• Emilie (1/5): Extrêmement déçue : pas de piscine - RIEN À mon arrivée, la piscine était en travaux « jusqu’à nouvel ordre », alors qu’il s’agissait d’un critère essentiel dans mon choix d’établissement. Cette information n’avait pas été mentionnée lors de la réservation ni communiquée avant mon arrivée, malgré plusieurs échanges avec l’hôtel. Je n’ai donc pas séjourné dans cet établissement. La gestion de la situation compliquée ET TOUJOURS PAS REGLE, avec un manque de suivi et des délais de réponse longs. J’ai dû réserver un autre hôtel en urgence à un tarif plus élevé. Je suis par ailleurs membre Genius niveau 3, avec de nombreuses réservations effectuées via la plateforme, ce qui rend cette expérience d’autant plus décevante. Par ailleurs, j’ai reçu un email automatique de l’établissement INVITANT LES CLIENTS A LAISSER UNE NOTE DE 5 ETOILES EN ECHANGE D'UN RABAIS sur un prochain séjour, ce qui est inapproprié.

• Nanna Annukka (7/5): Glamorous stay - Location and spacious flat The pool was out of order under renovations for months and they didn’t tell us when we booked.
• Agnes (4/5): Teleurstellend - Appartement van Viia was schoon en ruim. Ontbijt service was oké, maar mogelijk veel beperkter dat onze daadwerkelijke boeking. We kregen één dag voor ons verblijf te horen dat het zwembad niet beschikbaar was ivm onderhoudswerkzaamheden. We reisden met kinderen, waardoor we dit zeer jammer vonden en om een andere locatie hebben gevraagd. Met de temperaturen van deze stad gunden we onze kinderen een verfrissende duik. We eindigden uiteindelijk ver buiten het centrum, zonder enige faciliteiten die dit hotel wel zou hebben. Jammer en teleurstellend.

Our Kids was playing at the playground around 9.30 pm while they got a shock ( an electric shock ) on the swing and slide, we report it to the management which didn't have any answers . It was very disappointed.

• Jennifer (1/5): Nicht zu empfehlen - / Achtung, um dieses Hotel sollte man einen großen Bogen machen! Wir wurden mit Dingen geworben, die momentan nicht geboten werden (Pool), aber wahrlich skandalös ist der Umgang des Managements sowie der Mitarbeiter mit dem Kunden, wenn man diese damit konfrontiert, dass man auch die Leistungen nutzen möchte, für die man gezahlt hat. Nachdem unsere Stornierungsanfrage über Booking im Vorfeld trotz falscher Versprechungen abgelehnt wurde, wurde uns erst noch zugesichert, dass man uns ein adäquates Ersatzhotel zur Verfügung stellen würde, dann hat das Hotel aber nicht mehr geantwortet, sodass wir gezwungen waren, zum Hotel zu fahren, obwohl wir dort nicht nächtigen sollten. Vor Ort kam dann die Ernüchterung: es wurden uns gammelige Hotels angeboten, die nur die Hälfte von dem kosten, was wir hier pro Nacht gezahlt hatten, das Hotel hat also ganz klar versucht, die Hälfte unseres Geldes als reinen Profit einzustecken wie ein Zuhälter. Als wir uns damit nicht zufrieden stellten, wurde uns erst eine Stornierung in Aussicht gestellt, was sich kurze Zeit später als Lüge entpuppte. Wir sind hier erst nach ca. 4 Stunden langer Diskussion, was für uns quasi ein Verlust eines gesamten Urlaubstages bedeutete, wieder an unser Geld gekommen, und wurden im Prozess mehrfach angelogen. Außerdem wurde jegliches Argument sowie klare Beweise von unserer Seite einfach stundenlang wegignoriert. Klares respektloses Verhalten! Das Hotel knickte erst ein, als wir die Worte "unlawful" und "scam" per Whatsapp an den Manager geschrieben hatten. Diese Absurdität dass wir dem Manager auf WhatsApp schreiben konnten ergab sich übrigens daraus dass Kunden hier wohl regelmäßig stundenlang das Firmenhandy mit Whatsapp Business überlassen wird, Datenschutz wird hier also auch klein geschrieben! Alles in allem also nicht empfehlenswert wenn man kein Interesse daran hat wie ein laufender Geldautomat behandelt zu werden.
• Laurène (4/5): - Nous avons réservé cet hôtel pour sa piscine sur le toit, la veille de notre arrivée on nous a indiqué que la piscine était fermée pour travaux.. nous n’avons pas pas prendre de dispositions pour annuler notre réservation et changer d’hôtel. Le petit déjeuné est lui aussi décevant, 4 plats à choisir, dans une toute petite salle de restaurant où le personnel est loin d’être aimable et où l’attente est longue. Le personnel parle à peine anglais et ne font pas d’efforts lorsqu’ils ne comprennent pas nos demandes.

