• Alexandra (9/5): Perfect place to set out and explore - U Stay Hostel is perfectly located close to Dongdaemun Station and a good starting point to explore Seoul by foot, bus or metro. The host is very friendly and warmhearted and the hostel is squeaky clean and provides everything you need, like a washing machine, microwave, towels, water, a small kitchen… I had a very pleasant time at U Stay Hostel and there’s nothing I disliked, but you should be prepared for the usual downtown Seoul super small rooms with wall view. Or pay wayyyyy more for your stay ^^

• MORICEAU (8/5): - Bon emplacement près du métro. Très propre et tout équipé. Le matelas un peu trop dur
• Xavier Gabriel (8/5): - J’ai demandé à l’hôte pour pouvoir faire le Check out un peu plus tard et il n’a rien voulu savoir même pour une petite demi-heure. Attention à l’humidité dans la salle de bain aussi. Sinon le reste était super propre.

Le lit est confortable, il y a tout ce qu'il faut en équipements pour venir assuré ! Attention aux personnes qui ont le sommeil léger, on entend les bruits de couloir et d'extérieur, prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles
• Lin (8/5): This stay was really great. - Location, great! Utility, great! Mr. Park, super nice and help full! Honestly, great stay for solo traveling. Super close to line 1, 6 and 5. Neighborhood is busy but not loud. I really liked it. The only downside is that you can hear your neighbors talk. Not loud, but you hear it. And the emergency exit light was pretty bright.

• junichi (9/5): - 3泊4日しました。清潔感のある1ルームのお部屋でした。 近くにコンビニもあります。韓国での短い1人暮らしのような感覚で楽しかったです。ドライヤーもあり、部屋に家電類が揃っていて満足です！ホストからの連絡も丁寧な説明で助かりました。 大通りからの道は少し薄暗いですが静かで安全な場所です。 東出門も歩いて行ける距離なのでおすすめです！

• HIRONA (8/5): 1人泊でまた利用したいと思います - 東廟前駅4番出口からコンビニを左手に真っ直ぐ歩き、1つ目の路地を左に曲がり右手に小さな広場？が見えたところで左側に曲がった突き当たりにありました。バックパック1つで向かったので階段で3階でしたのでそこまで辛くなかったです。特にフロントでチェックインとかもなく、そのまま部屋に入るスタイルで少し戸惑いましたが送っていただいた案内を見ながらスムーズに入室できました。 トイレとシャワーが同じなのはよくあるスタイルで、少しカビが気になりましたが全体的には綺麗でした。タオルも多めに置いていただいて助かりました。夜はトイレの電気を付けたままにしないと換気扇が消えてしまうので電気を付けたまま寝ましたが私は特に気にならず、朝にはちゃんと水も乾いていたので快適でした。 今回は使用しませんでしたが洗濯機もついており、長期間の滞在にはとても過ごしやすいと感じました。 ゴミの分別が少し分かりにくかったです。
• Ana (9/5): - Muy buena ubicación, junto a la estación de metro de Dongmyo. Si se llega con maletas la mejor salida es la 3, que tiene escaleras mecánicas y ascensor. Bien conectado por metro y bus para moverse rápidamente por toda la ciudad. Además en el barrio hay un estupendo mercado de segunda mano. Por la zona hay restaurantes, incluso uno 24 horas donde se come bien. La habitación individual tiene un tamaño adecuado para una persona, aunque tiene tanto mobiliario que se come un poco el espacio. Está limpio y la cama es cómoda. Cuenta con lavadora propia y una zona de cocina compartida.

