but we would definitely book it again. There was nothing to criticize.

• Scoot (9/5): Great location and a very comfortable property - Location to Salamanca & CBD was amazing! Very comfortable beds and had all the facilities anyone would need. Wifi worked really well. No instructions on where to place recycling and no bin outside to place bin from inside of property.

We contacted the person who was on contact but did not pick up, so we were locked out.we worked out to get spare key in lock box was for emergencies & had to find how to get around to back area which meant we had to enter another peoples cottage yard pasted there lounge/kitchen and open our back door go through our cottage to open front door every time we went any where. Got a text message to say someone was going to fix but never saw any one for our 6 day stay!

• Lisa (9/5): Superb location, comfortable and clean. Perfect for exploring the awesome Salamanca area of Hobart. - Brilliant location, can walk anywhere. Neat, tidy , clean and comfortable. Hard to get luggage in and out with no parking at all.

• Denise (10/5): Perfect location and comfortable accommodation - We were very comfortable in this accommodation. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedroom quiet at night and the bathroom was big. We slept well and enjoyed Hobart, especially the Saturday market, the best we have ever experienced. Everything was great.

• Kerry (10/5): Quality cottage in historic location - Beautiful cottage with easy walking access to Salamanca, CBD and the waterfront. Quality furniture and amenities throughout and very comfortable beds. Also close by to some great little cafes, restaurants and bars. Just perfect for the three of us. Would definitely stay again, and would highly recommend. The “no parking” wasn’t an issue for us, as we explored the city by foot and the use of taxis. . NA

No outdoor lounge, just uncomfortable chairs. No clothes line. TV didn’t work and was never fixed even when reported.
• Simon (7/5): Get a new managing agent that answers the phone and actually does follow up and fix things - Great location. Kitchen and bathrooms clean and functional TV had a fault. In spite of several calls to the managing agent there was no timely response or follow up. Likewise if there was wifi we were not able to connect and there were no instructions on which one or the password

Walking distance to the city, close to lots of bars, restaurants and cafes, also very close to the Salamanca markets. The streets are also beautiful to walk around. The house seems to have been recently renovated and had lots of little touches that made it feel very homely. Hosts were very friendly and responsive to messages. Highly recommend! Nothing!

Would’ve been nice to watch a movie at night but without a smart tv, that option wasn’t available. It’s not a biggie but it would make me think twice about rebooking.

• Christina (10/5): Amazing unit & location - Lovely spacious unit, excellent location at Battery Point, easy walk to Salamanca & the city. The most comfortable bed ever, luxurious bathroom products. Loved the gas fire & added bonus washing machine & dryer. Very well equipped with everything you need, would definitely stay again when visiting Hobart, 5 stars on everything!!! Nothing at all, just be mindful of the street parking restrictions. We had no issues finding a park out front.
• Jayne (9/5): Superb - Layout, cosiness, fireplace, views, location. A lovely place to stay. Parking on Friday was challenging but weekend parking was easier and much closer to the unit. Getting 3 suitcases up and down the stone steps. Couldn't find the council waste bins for the property.
