- Gabriela Evelyn (7/5): Estancia Bacalar - La comodidad de la cama La regadera no tiene presión de agua y te bañas con solo un chorrito qué cae. El control del ventilador no servía. Además de que hay un letrero que dice que te dejan botellas de agua de cortesía y no había nada. La habitación no era la que había solicitado por la aplicación. Fuera de todos esos detalles, mi estancia fue agradable.
- Ricardo Daniel (10/5): Excelente para una estancia larga - Es un departamento muy cercano al centro y tan solo a una cuadra esta la laguna, además hay muchos lugares donde se puede comer, esto se debe a su excelente ubicación. La habitación es muy cómoda y cuenta con lo indispensable para hacer una estancia larga. También puedes hacer actividades acuáticas en la laguna, con los anfitriones, a un costo mucho más barato. La cama es muy cómoda, y se cuenta con suficiente espacio para colocar ropa, además a una cuadra esta una excelente lavandería. Hay un poco de movimiento en las mañanas, debido a que enfrente hay una oficina de electricidad, pero solo es momentáneo, porque solo me toco ruido un solo día; supongo porque era fin de mes y las personas acuden a pagar su recibo de luz. Los demás días sin problema, una calle muy tranquila y segura por la noche.

- Dorothea Seng (7/5): - Großes Zimmer mit Kühlschrank und sehr großem Bett. Gute Lage. Konnten eine Lagunen Tour über die Unterkunft mit Rabatt buchen. Bad hat extrem eklig und schimmlig gerochen, Decke war schimmlig, Dusche hat sehr lange gebraucht um warm zu werden. Sehr alte Tür, eins von beiden Schlössern war kaputt. Tür zum Zimmer war auch gleichzeitig Tür zur Straße, also sehr viele Geräusche von Hunden, Katzen und anderen Tieren.

I don’t know if I’d call it an actual kitchenette- no way to cook, no knife if I remember correctly… but the fridge, sink, and dishes /dish rack were very handy. I also appreciated the decor, it felt cozy. the biggest complaint would be that if I ran the AC at all, the room would quickly start to get musty and moldy smelling. If the outside area was cleaned up just a bit (no overflowing trash bin outside, trash picked up, etc) and you threw a small table/ chair out there for somewhere to sit outside that would be a great easy upgrade
- Paul (9/5): Easy access to downtown without the noise & traffic - Plenty of space with both a fan and air conditioner- also possible to be open to the outside with screen doors King bed was giant and comfortable Internet, fast and reliable I guess I’m easily pleased I could not have asked for anything more because it is exactly matched the description

- Michal (1/5): Uwaga! Karaluchy i brud w pokoju. - Pierwszy raz przy wystawianiu opini muszę napisać ze nic. Po przyjeździe pojawił sie pierwszy problem. Ciśnienie ciepłej wody było tak niskie że uniemożliwiało to wzięcie prysznica. Na blacie kuchennym nie można było nic zostawić ponieważ biegało po nim mnóstwo małych robaków które wchodziły do jedzenia. Pokój był brudny a wszystko prawdopodobnie było sprzątane jedną szmatką bo włosy które były na podłodze były przyklejone rownież do toalety a nawet w lodówce. Jednak najgorsze okazało się że w pokoju są karaluchy których odchody znaleźliśmy w łóżku i naszych ubraniach. Po otwarciu szuflady znalezliwmy odchody i jednego z nich w środku. Jeżeli karaluchy dla kogoś są zwykłymi robakiemi to zalecam przeczytanie jak groźne są dla zdrowia czlowieka. Musieliśmy przerwać nasz pobyt i o godzinie 22 szukać innego noclegu ponieważ po znalezieniu karaluchów w pokoju baliśmy się tam zostać dużej. Jedyny plus w tej sytuacji to że właściciel zgodził sie oddać pieniądze za wynajem. Myślę że właściciel nie robił problemów bo jest świadomy obecności karaluchów w pokoju ponieważ w innych opiniach ludzie też o tym piszą.

- Alex (6/5): A little too wet - Kitchen, big bed, TV The water pressure is not great, also it absolutely poured rain for an hour one afternoon and a fair amount of water got in through the walls and pooled on the sides of the cabin. If you end up staying here make sure you keep your valuables away from the walls.

- Pey (9/5): - Habitación muy cómoda y amplia, con baño propio, todo muy limpio y casi nuevo. Lugar con heladerita y aire acondicionado. Que hubiera un calentado de agua para poder tomarse un té o café.

- Le Canada (9/5): Good value for money. Close to water and central park. - The owner was very responsive and attentive. When I asked for hangers and for two below the door to be fixed to stop the ants he took care of it right away. Room was clean. Good news, AC and TV. The location is good. Noise from upstairs tenants. Not much hot water in shower. Not much light.

- Yuriy (4/5): - Good located in the City The photos and rating in booking was highly misleading. The accomodation is an old garage, cheap furniture and poorly maintained ... Also there are lot of insects (ants and other) inside the building... The towels are old/ overused ... There is also no chair or table and the bathroom is stinky. As there is no room cleaning you barely can stay 2-3 days in this housing .. overall not a good experience - avoid

- Ana (9/5): Habitación muy cómoda y limpia. - Estuve hospedada casi una semana y me encantó, la cama estaba muy amplia y cómoda, había aire acondicionado y ventilador, el wifi no falló. La ubicación también me gustó porque quedaba cerca de la laguna, lo recomiendo ampliamente. Había hormigas en la entrada y se encerraba un poco la humedad en el baño.
