Guest Reviews
- Farida (10/5): A fantastic family holiday in a perfect location with a lovely and helpful host — we can’t wait to return! - We had an amazing stay at this caravan in North Wales and would definitely love to come back again. The caravan was very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It was great to find little extras like washing up liquid and plenty of toilet rolls, which many caravans don’t provide. Having 2 bathrooms was also very convenient for the family.
The location was perfect — all the facilities and activities were only a 1-minute walk away, and the playground right in front of the caravan was ideal for the children. The host was extremely friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the relaxed checkout, as we didn’t feel rushed at all on the day we left. Overall, we truly enjoyed our holiday here. Honestly, there wasn’t nothing to dislike. Everything was well organised and comfortable for our stay.

- jane (10/5): lovely peaceful clean -
- Guest (10/5): - Me and a group of freinds were supposed to visit this site and unfortunately due to a burst water main in the local area the site was forced to close, which left us stranded. However the hosts were absolutely fantastic, they kept us updated every step of the way and even found and booked us alternative accommodation which I know would have left them out of pocket, but all they were the bothered about was if we were okay rather than money which is rare these days. So I thank them for that. I give them 10/10 they saved our weekend when many were forced to go home.
- Kerry (5/5): Wish I’d only booked 4 nights, beds weren’t comfy at all. - I liked the fact it had decking
The facilities for the kids were really good. The site was safe and the staff were lovely. The train track at the back of us.
It not been cleaned properly
- john (9/5): - Everything was great Not much
- Jess (10/5): Memories we can keep forever - Lovely place would definitely come back Nothing it was lovely
- Oliver (7/5): Nice location overall clean except the rug and nice seating area minus the camera facing the whole time. - Toilet, showers bedrooms all clean & a nice seating area It had a big shaggy rug which were nice but was full of dirt & bits so we folded it and placed out the way,
Also the seating area were nice but there is a camera facing and we felt a bit uncomfortable with small kids wondering if they were watching or not.
- Maureen (10/5): Lovely quiet family weekend relaxing quiet & clean caravan will definitely be rebooking - Very comfortable & can Clean caravan & comfy beds
- Amy (10/5): We had the best time ever and will be returning x - The caravan was spacious clean and comfortable the host was extremely helpful and available to answer any questions I had Honestly couldn’t fault it at all was a lovely mini break
- Mcquade (10/5): Such a beautiful stay !! - Such a beautiful caravan, very spacious and clean, home from home - near all the amenities of the park - we had such an enjoyable stay would highly recommend
- Lucy (10/5): Exceptional - Our family of 7 had a short stay at Life's a Beach . Such a beautiful caravan in a great location, very homely with everything you need. Owners were fantastic and available to speak to if needed. The only downside is not booking to stay for longer .
Would definitely recommend a stay at Life's a Beach.
- Agi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Courtney (10/5): Amazing thank you - Highly recommended. the host was lovely and made the booking easy. And the caravan was set in a lovely quiet location very clean and tidy and felt from home to home very comfortable, was also save for my children to go up and down the road on there scooters.
We always had a welcome pack on arrival that was a surprise for us, great price
I high recommend this caravan 10 stars ***
And we definitely will be back to stay again
Thank you very much
- Aaron (10/5): Exceptional -
- Md (8/5): Very good - Good value for money The property is not on the beach! Some basic amenities such as hand wash liquid/soap, toilet paper etc. were missing. The owner urges to use the app (which did not work for me) for basic info. such as check in procedure, where to leave the key after checking out etc. which could have been just answered in the message.
- Paul (8/5): 89 Beaumaris review - Site was empty and quiet. Home was well equipped and modern. All facilities worked fine. Good heater in living room area so nice cosy feel in the evenings. Close to the beach and within easy driving distance to Prestatyn amenities and awesome countryside/coastal walks. Didn't look like it had been cleaned since last occupants. Spider webs in toilets, floors had muddy footprints and there were crumbs on kitchen worktop.
Next to busy railway line which was noisy and disturbing every time a train went by.
Duvet was very thin and slid off several times.
Despite these issues I loved it!
- Jack (10/5): Exceptional -
- Oliver (9/5): Superb - Very comfy stay, the fire made it warm and cosey. Wifi would be ideal really, but this is the one and only thing. Didn't ruin our stay and we did know before hand.
- Tracy (10/5): Worth the money and visit - The property was cosy and clean, the family touches were lovely and made me feel home from home. The owner was very approachable and texted to check everything was ok. Me and my family will be back again
- Deneese (10/5): Would deffo recommend - The property was lovely and clean, very quiet area of the park Everything was good
- Teo (1/5): They don't even provide pillows !Avoid ! - NA She make out shower was broken after we left and she asked booking.com to charge me 150 Q ! That's bloody rip off !Avoid !Now she is threatening me with solicitors 😀.They can't even afford bedding. They charging 40 Q for bedding You will have to bring your own PILLOWS 😂ol AVOID! ACOID! AVOID!
- Ian (9/5): Great stay no issues at all with the caravan - Caravan was spotless. I liked the layout especially as the kitchen area did not interfere with the lounge. Welcoming gifts were a nice touch. 2 loos and Main shower room was bigger than usual which helped us with the 3 grand kids. Could park close to the caravan. No problems at all very nice caravan with everything you need.
Good heating system as well if you need it which we didn't.
- Anne (10/5): Lovely weekend in a immaculate cosy caravan - Lovely, clean property
