Verena (8/5): - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist genial, besonders gut hat und sie Dachterrasse gefallen. Leider war die Kommunikation mit der Agentur, die diese Wohnung betreut, nicht besonders freundlich. Auf freundliche Nachfrage oder Hinweise zur Unterkunft wurden wir zurecht gewiesen (so sei es nicht ungewöhnlich, dass ein Grill verschimmelt sein, man müsse ihn lediglich ausbrennen), zum Ende sogar beschimpft. Im Vorweg und in der Wohnung gab es keinerlei Anleitung zur Nutzung von Strom (Sicherungskasten), Warmwasser oder Müll. Leider war nicht ein Schnipsel Toilettenpapier vorhanden, was bei einer späten Ankunft ein nette Aufmerksamkeit gewesen wäre. Die Unterkunft könnte an einigen Stellen besser ausgestattet sein, an einem Feedback dazu hatte die Agentur allerdings kein Interesse. Capoliveri und Elba haben uns sehr gut gefallen, auf einige unfreundliche Zurechtweisungen der Agentur hätten wir gerne verzichtet.