• Igor (10/5): Very spacious apartment but misleading “3-bedroom” layout - We stayed in the Presidential 3-bedroom apartment and the space was truly huge. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for a larger group. The breakfast was also very tasty and a pleasant surprise. The location is good, close to the KLCC area and within walking distance of attractions such as KLCC Park and the Petronas Towers, which makes it a convenient base for exploring Kuala Lumpur. The apartment was advertised as a 3-bedroom unit, but in reality it is structured as two separate apartments (2-bedroom + 1-bedroom) connected only by a shared corridor. Each unit has its own entrance door and lock, so it doesn’t function like one true 3-bedroom apartment. This layout might be acceptable for some groups, but it should be clearly explained in the listing. If you expect a single apartment with three bedrooms inside one unit, this can be quite misleading.

• Tímea (3/5): Nem mennék vissza - A reggelit fura módon egy kb öt tételes menüsorból kellett előző nap watsappon lejelenteni. Egyébként finom volt, frissen készítették, de ez egy külön étterem volt a szállás aljában. Nagyjából központi helyen volt a szállás, kb 15-20 perc sétára az ikertornyoktól. Egyszerűen alig lehetett a lifttel közlekedni. Hosszú-hosszú perceket kellett várni, mire be tudtunk szállni és le-, feljutni bárhová is. Erre az óriási épületre egy működő lift volt. Ha jött is, annyira tele volt állandó jelleggel, hogy nem fértünk be. A medence éppen felújítás alatt volt, erről nem kaptunk tájékoztatást előzetesen sem, sem a recepción sem. Nem a nagy szállodában kerültünk elhelyezésre, hanem egy alrészen. Öten utaztunk. Két hálószobás apartmant foglaltunk, az ötödik fő részére nem készítettek be sem pótágyat, sem törülközőket, ágyneműt (az előző szálláson ez teljesen értelemszerű volt). Amikor kértük, egy olyan pótágyat hoztak, ami egy szivacs volt és a földre kellett lerakni. A reggeli finom volt, frissen készült de egy kb öt tételes menüsorból kellett választani és minden nap előre leadni, hogy másnap mit szeretnél enni. Tisztasággal is voltak gondok. Kiköltözéskor a szálláson felejtettünk egy hajsütőt, amiért másnap visszamentünk, de egyáltalán nem voltak segítőkészek, lepattintottak minket (egy órás várakoztatás után). Sajnos a tisztasággal is voltak gondok.

• Heléne (10/5): Underbar studio med takpool och nära MRT - Det var jättefin studio. Skön säng med härliga sängkläder. Morgonrockar och tofflor. En pentrydel med möjlighet till att laga mat, en härlig balkong med fantastisk utsikt mot Petronas tower. Två rum med fint badrum. Härliga badlakan i frotté. Stream machine och en jättebra hårtork. Vattendispenser med både varmt och kallt vatten. Allt var toppen. Personalen i lobbyn var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma. På plan 45 finns gym och en fantastisk takpool. Helt fantastisk utsikt därifrån.En kort promenad från MRT så på det viset är läget perfekt. Finns inget dåligt. Kanske lite långt i från centrum. Men taxi Grab är billigt !

Bazen bol ok, aj ked za mna trochu studena voda, ale to je vsade skoro tak. ranajky sme si radsej ani nezaplatili, lebo to bol slaby vyber. Robili sme si ranajky sami. V okoli 5 min, nie je ziadna normalna restauracia ani kaviaren, musite ist trochu dalej blizsie do centra. Trosku uz bolo vidno ze to ma 7 rokov. V jednej izbe dost zapachala kanalizacia. Mensia nevyhoda, ze vam nevymienaju uteraky, a upratovanie je za poplatok, ale to sa dalo zvladnut

It was quiet and in a reasonable location near KLCC - Large apartment for 4 adults for a reasonable price with good facilities such as the pool, gym and sauna. One of two bathrooms didn’t have much hot water in the shower. There were no tea towels or dishwashing detergent, which is needed because there was no dishwasher. One of the windows in the second bedroom was broken when we arrived and stuck in the open position. However, maintenance came and quickly fixed the issue.

