• Weicheng (8/5): - 當初在官網設定的就是兩間房，結果看到的照片感覺是有兩間，結果定了後發現是大通鋪，當天傳訊了給店家問，根本沒人理，隔天飯店人員回覆要我們自己去跟booking聯絡，完全沒有想幫忙…感受不是很好

• wada (7/5): 良い宿でした。 - 騒音や汚れているところもなく、清潔でアクセスの良い宿でした。 また越後湯沢駅から徒歩圏内なのに、1人あたりの金額が他のホテルに対して安く、コスパは良いなと感じました。 お風呂に少し物足りなさを感じました。

• Mathias (6/5): Rien à dire sur la propreté et l'emplacement, peut mieux faire pour le petit-déjeuner. - Propreté de la chambre et idéalement situé à quelques minutes de la gare. Le petit-déjeuner est à revoir. Il était composé de deux tranches de pain de mie industriel, d'une briquette de lait individuelle, d'une banane, et d'un dessert type gelée de fruit (très sucrée !). Un yaourt nature, des confitures et de la margarine moins industrielles amélioreraient sensiblement la qualité du petit-déjeuner.

• Chi Ann (9/5): - 寄放行李跟入住退房都很方便，位置離車站不遠，離最貴那間飯店也才五十公尺。可以泡湯（但是是裸湯）。有早餐，省了去買的麻煩。 淋浴的熱水有點不夠熱。隔音沒有到很好，在房間裡可能會被交誼廳的吵到。
• Yuichi (8/5): リーズナブル旅行に最適 - 1、源泉かけ流しの温泉(Max4人) 2、無料朝食かつデロンギコーヒーメーカーがある 3、駅近でリーズナブル 4 、隣の部屋の物音は聞こえない 5、従業員の方の感じが良い 6、清掃状況は良い(部屋内も快適) 1、駐車場が無い(町営駐車場からも遠い。徒歩約15分)。荷卸スペースも無く、車で来る人にはかなり不便。案内の一つにあった駅近駐車場は閉鎖中で使えないがその案内が無い 2、朝食のゼリー用のスプーンが無い。 3、乾燥室のロッカー品質(隣のロッカーとの内壁がほぼ無しでセキュリティ性は低い)。かつ鍵不調 4、Bookingのメッセージから来る館内Wifiパスワードが間違えている

• Cyril (5/5): Basic & convenient. Take your breakfast elsewhere - The location is stellar, just 5min walking from the train station. The facility is self-service which is very efficient. The room was cleaned, although very very basic. 4 tatatmis, a table, a mini TV. As I was alone, I could pilled up the tatamis to make it confortable. The facility is clean (quite new I think) Breakfast was a joke! two slices of cheap bread, a rotten mandarine, a bit of milk. No mug for tea or coffee only very small paper glasses.
• Yoshimi (7/5): 満足 - 駅近で便利。複数のスキー場へ行く無料シャトルバス乗り場も近くにあり利用できました。 チェックイン/アウトは簡単でした。 お部屋は清潔感があり、お布団は2枚マットレスがあったので快適に寝られました。 湯船にお湯はありましたがお風呂場が寒かったです。 (脱衣所は暖房が効いていました) 無料の朝食は有り難かったのですがお皿やスプーン等がなかったので焼いたパンを置く紙皿などがあれば良かったです。

• Kayla (8/5): Overall good for 1 night stay. - Check in was fairly easy. Rooms, bathrooms and eating spaces were clean and dust free. Great 1 night stay for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). Quiet overall. I didn’t have time to experience the onsen, but I saw there was a fee. There is no parking and when there is a lot of snow and wetness, it’s difficult to find spots to park that is a short walk. Also, breakfast was very minimal, which was expected per other comments. For a family of 4 we received 4 packets (2 pcs each) of bread for toast, 4 banana and 2 milk/2 juice. No plates were provided. We saw others received yogurt, which my kids would have loved.

• Julie Roch (6/5): - La proximité avec la gare est appréciable, facilité du check in, le lieu est relativement propre et calme Chambre très petite, les douches sont vétustes et au nombre de 3 uniquement pour les femmes. Nous étions hors saison, donc résidence calme. Je n'ose imaginer durant la pleine saison le lieu doit être très bruyant et douche inaccessible..

• Scheward W (8/5): - 早餐很制式，不過趕時間的可以整包拿著就出門很方便，有閒情的可以慢慢烤麵包、充奶茶，早餐的小橘子非常好吃，每天都有，一兩口就吃完了不會麻煩。豪華四人房住4個人夠大，四人行李打開堆牆角都還有空間睡覺，衣服掛滿房間也還夠 乾燥室暖爐小小一台，又是定時關機式，設定上也不是很直覺。第一晚鞋沒乾，第二天開始我每天回房、外出用餐、洗澡、睡前都會去乾燥室重啟暖爐。衣服褲手套等則是全部拿回房間烘。房內暖器曾有兩次發生調著調著就不熱狀況，重開數次都無法恢復，眼看房間越來越冷，但幸運的是關掉好一段時間後再重開就恢復正常，沒被冷死，不過還是希望業主排檢一下原因。雖然寫得很長，但都是還可以接受的小問題
• Yu-Chieh (8/5): 整體來說離雪具店跟湯澤車站很近 方便！ - 住的是榻榻米的房間 只要搬床墊鋪床就可以直接睡 蠻舒服的 而且離車站很近 但覺得床墊好像不夠乾淨有一點小毛髮但不影響 因為有床單可以鋪 枕頭是硬的 有點不方便的是住三樓搬行李很重 沒有電梯 但所有入住跟退房都是自助的挺方便 還有洗澡要跑到一樓有點麻煩 而且女生淋浴間只有兩台吹風機跟三個還四個洗澡的共同衛浴 如果人多的時候要等 洗澡的地方比較沒隱私就是大家直接裸體去洗澡但還好因為日本已經習慣了 其他部分覺得這裏超像宿舍的蠻溫馨 二樓有交誼廳可以吃飯煮東西
