- Jim&Sam (10/5): Wonderful weekend stay - Wonderful service from Christopher
Wonderful little apartment with some lovely touches. We enjoyed the local Thai Restaurant and the pub opposite
Great location on edge of kemptown.
Great deli behind called Marmalade Nothing.
Couldn't have been better

- Pamela (4/5): Cute but uncomfortable beds - The flat was nice and we had water and sweet snacks upon arrival. Messages from the owner were really clear and area calm. There is a pub and a shop next to the flat, pub did not make noice. The main bed was very hard. The sofa bed should not really be called a bed, as it was too uncomfortable to sleep in (you can feel the mid metal in your lower back even after putting a blanket on. Should not really say can accommondate 4 people. The location is 30min from the centre of Brighton allthough the walk is beautiful by the sea.

- Linda (8/5): A great place for two people to stay.good bus access into the town. Easy walk to the beach - Great location
- Mark (10/5): Loved my stay here thank you and will definitely go back - The property was amazing it was in a great location
- Mary (3/5): I spent only one night and had to check in to another hotel. It really was that bad. I cannot recommend this property. - Central location. Parking available. Stale cigarette smoke smell throughout the property. Unable to open window due to build up of dirt and debris on the ledge. Balcony area grimy. A lot of missed potential.
- Holly (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Brighton! - We felt instantly comfortable and at home in the Cosy Nook! I didn’t want to leave. It’s the perfect base in Brighton- in a peaceful area but still close to nice pubs and cafes. The Cosy Nook was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy the space. The owner even left some sweet treats for us to enjoy- which was a kind touch and set the tone for our relaxing stay. Thank you! There were no negatives- I’ll be recommending the Cosy Nook to family and friends :)
- Tamara (10/5): Exceptional - It was very cosy and hidden away If you are a light sleeper then I will warn you now , Royal County Sussex hospital is not far and you will hear alot of sirens so ear plugs are highly recommended. Besides that everything was great!
- Bobby (7/5): Apart from the heating dilemma, everything else about the property was a nice. - It was situated in a decent part of Brighton and not to far from the sea front The heating didn’t work
- Jon (6/5): Pleasant - Nice basic one bedroom flat as advertised. The flat was very cold at night and no thermostat setting could get the radiators any warmer than tepid. The flat was without power for six hours and it took the landlord three hours to respond when informed.
- Laura (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eammcmon (7/5): Good - Spacious
- Georgios (9/5): A cosy stay in a lovely apartment. - Brilliant location, quiet and a short walk to the sea. It's just far enough out from the busy part of Kemptown, but a really short walk to get back to the bustle of it. Small convenience shop just across the road, as well as a couple of quiet pubs. The apartment itself really is a "cosy nook" and has been decorated in a very cute way. Has most of what you could need, and was really well suited to me as a solo traveller. Christopher's communication was great and I had a wonderful stay overall. Due to the property being a basement flat, you can hear walking above. Wasn't a constant issue, but is certainly noticeable in these older buildings. Also, having access to a couple of plug sockets in the living area/dining table would be great.
- Mary (9/5): lovely stay visiting family close by. -
- Charlotte (8/5): Very good -
- Lianne (8/5): A great corner of Brighton to stay, a peaceful basement flat -
- Aida (7/5): Comfy and chilled stay. - Comfy and nice stay close to the sea. We loved Brighton and will for sure come back. The host was also very helpful with some of the issues that the apartment had. The kitchen wasn’t well equipped, no knifes to cut, and the plates and cutlery were dirty when we arrived… Had some issues with the WiFi and heating but Christopher was very helpful.
- Mary (10/5): Exceptional - everything, a lovely cosy apartment. nothing
- Fidel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Clarissa (7/5): Good - The location was great. Very spacious accomodation for 1 person with good amenities. Really appreciated the snacks provided by the host as a welcome gift. The only comment I have is that I had no cellular reception at any point in the accomodation. Thanks to WIFI connection this wasn’t too much of a problem but might be for someone that needs reception for calls through phone and not internet.
- Nicola (8/5): Comfortable and cosy. - The property was cosy and had all we needed. Shower gel, shampoo, hand soap and kitchen cleaning equipment all included as well as some little treats which was lovely. Location was perfect for us as we were visiting family very close by. Approximately 20 minute walk to the pier. The only downside for us during our stay which is not the control of the owners was people talking outside during the night and waking us, but perhaps that was as it was a Saturday night.
- Michelle (8/5): A great break in a nice apartment in a lovely part of Brighton. - Myself and my 2 sisters loved the location of the accommodation. We took a slow walk from the station, stopping for a look in some of the little shops and a couple of glasses of wine in a couple of lovely places looking out to sea. It was lovely to walk from the hustle and bustle of the lanes to the quieter bohemian shops nearer to where we were staying. We loved the two eateries/pubs within a few steps of us. The local bakers was a big hit. We felt relaxed and safe at all times. We had all that we needed within the accommodation. Some instructions for the coffee machine and the TV would have been helpful, but did not impact our enough for us to contact the owner about them . Who I'm sure would have popped round to show us. We liked everything inside the cosy nook. The fitters/ builders upstairs could have kept the communal hallway a bit cleaner/tidier/ safer. Hopefully they will be gone before the next visitor arrives.