Поблизости пара станций метро, а при желании минут за 20 можно дойти пешком (через ухоженный центральный парк) до башен Петроникс и огромного фешенебельного торгового центра. Просторный номер с дизайнерским оформлением, хорошо оснащенный – есть даже духовка и вертикальная гладильная доска, а также минимум необходимой кухонной посуды. Правда, нет микроволновой печки. Вся мебель, оборудование и белье совершенно новые (или, по крайней мере, выглядят совершенно новыми). Хороший напор и температура воды в душе. Чистота, и в гостинице, и во всем городе. Правда, за три дня нашего пребывания ни разу не делали уборку – вероятно, нужно было заказывать через портье. Персонал проявляет готовность помочь – по нашей просьбе нам объяснили, где поблизости можно купить сим-карту местного оператора связи, а потом помогли с ее регистрацией – это тот еще квест. На крыше гостиницы бассейн с интересным видом на город с высоты 46-го этажа. Удивляет, что в гостинице нет ресторана – завтрак подают в небольшом буфете, где можно выбрать из семи вариантов от традиционного континентального до азиатских. Довольно вкусно и вполне сытно. Буфет работает с 08-00 до 17-00. При этом в непосредственной близости от гостиницы не так много кафе, ресторанов и магазинов. Если пойти от гостиницы налево, то буквально метрах в ста с левой стороны улицы есть безымянное кафе с вкусной и недорогой местной едой. Но оно настолько не «туристическое», что там даже нет меню на английском языке. Если пройти дальше до перекрестка и свернуть направо, в ближайшем небоскребе с правой стороны улицы есть итальянский ресторан «Стефания». Там отличная сервировка, но при этом дорого и не особо вкусно. Такси по городу стоит дешево, при том, что по нашим наблюдениям нет пробок. Для вызова нужно установить приложение GRAB, интерфейс весьма удобный. На балконе нет никакой мебели – как говорил Остап Бендер «совершенно не на чем культурно посидеть». В душевой кабине нет ни полочки, ни какого-нибудь выступа, так что шампунь и прочее приходится ставить на пол. У бассейна совершенно нет тени, хотя там есть ажурная конструкция, на которой, вероятно, предполагался какой-то навес. Джакузи не работало

• Ruta (9/5): We had a really comfortable stay in a great, central location - We stayed at The Manor for six days and really enjoyed it. It’s a very comfortable, spacious apartment, exactly what we like. The bedroom is separate from the living and kitchen area, so it feels like a proper home, not just a hotel room. The apartment was very clean, cozy, and the view was amazing, we could see the Petronas Towers from our windows, which made the stay feel extra special. The building itself is very nice, with a big pool on the top floors and a gym, which was a big plus for us. The location is also great, city center, embassy area, very safe and convenient. Everything is close and easy to reach. Overall, it was a super cute, comfortable stay and we really enjoyed our time there. Great place if you like apartment-style hotels with space and a good location. Nothing serious - cleaning is on request, a few more towels for the pool would be great, and shops aren’t super close, but Grab is very convenient.

• Azhar (2/5): The room air condition vents and surrounding walls have mould, they will make you sick. Please fix. - There was black mould in the room air vents especially in the bedroom, health hazard, should be removed until fixed. I notified the staff but they didn't do anything, it's very mouldy.

• Tricia (10/5): Best value stay for the 5 star view, facilities & location - Gorgeous apartment, stunning view, comfortable bed, quiet location, 10 mins walk to KLCC, large pool with great views. Staff were helpful and efficient. I was glad to see they have added some pool loungers, the pool was a little old but (faded tiles, spa not working) but overlooking that I enjoyed to large size & views.
• Kam (6/5): Not recommended - Clean, modern but super badly designed - Clean and modern room. Kitchen with all equipments needed. Nice shower and toilet. Bed was big and comfortable. Good working AC and TV. All the windows pointed towards a wall 1 meter away. This means you could only see a wall when you looked out of the window which is crazy. I can't believe this was approved in the planning and building of the hotel because you feel like you're in a Prison with no natural light. Very depressing to stay here.

• Ramp (8/5): Zentrale Lage, schöner Pool, gut ausgestattes Gym und hübsch eingerichtetes Apartment - Das Apartment war sehr schön eingerichtet, gross und sauber. Das einzige was wir auszusetzen haben, ist dass der Wasserspender beim kalten Wasser nur warm Wasser rauskam und es nur ein normales Trinkglas hatte.
• Ralukah (8/5): Good place to stay for a longer family/friends stay - Well located, good setup of the room and with a lot of equipment and tools if you want to stay longer and cook for yourself. No breakfast or restaurant to eat if you come in late or you do not want to move further away.
