Just a couple of suggestions. Place a wastebasket in the bathroom, and add 2 more sets of cutlery, plates and glasses.

The apartment itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, situated close to public transportation, shops, and some of Bucharest’s most vibrant areas, yet still quiet enough to ensure a good night’s sleep. Sergiu was an excellent host. From the moment I booked, he was communicative, polite, and very accommodating. He provided clear instructions for check-in and even offered helpful recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. It was clear he takes great pride in ensuring his guests have a positive experience. The apartment had thoughtful touches like a fully equipped kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi, and a cozy living space perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city Overall, I highly recommend Sergiu’s apartment for anyone visiting Bucharest. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this place offers great value, comfort, and a host who genuinely cares about his guests. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

• Mihai (6/5): Good location good value for money but overall small and not very well equipped for a family - Washing machine, air conditioning in living room, kitchen with large fridge clean and nice smell inside, very good communication with the owner, who was very amiable, providing us capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine Large bed in the bedroom. The kitchen is not well equipped: several facilities are missing, (kettle , toaster) some are unusable (frying pan) and some wee too few (only one cup of coffee, one knife, two plates). Slippery tiles in the shower and bathroom, no support for the shower head, no bath mat. No topper for the sleeping couch which was not very clean and not very comfortable to sleep on No extra sheets, old yellow pillows, no extra cover, very few towels for 4 persons. No air conditioning in the bedroom, otherwise ok. Dirty floor on the balcony. Parking is very tight, suspended, and can only fit cars of max 1.6m. No elevator from the parking lot.The access halls had an unpleasant smell. Overall this is a small one bedroom apartment which is more adapted for 2 or 3 persons. The entrance is straight in the living room which is half occupied by the sofa. There isn't a lot of space for the luggage and the overall experience and comfort were below expectations and could be improved.