Amenities provided, high speed wifi, washing machine and microwave in the room The room is abit small for two persons. Is abit difficult to open the big luggage. And there is a rules to sort for rubbish, may be this is a hostel. So the guest have to clear the rubbish by themself

• Kyungeun (1/5): - 쓰지는 않았지만 세탁기가 있고 냉장고도 편리했습니다. 객실 화장실에서 하수구 냄새와 곰팡이 냄새가 매우 심하게 올라와서, 처음 몇 시간은 두통과 속이 메스꺼울 정도였습니다. 참다 못해 연락을 드렸는데, 여자 주인분께서 창문을 열어두면 괜찮다는 안내를 받았습니다. 당시 날씨가 11~12도로 꽤 추운 편이었는데, 문을 열고 자라는 대응은 다소 당황스러웠습니다. 추워서 문을 열기 어렵다고 말씀드리니, 시간이 늦었으니 하루는 참고 자고 다음 날 환불해주겠다는 답변을 받았습니다. 이후 건물 상주 남자 직원분이 직접 확인하러 오셨고 (주인분이랑 전화할때 와보시겠다고 말씀안해주심 사전 동의 없이 찾아오셔서 오시는지 몰랐음. 그래서 자느라 문은 못열어 드렸지만), 매우 죄송해하시며 방 교체를 제안해주셨습니다. 이 부분은 감사했습니다. 다만 처음 응대에서 바로 객실 확인이나 조치가 이루어졌다면 더 좋았을 것 같습니다. 엘리베이터가 없어 4층까지 계단으로 이동해야 하는 점도 참고가 필요합니다. 객실 크기는 작아도 괜찮았지만, 냄새 문제는 꽤 심각한 수준이었어서 예민한 분들은 불편함을 느낄 수 있습니다.

• Shinobu (8/5): 値段相応 - 荷物を収納する棚が多く助かった ウォシュレットがあった テレビがつかない Wi-Fiが弱く、YouTubeさえ見られなかった エレベーターがない事は知っており、高齢の為低層階を希望したが、4階で、重い荷物が大変だった 同じフロアーの話し声が響きうるさかった

• Keani Joy (10/5): Prime location, nice host! - Location is amazing! You are near the cool markets & thrifting. I’m glad I stayed here. Mr park was really cool too:) I hope he remembers me! Bed was little hard but since I had surgery, it actually worked out & felt nice. But I know some people don’t like a hard bed, although I didn’t mind! Maybe more pillows would be nice though!

• YUAN (10/5): - 地點很方便，也適合獨旅的人來住！ 附近可搭機場巴士，還有兩間超商、大創、olive young住宿附近機能很方便～ 民宿負責人態度親切有禮貌，看到住戶都會打招呼，第一天因為連不到住宿網路，傳訊息後不但快速回覆也馬上過來處理，另外看到我搬行李很吃力還主動幫忙我搬！真的非常謝謝民宿負責人🙏若下次還有機會會再回住～～

• Sachiko (4/5): ランドリー付きのコンパクトなお部屋 - ランドリーが部屋に付いていて長期滞在には良い ２階と３階にコーヒーマシーンとウォーターサーバーがあり 共有出来る小さなキッチンもありました。 部屋が掃除されてなかった 前の滞在者か使用したままの状態でした その状況をメールしながら 廊下で座り込んでしまいました ３回目のメールでようやくオーナーらしき方が来て 部屋を見て驚いてましたが 確認を怠ったのは貴方では？ 韓国滞在４日目で3か所目の宿 旅の最後の宿にしていたのに残念 部屋を代えて欲しいと言ったら その日は満室のため出来ない これから掃除するからと１時間後に来る様に言われた 娘がトイレに行きたくて借りたいと言ったら スタッフのトイレを案内されましたが そのトイレは非常に汚くて使うことが出来ず お腹空いてなかったのですが トイレを借りるために 近くの焼き肉屋さんで早めの食事をすることに 不本意な食事時間でした。 １時間後ホテルに戻って来ましたが 良い感じはしないですよね 一応整頓されていましたが 一部タオルが汚れていました 幸いランドリーが付いていたので タオルは全部洗濯してから使用しました 今後我々みたいな悲しい想いをする方が出ない様に お部屋の確認お願いいたします。 精一杯努力された事は認めます

• LAFFONT (10/5): Super ☀️ - Tout était super. J'ai passé un séjour d'une semaine. L'emplacement est idéal et il y a tout ce dont on a besoin sur place. Rien à dire c'était parfaît pour une semaine.

