• Feras (1/5): Notunterkunft - Steckdosen hatten keine europäische Norm. Man muss ein Adapter dabei haben. Zudem keine Stühle und kein Tisch im Zimmer. schlechtes Internet. Aufenthaltsraum für die Leute war im Flur und Aufzugsbereich. Immer Leute da gewesen die vor dem Zimmer sich unterhalten haben.

• Syeda Taqya Amna (8/5): Good stay, lovely experience - The overall experience was quite good, booking and check-in were all seamless and the staff was quite coordinating and helpful. They also have some discounts on booking Ziyarat tours, the hotel was clean and well kept and cleaned regularly and there are quite a lot of shops right outside the hotel and you can just walk along the road to find several shopping markets around the hotel. They also operate a free of cost shuttle to and from the haram which was a plus point however there are no fixed times and it comes and goes quite regularly so maybe you have to sit for half an hour in the lobby until the shuttle arrives which leaves you in the shuttle parking near haram and you can wait at the same spot for a similar time and come back to the hotel directly free of cost again. Taxi is also not very expensive and it cost us about 18-25 SAR, upto 30 in rush times, to book an Uber directly from the hotel to king Fahd gate which takes you straight to the mataf. And similarly you just leave the haram and go down the stairs in front of king Fahd gate and get a taxi to the hotel, otherwise the best way to return from haram to the hotel with a low fare is to walk from haram to Dar al Tawheed international hotel which will take you directly to the hotel in a lower fare The food options were a bit limited as there was a Pakistani restaurant right next door plus a few baqalas (off license supermarkets) around the hotel with good food, however other than the Pakistani restaurant there was no decent breakfast place in close proximity of the hotel

• Bassem Abdulraheem (10/5): A very comfortable and pleasant stay with excellent cleanliness, friendly staff, and a perfect locat - Excellent stay.. very clean, comfortable, and just 5mins from Al Haram. Great location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was very pleasant. Nothing!

• Elvis (6/5): - Room clean and quality price worthed The hotel is far of yhe Haram and the hotel does not have a shuttle. Walking to Haram is very tiring and very dangerois in streets without side walk. Some of tje young guys of the reception are rude.

• Bilal (7/5): Insgesamt war es gut. Ich würde es sogar eher empfehlen als schlecht zu reden.Kommentare nur zu Info - Kein Frühstück gebucht(war auch nicht verfügbar). Zu Fuß erreichbar von Mescit Al Haram. Wenn Man Fenster offen gelassen hat, bräuchte man keine Klimaanlage. wir haben die Klimaanlage komplett ausgelassen (Nachteil: Teilweise mit Kopfhörern geschlafen, wegen starken Lärm). Da die Zimmer nicht täglich gereinigt wird, sollte wenigstens die Versorgung immer gewährleistet werden. Selbst Toilettenpapier, Wasser usw. wurde nicht automatisch ausgestellt, wenn man Personal gefragt hat, war dies auch etwas schwierig zu bekommen. Eine kleine Toilettenpapierrolle für 1 Tag mit 4 Personen Zimmer nicht ausreichend. Wenn man 1 Personen Zimmer hat, auch 1 Rolle. Die Busse fahren selten und dann fahren sie auch ca. 30.Min. Zu Fuß ist man schneller unterwegs. Und Umgebung :-( , Gibt zwar gute Möglichkeiten aber an Sauberkeit könnte die ganze Siedlung arbeiten. Und sehr viel Lärm auf der Straßenseite. Autos sind nur am Hupen. Da kann das Hotel aber nichts für.

• Sultan (3/5): الاقامه فيه كانت سيئة وما راح اعيد التجربة مرا اخرى اقيمه 1 من 10 اعطيه واحد لانه موقعه قريب واطلالته على ساعة الحرم - موقعه قريب وان كانت اطلالته على ساعة الحرم ليست مريح السرير و ليست نظيفه والمصعد معطل الخدمه سيئه ولا في اي اجابه منهم عند الاتصال او يكون في تأخير في الرد لم يوفر باصات من الفندق الى الحرم مع انه موجود في الحجز انه يوجد باصات لنقل المعتمرين والمصليين الى الحرم المكي الخدمه كانت سيئه جدًا

There are also local mosques, restaurants, and shops nearby, making it very convenient. A shuttle service to and from the Haram is available as well. The staff are highly responsive and attentive to our needs. I can’t think of any specific suggestions at the moment, but increasing the frequency of the bus service would be greatly appreciated.
