• Foster-Ash (10/5): - Our stay at the wonderful Villa Philosophia was simply perfect! The villa is very modern, beautifully furnished, incredibly clean and the view from the patio and garden is just spectacular. The bedroom pillows and mattress were extremely comfortable. The wardrobe has a safe in it for all your valuables. The bathroom had everything you could possibly need for your stay — an amazing shower, toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, shower gels, shampoo, conditioner and extras like cotton pads, wetwipes, varnish remover, even a hair dyer and straightener! The kitchen was fully equipped with brand new appliances, including a coffee machine (and coffee pods), air fryer, toaster and kettle, washing machine, large airer for drying your clothes outside and iron, Washing up liquid, cleaning stuff and bags, tea-towels, first aid and sewing kit. Costas has truly thought of everything to make your stay perfect. We arrived on a late flight and he was there to meet and greet us with his lovely smile. The fridge was fully stocked with plenty of bottled water, some cans of the local lager, eggs, butter, jam, crackers and pickles and a lovely fruit bowl (even including strawberries). We loved sitting on the balcony and relaxing on the sunbeds in the garden with that gorgeous view. We loved our daily visits from Costa’s lovely Jack Russell – BooBoo who loved to check in and say hi, little stroke and a quick game of ball then left you in peace – lovely little character! Although it’s only a short walk to the old harbour and the lovely bars and restaurants, the area around the villa is peaceful and tranquil making and great for a good night’s sleep and quiet time having a drink on the patios and taking in the spectular view! Costas (and BooBoo) truly made our stay in Skiathos very special. Costas is the best host you could every wish for, very quick to respond to any questions or help with anything you may need and a thoroughly lovely man. Thank you for everything xxx The only thing we didn't like was leaving the wonderful villa! Just a word of warning that the villa is at the top of a short but very steep hill which was fine for us but draining in the hot weather but well worth it for the wonderful views! I would recommend taking sensible shoes (which is a must for walking around lovely Skiathos anyway).
• Rumen (10/5): 1000/10 - Перфектното място! Много сме доволни от престоя си на това прекрасно място. Къщата е изключително чиста, уютна и обзаведена с всичко необходимо до най- малкия детайл. Домакина ни посрещна с охладено вино, бира, плодове и малки закуски. Къщата е на кратко пешеходно разстояние от ресторанти, магазини и алеята до пристанището, в същото време на тихо място и с чудесна гледка. Пътувахме със собствен автомобил и за нас беше голямо удобство паркомястото в двора към къщата. Горещо препоръчваме тази прекрасна къща!

• Marzia (10/5): 10 e lode - È come essere a casa. L'alloggio è dotato di ogni confort, dai prodotti per la pulizia alla friggitrice ad aria. La prima sera non eé stato necessario precipitarsi a fare la spesa, il nostro gentilissimo host aveva già provveduto a fornire acqua, bibite, prodotti per la colazione, frutta ecc.... La struttura è vicino ai servizi, dista a piedi 2 minuti dal supermercato e 10 minuti dal centro, ma in posizione tranquilla, immersa tra gli ulivi sulla sommità della collina che circonda Skiathos . Host e pulizia da 10 e lode! Nulla

• Attila (10/5): Csodálatos panoráma, fantasztikus környezet. - Gyönyörű a kilátás a szobából. A szállásadó rendkívül figyelmes, minden apró részletre gondolt. Nem csupán az elvártat nyújtotta, hanem azon felül is igyekezett teljesíteni. A szállás szerencsére csendes helyen található, mégis mindössze 15 perc sétára a belvárostól. A szoba makulátlanul tiszta volt, a berendezés modern és ízléses. A konyha és a fürdő teljes mértékben fel van szerelve minden szükséges kiegészítővel. Még az ötcsillagos szállodákban sem fordítanak ennyi figyelmet a részletekre, hogy a tartózkodás valóban kényelmes legyen. Gyümölcs, kávé és ásványvíz is bekészítve várt bennünket, ami sehol nem számít alapfelszereltségnek. A szállásadók közvetlenek és rendkívül kedvesek voltak, mindenben készségesen segítettek. Őszintén sajnálom, hogy nem adhatok az öt csillagnál magasabb értékelést, mert ez a hely messze felülmúlt minden eddigi szállást, pedig már több mint 50 szálláson jártam életem során. Nyugodt szívvel ajánlom mindenkinek!
• Eva (10/5): È stato bellissimo. Se dovessi tornare a skiathos soggiornerei senz’altro qui. - Appartamento pulitissimo, bellissimo giardino con vista sul mare. Dotato di tutti i comfort : aria condizionata cucina , lavatrice e Smart tv. Ben tenuto e curato . Il proprietario è tra i più gentili e accoglienti di tutti. Ci ha fatto trovare frutta fresca, acqua e il necessario per la prima colazione. Ci è davvero dispiaciuto andare via. Grazie

• Cem (10/5): Perfect - To say briefly: perfect. It was a one bedroom house with a living room+open kitchen. The sofa could be converted to a bed. Every furniture and equipment was so new and modern. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. In the bathroom we had the toothpaste and brushes, wet towels, cotton and hair dryer, hair straightener. The open kitchen was equipped with coffee machine, toaster, air fryer, kettle and all new kitchenware enough to cook anything you like and watch with 4 people. The balcony had a table and also the garden had two comfortable sunbeds. The view was perfect. Everything was so clean in and around the apartment. It was located 7-8 minutes walking distance from the harbour but luckily the surrounding was very quiet and peaceful. The warm welcome, treats in the room (honey, jam, crackers, waters, variety of fruits, coffee capsules for machine), smiling face of Costas made our tree days in Skiathos as pleasant as it can be. Nothing to dislike
