Dongyue (1/5): Milan is superb but this apartment is Terrible. - location is good and that was the only good abt this apartment. We arrived at the apartment on a rainy night and no one was answering to my phone call to open the gate, we arrived at the place at 23:00 which was within their operating hours. We waited in the rain for 20 minutes and luckily someone in the building was back and opened the gate. We entered the room and find no keys to the front gate at all. The staff whatsapped me saying that they will bring the keys the next day and never replied me again until I called him several times. And yet, we are not getting the keys anyways. Moreover, there were two huge baby beds in the living room which was of absolutely NO USE at all to us and occupied have of the living room, also blocking the closet and the washing machine. Also, the window of the bedroom is right beside a construction site which starts at 6:30am. And during my stay at this apartment, I NEVER got the keys to the gate downstairs. And waited outside of the gate for someone drop by in the morning before we leave.
