Roberto (6/5): Tutto sommato soddisfatto. - Monolocale carino, fornito di tutto il necessario per la permanenza. Nota positiva, la fornitura di ogni elettrodomestico e servizio. Ambiente ben riscaldato, anche senza l'ausilio dei cdz, mai accesi, nonostante abbiamo soggiornato a Gennaio. Molti armadi a muro nonostante i piccoli spazi, molto utili. Supermercati Carrefour e Mercadona molto vicini a piedi. Abbastanza vicine le fermate metro previo una breve passeggiata. Soggiorno tutto sommato confortevole. Da ripetere se possibile. Il monolocale non è molto visibile da strada, ho fatto avanti e dietro alcune volte per individuarlo, ha un numero appena visibile sopra un portoncino bianco anonimo e senza scritte. Ho aspettato circa 45 minuti che arrivasse la persona per le chiavi e le istruzioni. La caparra di 300 euro che ho dovuto lasciare (che stò aspettando di riavere) mi è sembrata un po' eccessiva. Avrebbe bisogno di più manutenzione negli utilizzatori. Il giorno prima di partire si è rotta la serratura del portoncino esterno, ed abbiamo dovuto attendere l'arrivo del fabbro, dopo aver avvisato il proprietario, che è arrivato dopo quasi un'ora, liberando noi e gli altri ospiti dei 3 locali. Ho mandato due mail tramite booking (così mi era stato detto di fare dal ragazzo che mi ha portato le chiavi) per chiedere se potevo rimandare il check out di un paio d'ore, se c'era disponibilità, ma nessuno ha risposto.
