• Daniëlle (6/5): Andere kamer gekregen zonder balkon. Uitzicht wel mooi. - Het uitzicht is mooi. Het appartement is netjes en bevindt zich op de 18e verdieping. Je krijgt niet de kamer die je boekt en geen balkon. De kamer die je krijgt staat niet op 1 van de 60 foto’s die bij de advertentie staat. We betaalden voor 3 personen omdat dat de enige optie was, maar kregen een 2 persoonskamer zonder balkon. Dit was jammer. Nadat ik contact opnam en de foto’s liet zien, kreeg ik geen reactie meer. Als je samen bent, zou ik het voor de zekerheid niet boeken. De douch is in het begin erg heet en daarna koud.

Un gros merci.

Awesome patio but the place was filthy, used earrings and hair all over both showers, old used toiletries i - Great views, patio space, 3 rooms and two bathrooms, staff is very helpful. The place was very dirty! Used earrings in the shower, lots of hair in both showers a ton on the floor and walls, Old used toiletries in the bathroom, walking around the floor left the bottom of my white socks brown, smudges all over windows, cheap over crowded furniture with either stains of rips in them. Used sponge on the sink. Windows didn’t work correctly.

• Matthias (8/5): Apartment offering a great view, but with some flaws - Great view of downtown and the lake! Easy parking in the garage! That was a very nice feature! Nice location within the city, everything within walking distance. In general, the apartment had everything you need for a short stay. (full kitchen, washing machine, dryer,…) But everything was already pretty run-down and could use some renovation.

The furniture is very old. The sofa in the living room is very small and not clean. The bedroom has a beautiful view, but the bed is not comfortable at all. I feel pain in my back. Even the refrigerator did not have ice. This is the second time I have stayed in this building, but the first time the apartment was very beautiful and the furniture was clean and new. As for apartment 5009, the furniture is not clean, and the place is ideal in terms of view.

• Farhad (1/5): Very bad experience - Almost nothing but the location The listing on Booking.com stated that the apartment was located on the 50th floor, but in reality, it is not. Shortly after our arrival, the shower curtain rod fell on our heads while we were using the shower. The bathtub was extremely slippery and appeared not to have been cleaned after the previous guest. In the bedroom, the main lights didn’t work, and the lamp required unclear instructions to operate. There were no basic amenities like instant coffee or tea available—items that cost less than $0.50. After a long flight, it’s very disappointing to arrive and find only tap water. Security in the building is also concerning. We observed people entering without a fob, which raises serious safety issues.

YouTube was in another language. Microwave didn’t work. It was stinky because there was no air circulation or access to fresh air.

• Dominic (4/5): Stay elsewhere. Tired and not fit for purpose. - Good location and views. I’m sure this used to be a very nice property. Unfortunately, we had numerous issues. Some that we managed to mention to the host during the stay (e.g. TV not working, aircon issues, and only one key for a group of 5 adults) were not solved, but at least the host was responsive. After the stay, we fed back multiple other concerns: - Faulty blinds/kettle/hairdryer/lamps/lightbulbs. - The apartment wasn’t clean enough and there were multiple areas of damp and damage to the ceiling and skirting. - There wasn’t enough cutlery/crockery for 5 of us even though the place should sleep up to 8. There was also no lock in the main bathroom door. - Most importantly, the aircon is not ready to be used, so is falsely advertised on the listing. This is a real issue as the sun comes through the floor to ceiling windows all day and the blinds won’t always shut to keep it out.
• Jacquihina (7/5): Nice view but needs better maintenance. - The View, and lounge seat to enjoy large tv, dining table, kitchen facilities with good crockery, big fridge. Noisy aircon, non working lights in living area, no complimentary tea, sugar or milk. Other people's leftover pasta & cereals in cupboard. Lots of maintenance requirements here. Four poster bed is way too big for the little bedroom, had to squeeze past the corners. Luckily I am not a big person. Nowhere to open the suitcases or stand them on something like a rack. No pillow cases for spare pillows and they are stained. Need replacement. No grab handles in shower, no towel rails only 1 hook for hand towel. 1 face washer between 2 is not ok. Towels almost threadbare! No hooks for coats or scarf. The stickyback key rack fell off the wall. Really needs a going over to address these things which are annoying for travellers. Also someone entered the apartment while we were out and left a bodywash on the kitchen table! No note or contact was made. Not okay!

• Rick (10/5): Our stay was wonderful will certainly be back! - The view is unbelievable and the spacious apartment is very nice! Everything you need is there for use. Clean and close to all the downtown attractions and subways easily accessible. Parking is easily accessed and included with your stay! We will certainly be staying again in the near future. Ian is right on point with any questions and providing your access and everything you need to know about your stay! 😊😊 Nothing to dislike!

• Tomilola (4/5): Disappointing - The location was a good location. We rented the one bedroom apartment and it was advertised as having parking included. It turns out there was no actual reserved parking available. When we arrived at the place, the host sent us a text message to find some public parking spaces. For someone from out of town, it was a very stressful night trying to figure out where to park in Toronto. At the end of our 4 nights stay, we incurred a $100 extra on parking which the host promised to respond. It's been almost 2 weeks since our stay and the host has conveniently refused to respond to messages or refund the money. It's false advertising when you advertise your place as inclusive of parking when you know you don't have parking included.

• Noemie (7/5): Good - I enjoyed my stay in this spacious apartment with a stunning view. However, there is some cleanliness issues, such as hair in the shower, saliva stains in the sink and mirror, and dirty floors with fingerprints everywhere. The furniture is a bit outdated, but if you can overlook the cleaning aspects, it's a great place to stay.

