• Emil-mihai (9/5): Superb - Very big and modern room, very comfortable large bed. The bathroom is a little small (to be expected in Ortigia), with a concrete beam right above the toilet, also painted white like the rest.
• Sila (1/5): Bad - Nothing It was an absolute nightmare experience Runaway, Ortigia and Siracusa offer much better elsewhere. It was absolutely a pure waist of money for an irresponsible host. Unfortunately Booking hasn't the zero star or negative stars. Everything was horrible. The irresponsibility of the host taking money and turning off the phone. The check-in experience . Two hours and a half later than the normal hour without even offering efficient solutions. The house isn't that organised good. It was dusty. The doors are low, if you are higher than 1.70 you will break your head going upstairs or entering each space. The bathroom is small and the door fit the toilet spot. The shower wasn't efficient blocked with stagnant water while showering and dirty. No shampoo, no shower gel. The toilet seat is under a low exposed beam so when you go there, you keep controlling yourself to not hit your head on it.... The bed smells badly and I slept a short amount of time as the mattress is from poor quality.. the house is hot, super hot. The main windows are the balconies. The kitchen and the bathroom have 20cm windows. Or less... The kitchen isn't efficient as it hasn't all the things you need to eat. It has superficial things as 10 plates and zero napkins. Material to cook and no working stove.. this house is a dystopic. Don't get blurred by the pictures... If only she helped to find out a solution together...no, no she kept saying that she is far and that the checkout is at 11. . Nothing more .. she cared more about the money than the rest of her irresponsibility to keep people prisoner by taking their money. The WiFi doesn't work and she did nothing to find an efficient solution, as I had to work. She sent me later, when I didn't need it anymore and I was already finding solutions...the neighbours wifi, which doesn't work as the walls are thick... Your phone won't work inside the house.. no service. You have to go outside to talk to your family or to work. The air conditioner works but by night you get sick by its smell.

• Paweł (10/5): Exceptional - everything was great clean and the host was very patient as we stuck in a traffic. Everything looked good she gave us directions and local attractions we even received upon arrival bottle of Prosecco which was super kind - and of course salty Pringles. Highly recommended place the host turns out was super kind ! highly recommended to use in the future !
• Tracey (10/5): Lovely apartment in a great location close - Lovely apartment very close to the main shopping street in a quiet side street. Very comfortable and very clean with all you need for a lovely stay. The complimentary water, crisps, biscuits and bottle of Prosecco were a lovely surprise welcome from Paula. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Nothing it was perfect for our stay.
• Helen (9/5): Superb - Comfortable 1 bedroom unit with sitting area. The bed was comfortable and good shower. It is in an excellent location and you can walk to most sites in Ortygia including the Piazza Duomo. The owner was lovely and left us with beach towels which we used at the nearby beaches, Calla Rossa and the swimming platform. It was great to cool down and the beaches were beautiful. We recommend this apartment and would stay there again. Nothing.
