Cannot access underground car park due to low clearance. No AC in two bedrooms.
- Lynette (7/5): A great location. - Location was gold star, property was roomy and comfortable. no milk and tea / coffee/ sugar - had not been re-stocked. The car park allocated to unit is not very user friendly. Lounges really need a steam clean!
- Lynda (5/5): Great location, needs serious upgrades to meet expected standards - Fantastic location with a great view The hot water didn’t work in the showers. The property was not cleaned well. The cooking appliances were old, with the black base of non stick frypan I used to cook scrambled eggs blending into the eggs. I had to throw it all out. The lounges were old. The lighting at the front of the property was poor. When coming in early evening (6pm) there was no light. My toe clipped the step and I nearly fell flat on my face.

The apartment is very spacious with great natural light and lovely views. It offers a lock up garage as well. Nothing

handy to everything needed for a short stay
getting the keys was easy via texts & access to the lock box
very secure & bonus lock up garage some instructions on how to use & enter the car park would be handy
there is no number on the lockable garage used for this apartment
the basin in the en suite needs attention, there must be a blockage of some sort
mould in the shower of the en suite as well needs attention
wifi this day & age should be considered for the apartment

The photos on Airbnb make it look a lot newer than what it is , the windows do need an occasional clean , we went to turn on the air con which we didn't because when you looked inside of it there was a lot of mould which is not good for anybody's health , understandably there are marks on the floor tiles from the foot traffic.