• Karolina (7/5): Great location of the stay, nice for introverted solo travelers (strong smell in the bathroom) - The location was great! It's really close to the subway (Lines 1 & 6) and I really liked to stroll along the Cheonggyecheon Stream - would it be during the day or at night. If you need to buy something, there's Daiso and Olive Young close to the hostel. There's also a lot of restaurants - and some of them are open 24/7, and they have really good food for a great price (as a student, I recommend checking out Ssada Gimbap and Sonkeun Halmae Korean Sausage Soup :) ) It didn't bother me, but the space may be considered small for those who travel with someone else. Also, there's no elevator and the stairs can be considered as a little bit narrow, so please keep that in mind while booking here a room. There was also a really strong smell in the private bathroom area (maybe from the pipes?).

• AI (8/5): 妥協できるのであればおすすめです！ - 1人旅行で使わせてもらいました！ 部屋にはエアコン、ベット、洗濯機、トイレ、洗面台、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、机、椅子、タオル(宿泊日×2)、歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉、くし、ティッシュ、ドライヤー、めっちゃ棚とクローゼットがありました。 基本的には部屋で全部完結するタイプなので不安なこともなく、ハンガーも6個くらいあり、なんと言っても棚が私的には最高でカバンや身につけておくものを物置くのに助かりました！ ドライヤーの風もグット！タオルも多くて安心！ 部屋はテレビがなかったのですが、Wi-FiがあるのでYouTubeやNetflix観てました。 洗濯機も洗剤は外にあるのでわざわざ買わなくて良いところも良きです。(別の階にもあるので、無い場合は別の階の使用してもいいかと思います) 共同キッチンにはウォーターサーバー、コーヒーメーカーもあり、ウォーターサーバーは冷たい水と温かい水、氷もあります！ キッチン用具やコップも数個ありました。 外でタバコは吸えるのと、タバコの灰皿(普通の皿)もありました。 駅から徒歩3分くらいで、近くにはオリーブヤング(二階建て)、コンビニ2軒、コインランドリー、キンパ屋があります。反対方面にはダイソーもあります。 シンダン方面に1.2分歩くと、メガコーヒー、コンビニ1軒、パン屋、反対側にはイーマート24もあります。 東大門も歩いていける距離なので、夜市場に行くのには便利です！東大門駅まで行けば色んなバスが結構発着しているので便利かと。 みなさん記載されてますがエレベーターがないので全て階段です。2.3階ならいいと思いますが、それ以上の上の階は大変かもです。(当事者3階に宿泊) 韓国あるあるですが、換気扇つけててもだんだんトイレがカビくさく？なるのでルームフレグランスがあればなぁって思いました。私は香水を持って行ってたので、それを振りまいてました。 また、トイレの電気を消すと必然的に換気扇も止まる仕様になってたので、トイレの電気は消せずでした、、、。

• YURI (9/5): 清潔で気持ちのよいホテルです - お部屋は暖かく清潔で快適でした。また、洗濯機がお部屋にあったので気兼ねなく使うことができて、コンパクトな広さにも関わらず干せるように工夫されていました。 家電も比較的新しいものばかりで、気持ちよく使えました。 共用部にはコーヒーマシーンがあり、インスタントではないコーヒーをいただけたのも疲れた時にとてもホッとしました。 オーナーさんには質問があって連絡をすると、すぐ返信をくれたので安心できました。 おもてなしをしてくださっている気持ちがいたるところにあらわれていました。 防犯や火災についてもとても気を配っていると思います。 とくにないのですが、エレベーターがないので荷物が重いときは工夫が必要です。ただ大きな建物ではないのでそこまで苦労しないと思います。 構造上下水の匂いが上がってくるときはありましたが換気をしていると問題なかったです。
