• Jonathan (10/5): - Sean was a great host, easy hand over. Veiws were amazing, lots of outdoor living. Clean and well appointed. Sean was gracious to let us have a late check out. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

• Specht (8/5): Super location, super views! - The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, had lots of dishes and pots in the kitchen, if you are cooking. The king and queen beds were lovely, as were the linens. Secure building, secure underground parking. It suited the two of us very well. Such an easy walk through CBD, only blocks from the Harbour. Views were lovely, the Harbour Bridge light show every night was our favourite. Sean was an attentive host and very helpful to us when we had a couple of issues (not with the apartment). He responded very quickly to all our texts. Much appreciated! The kitchen and eating area were exceptionally small and cramped, actually fairly limited lounge space, too. Beware if you are 4 people and wish to self-cater. The deck provides additional space, but on a wet day, no cover. Only one reading light by one bed ... no other lamps in the lounge nor bedrooms; only bright overhead lights. The deck has gorgeous views, is huge, but has only 4 seats, and if there is rain... no cover.
• Iuliana (10/5): Absolutely gorgeous!!! - The apartment is very nice and very clean. The terrace is absolutely gorgeous, big, clean, with a sofa and comfortable chairs. The views are absolutely magnificent, especially at night. The location is excellent. The check-in and check-out processes are very fast, and Sean is so attentive to the needs of the client, that I can only thank him once again!
• DOMINGO (10/5): - L'emplacement et la securité de l'immeuble, le parking à disposition, la propreté de l'appartement, une magifique vue le le sky tower et la marina.. Tout était parfait. Les salles de bains sont un peu petites mais fonctionnelles.
• Michelle (10/5): Fantastic apartment, book it if you can! - This apartment is a knockout! It seems to be the only one in the building with its own, enormous terrace overlooking the harbor. We loved sitting out there enjoying the stunning view. The rest of the apartment was wonderful, too. The location is very convenient to the Viaduct Harbor area. The hallways in the building were a bit dingy and strangely hot. The workout room was as well.

• Darryn (9/5): Would stay again - The place felt homely and there wasn't a shortage of supplies e.g toilet paper, a whole bottle of milk, dishwasher tablets. The outdoor patio was lovely, heaps of room and great view, lovely to sit out there and relax. The pool was great also. Nice and close to viaduct and eating places.

• Allan (9/5): It's not cheap but it will be a memory - The first thing that strikes you is the fantastic view from the enormous balcony 15 floors above Auckland. It is hard to imagine you could do better. The apartment complex is high security, including for vehicles. The unit is a modern, clean and well equiped two bedroom and bathroom apartment with a lot of glass to take in the view. Sean seems a very nice man as well as an efficient host. The location is central. The main shopping, eating and cultural sites are are fairly short walk away. Public transport is also close. A final comment is that the souvenir shops, while often the usual brands, seemed a cut above those in other places. For us it was excellent but is actually quite small. This has meant compromises with the furniture layout. Also you are in the central district of a major city. Expect some noise. There are instructions for the appliances except the oven, which we found difficult to master. Auckland, like Wellington, is a steep city. If you have mobility issues then walking everywhere could be tiring

• Nicole (9/5): Best place I’ve stayed in Auckland. - This is an exceptional place to stay. Even the tween and teenagers in the family were blown away with the views-they sat on the deck for hours every night just looking out across the harbour to the nighttime lights on the bridge. The deck, views, double bathroom, parking space, location and the super friendly host make this property beyond all others I’ve ever stayed in, across Auckland. It’s the only place I’ll stay for future Auckalnd visits now. We even caught a fireworks show on our last night from the deck. The main bedroom sunrise views are also amazing. If you like space and being outside in your own private setting, you’ll love the indoor outdoor flow of this apartment. The uninterrupted sky tower views also make this place unique. You can see happenings on the deck from the sky tower. Nothing. Even the neighbours were respectful.
• Sandra (9/5): Top Lage, top Aussicht!!! - Die Terrasse ist der absolute Knaller!!! Ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Gemessen an der riesigen Dachterrasse ist die Küche recht klein, aber funktional. Sean war ein super Gastgeber und hat alles toll erklärt. Obwohl überall Duftdispenser standen, hat es im 2. Badezimmer gemüffelt. Ob es an Waschmaschine und Trockner gelegen hat, keine Ahnung.

• Anita (8/5): Loved location, apartment a bit small for us. Fabulous views from huge terrace especially at night! - location location location. Nice that it comes with a carpark but the parking is a little tricky as entry and exit very steep and acute turns. Good security for the building as lots of private apartments. Great supply of bathroom needs. Generally clean but towels could have been a bit cleaner as stains on them. It was very hot in the master bedroom when we arrived and took a long time to cool down as only one split system AC in the adjoining lounge. One of bathrooms very small with minimal space between the toilet and the shower door.