From the clear and easy instructions of the check-in procedure, safe and secure indoor parking, to the million dollar view and the fantastic, clean space of the condo itself—it helped us feel more like home. Thanks again Great View! When we need to stay close to the downtown core of Toronto again, we will be a return customer. There were two towels—but we had three people staying over the course of two days (we made it work and it was OK).

• George (4/5): Great view, good price, poor kitchen essentials and tired unit.. - The view was great. The beds were comfortable This is a 3 bedroom unit with a pullout couch/bed so it could easliy accommodate 8 people. However, there was only enough silverware , mugs and glasses for 3 people. Also, there was no frying pan. Also the unit was very tired. Paint peeling from the trim and baseboards, gaps in the flooring, left over shampoo/conditioners in the bathrooms and other evidence that this unit needs a major cosmetic upgrade.

• Keunna (6/5): It could have been better. - The views It was not clean AT ALL. There was hair in the showers and on all of the linens. The linens were filthy. The sofa sleeper was filthy, stained very bad. The pet dander was uncontrollable causing some of us to have reactions. The doorknob on the unit door was loose so I did not feel secure. The shower knob kept popping out every time someone would use the shower.
• Francesco (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the city. The interior is beautiful, and the view from the apartment is stunning, adding a special touch to our stay. However, the cleanliness could be improved. We found greasy residue on the kitchen cabinet doors and even on the bathroom door. The towels and bed linens didn’t have a fresh, clean smell. Additionally, we booked for three people, but there were only two chairs at the dining table, which was inconvenient. The listing mentioned a sofa bed, but the current sofa is different from the one in the photos and is not a sofa bed. Instead, there was a mattress that had to be placed on the floor, which was uncomfortable given the small size of the apartment. Throughout our stay, we also had issues with the cold water—sometimes, only very hot water would come out, even when set to cold. The host was very kind and responsive in trying to help, and the maintenance person claimed to have fixed the issue, but it remained unresolved. I recommend that the host spend some time in the apartment to fully understand and address these issues.
• Chakraborty (7/5): Good - Views were amazing, location was great, place was very clean and tidy. overall a cozy place. Really would appreciate if there was table salt, the container was almost empty. We bought some salt and filled it. There was no sugar in the kitchen either.

• Coward (1/5): extremely unprofessional, inconvenient, and inconsiderate. - the view when we checked in at 3pm the place was filthy, garbage all over the floor, used diapers on the stove top, and hair all over the bed and bathroom. was told that a family had a late checkout and that a cleaner would be there at 4 so we had to wait until 5 until we could finally go into our clean room 2 hours after check in. i was told originally by them that i’d receive $100 back because of the trouble after paying $350 for a single nights stay but after that i was ignored and still haven’t received any refund months later.

The property itself was fascinating for us. - n/a listing said "1 bedroom,2 living rooms" ====> There was only 1 livingroom and it became very small space for my wife, me and our adult son to sleep and use the toilet at night. As it was only for 1 night we made it work but I suggest the listing be corrected.

We were in town for a couple of Blue Jays games and the subway was fairly close by. Definitely would stay there again. I would have liked some ice cube trays. 😄 There was a scam going on with Booking.com and someone kept telling me I had to cancel my reservation and they would refund me and charge me at the end of my stay for regulation purposes. Scary stuff. I would still get the same place. I googled it and it’s happened to a lot of people. I just ignored it.

• Jane (8/5): A very pleasant short break, good value for money,would definately return. - Excellent location, central to the main area of Toronto. Subway close by to explore further. Although the flat was small all amenties were available, cooker, fridge freezer, washer dryer, kettle, comfortable double bed, bath with shower and TV with Netflix. An amazing breathtaking view of the city from the flat which is situated on the 50th floor.Two lifts available to travel to the 50th floor. Free taxi journey from airport to destination was an extra bonus.
• Kyrill007 (4/5): Small apartment that needs "tuning". - The location of the building is excellent. The view from the windows is spectacular. The listing advertised a pullout sofa, whereas, in reality, we were given a mattress on the floor for our teenage kid to sleep on. That was disappointing. Overall, this is an apartment for 2 people at most. It really should not be offered to 3 people. The apartment is very small. The stove had cracks on the cooking surface; it had thermal sheets to cover them - the sheets were burned, so we were afraid to use them. The range microwave didn't work, but they had a small microwave nearby that did. Some of the lights were not working. Overall, this apartment requires quite a bit of "tuning", in our opinion.
• Olha (1/5): Bad - This apartment has a wonderful view from the window. Everything else is a complete lie. Photos on the site are not current. The apartment is not worth the money. The owner is dishonest. Photos and description on the site are not current. We moved in in the evening. One of the windows was broken and did not close completely. Therefore, the first night we slept dressed with the unclosed window. Please note that this was in winter on the 50th floor. Because of this, my daughter got sick. Almost all kitchen appliances are broken (oven, stove, dishwasher). The apartment requires renovation. The cleanliness of the apartment also raises many questions. I won't go into details. Of the brightest, someone else's dirty socks were found under the sofa cushion. I paid 500 euros for 3 nights, expecting good conditions and service. Contact with the owner was normal until I asked for a partial refund of the amount paid. After that he stopped responding. The final impression is disgusting. I consider this behavior and service unacceptable.

• Kayoko (10/5): Amazing view❤️ - It was very amazing view from the top floor 50th!! Night view was so romantic and beautiful. In the morning, we could watch fantastic sunrise. We canceled to visit CN tower because we had already nice view at home. 🤣 We had everything that we needed. Washing machine and dry machine were very useful. We have never met house owner but they response very quickly.
