• Юлия (1/5): Не рекомендую - Забронировала жилье заранее через букинг еще летом, потратила на поиск и выбор жилья несколько дней. За 3 дня до нашего заселения сама написала уточнить, все ли в силе, а хозяин написал, что они отдали наши даты другим жильцам. Пришлось экстренно искать новое жилье. Ненадежный хозяин, мог бы хотя бы предупредить об этом заранее.
• Leonie (7/5): Nice hosts but REALLY noisy - The hosts are a very generous and welcoming couple that were always there for our requests. They built a nice community house there, organize brunches and helped us with special requirements. The apartment is very big, especially for the price, has a large terrace, two TVs, an office room and a kitchen, that worked ok. Best thing was, that we could use one of their scooter for free for our entire stay (we stayed one month). We were suffering a lot from the noise here. At 5 AM every day the vitnamese "radio" (propaganda) starts through massive speakers just in front of the street. You can't sleep with open windows (which is the only way how we can sleep well honestly). Not even earplugs helped. All day long you have loud music from the neighbors, a karaoke bar, construction works etc. Also, there is a terrible smell of sewage in the bathroom, which spreads throughout the entire apartment due to the (only) sliding door. We had incense sticks burning 24/7. Very often we had no hot water or only a few drops left. We spoke with our host about it and he tried to fix it, but in the end the problem kept occurring, so showering was really unpleasant and sometimes impossible. Last but least, the internet kept crashing and reconnecting. Luckily, I had my phone with unlimited mobile data, but without it, I wouldn't have been able to make video calls or work properly from here. The location is a bit far from everything and you can only get around with grab/motorbike. As I said, the hosts are great people and we are grateful for their hospitality, but I have to mention these things to the next travelers that come with high expectations.
• Vasiliy (9/5): Superb - First of all, Incredibly welcoming hosts. Great communication, always willing to help us out. Not to mention they serve a delicious brunch every Sunday! The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, but that's not really a big deal if you drive scooter. At the same time, being far from the city means more peaceful and quiet surroundings. Wide streets and almost zero traffic made our evening walks quite a pleasant experience. Overall, we had a great time staying there. Definitely recommend!

• Peter (10/5): Truly exceptional hosts with lovely apartments, - A lovely place for medium-long stay near Da Nang. The rooms are very nicely done, safe and very clean. The area around is quiet, a short walk to the main road with some local cafes, small roadside eateries etc. The hosts, Maite and Fabrice are really exceptional - friendly and welcoming. They'll help with any questions you might have. As other reviewers have noted. Domaine d'Aba is beyond the main part of Da Nang. Not really suitable for anyone wanting to be in walking distance of the main tourist locations. For longer stays however Domaine d'Aba is an excellent choice.

• Nicholas (10/5): The hosts are a power couple of relentless hospitality and truly, deeply care about your comfort. - Oh my god, I have never experienced such relentless hospitality. They picked me up at the airport personally free of charge and immediately cooked me a homecooked brunch (delicious) in their lovely kitchen. The hosts encouraged me to sample their personal stores of fine liquors and wines while introducing me to the local community. They handled my laundry for me and even stocked the room's fridge with free drinks. And they upgraded my room completely for free without me even asking! It was Vietnam during Tet so some of the neighbors were celebrating with karaoke and fireworks, but that's the norm in Vietnam this time of year so it really shouldn't dissuade anyone from staying here. This was an amazing experience.
• Tuan (10/5): Definitely coming back - Huge mansion, really nice pool, fully functional amenities, cozy welcome host, suprisingly reasonable price, looking forward a chance to come back lack of tourist attraction around the area, quiet neighborhood, suitable for travelling for work
