• Charlotte (10/5): - Lovely apartment with soft comfortable furnishings, stylish décor with homely modern charm. Enjoyed curling up on the green velvet sofa by the window. The entire apartment was clean, well stocked kitchen and bathroom toiletries. Iron available etc. Large spacious rooms. Smart TV in the living room and stereo easy to connect. Location was great, off the main barbican high street opposite Spoons, with views on the front of the building towards the harbour on the right. The bed mattress was very soft and squishy. The wardrobe is just a large plastic climbing frame contraption, modern open wardrobe design is fine but it's obviously cheap, and no shelves and limited hangers for longterm stays, the bedroom is large with limited storage. No TV aerial so can only stream or use the apps, okay for the tech minded. The main lights in the bedroom are dull, too dim, not good for getting ready. Nowhere to do makeup at a table and too dark to sit on the floor infront of the mirror which is my usual go to

• Harry (10/5): Very good - The location was excellent as it was on the Barbican. Easy for buses and city centre. Lots of places to eat and coffee shops. The Hoe only about 10 minutes walk along the coast. The bus ride to Tavistock is good as you see the pony’s and Tavistock is a very nice little town. Nothing we have been staying in Plymouth for the last 5 years and Raleigh Waterside is the best appartment we have rented.
• Stephanie (8/5): Terrible bed but lovely apartment - Bright, clean, spacious apartment. Bed is awful! Too small & v uncomfortable, like sleeping on trampoline. No good for 2 people. One of us ended up on sofa. Also no shelves or cupboards for clothes or toiletries.

• CJ (10/5): Absolutely stunning! - Absolutely stunning apartment. Had everything you needed and it was spotless. Location was fantastic too! Extremely well equipped, marina on the doorstep and all local amenities you’d need! Stayed here whilst working rather than a non descript hotel and so glad I did. Would definitely stay here again when in the area. Absolutely 5*. Easy check in and check out with the key safe. Absolutely nothing. Like one other guest said, the light timer isn’t in sync so when you leave the property you have to lock up in the dark, it’s fine when you enter. Not a criticism, just to make owners aware.

• Uğur (10/5): Exceptional - Easy check in with simple instructions. Property was very clean and located in the heart of the Barbican area. This area has surrounded with great restaurants and pubs. But what I liked the most is that waking up by looking that window view. It was peaceful. Thanks again for having me as a guest.

• Natasha (9/5): Great place, would 100% return - Gorgeous, spacious apartment , well stocked kitchen with essentials very welcome , great bathroom/shower, superb location . Perfect Very minor : the light in hallway outside flat door landing doesn’t activate properly so locking up requires you to use i torch . It may just need a simple tweak . Also the bed is a double so might be a little snug for some people

• Dr (9/5): Great spot ..good quality apartment - location on southside street puts you direct into the barbican..open plan lounge/kitchen with decent self catering facilities I was on my own so the bed [double?] was OK but would have struggled with 2 people ...also a bit soft for my liking
• Paula (10/5): Just absolutely lovely accommodation - The location is wonderful - right in the heart of the Barbican, with all its lovely shops, the harbour, pubs and eateries. Yet it's still really peaceful. Only a 10 minute walk from the Theatre Royal, where we attended an event. So we were able to leave the car at home, and still get around easily. It's a high quality apartment - very spacious, comfortable, well equipped and clean. Communication and instructions for key collection were good. The photos don't do it justice; it exceeded our expectations. We saw a beautiful sunrise from the window as well. I don't intend to stay anywhere else on future visits to Plymouth. Thank you for helping to make my birthday break so special! There was nothing we disliked; it was totally spot on.

• Nadia (10/5): It made our trip extra special as frequent travellers this was amongst the best. - Location and facilities excellent - best street to stay in Plymouth. Flat exceptionally high spec. Luxurious amount of space. No street noise at night. We arranged the parking through the owners and it was easy (10 mins walk) and cheaper than other options. We came for the Theatre Royal, which was 10 minutes walk. The Barbican and marina is a gorgeous area. We will be back! N/A
• James (10/5): Extremely comfortable , luxurious and a fantastic location . - The apartment is huge . Extremely well furnished with everything that you need for a comfortable stay . No expense has been spared on kitting it out.. I could have moved in !!. ( even had fresh milk in the fridge , fresh coffee and a flapjack ! ) The location is spot on for a weekend stay of midweek break . Forget any hotel … book this . Just the parking .. which is normal for a city stay
