Guest Reviews
- Paul (6/5): AWFUL LOCATION. - Proximity to city centre. Comfortable beds. Location was awful. Very poor area. We weren't given the code at the allocated time so had to phone the owners. A lot of stairs up which to carry our luggage. The place needs to have some fans. Would not return.
- Rebecca (10/5): Great stay - Perfect stay had everything we needed. Staff were helpful. Great location for the water sports centre.
- Dixon (9/5): Lovely place - Perfect house and close to everything Sofa and no oven trays
- Colin (10/5): - Clean quiet apartment within easy walking distance of Motorpoint arena.
And free car parking.
Excellent touches with free tea, coffee and toiletries All good

- Jeanette (10/5): - It was a very homely comfortable place to stay, it had everything you could need they also left extra touches like shampoo conditioner,sanitary products, washing up liquid and tea coffes sugar that i hadn't seen in other properties ive stayed in, it was a lovely stay and when something was needed it was dealt with promptly.
- Ru (10/5): - Good location and lovely host
- Stuart (9/5): -
- James (8/5): Good place to stay, I would recommend it. - Had everything that you need, beds comfortable. Extra touches , water, biscuits and chips were great. Bathroom roof has mould on it, needs a good clean and paint
- Susan (10/5): We had a great time on this nice quiet but central location. - It’s fabulous. Beautifully decorated and so well equipped, too! I’m sensitive to bright light, so would have preferred more subdued/shaded ceiling lights.
- Gordon Smith (10/5): A great place to stay if visiting Nottingham - The house is a terraced town house, which is well located especially if using for The Motorpoint Arena. It's about 15 minutes walk from the bus and railway stations. And there's a space for a car at the rear of the property but we arrived by coach so did not use.
It has good sized rooms with everything you would need for a medium length stay. The kitchen is modern with tea and coffee (both machine and instant) provided. There is also a washing machine.
The bedrooms have a double and two single beds. The lounge has a long sofa unit and egg chair and the TV is free view stations and streaming apps.
The bathroom is a little small but adequate for us. That I bath shower was a little tricky to operate but we managed OK.
Overall this is a great place to stay and we would definitely visit again if in Nottingham. Nothing.

- Paul (10/5): - Location is great, easy to find. Good communication with host. Clean and comfortable property, as described. Will use again when in Nottingham
- Carlene (8/5): - The property is conveniently located within walking distance of our destinations, and free parking was available at the rear of the house. The property was clean and comfortable, and clear instructions for access were provided in a timely manner.
- Weiting (9/5): Centrally located place with everything you will need - It was central and parking was very easy at the back of the house.
Bed was comfortable and linens were very clean.
Owner was friendly and responsive when contacted. It was located in an area where some of the house has broken glass on doors and windows. Children playing ball games outside might have been the cause.
- Marc (9/5): - The property was very clean and comfortable and the host was very quick to respond to any questions I had prior to booking.
The bottles of water and confectionery that were left for us on arrival was a nice touch.
I would definitely consider booking the property again when booking another trip to Nottingham 🙂
- miriam (5/5): -
- Mick (10/5): - Absolutely everything the house is immaculate will be back. Nothing
- Philippa (8/5): Great location and friendly atmosphere - Great location and space. Small fridge
- Fiona (10/5): Lovely city centre stay - Lovely house with everything we needed Nothing
- Wenngal (6/5): Claustrophobic - - Friendly and accommodating hosts;
- Location was super convenient- probably less than 15 mins walk to town centre - Although the location was convenient, the area was rough (noisy neighbours and smell of drugs wafting in the evenings);
- Interiors looked very tired and in need of refurbishment, e.g. ceiling lights, bigger fridge freezer, shower in need of fixing (to be fair, the hosts warned me of the shower issue in advance);
- The place felt very cramped;
- Would be good if the complimentary confectionary could be checked for their expiry dates before offering to guests (attaching photo)
- Peter (9/5): Comfortable, nicely furnished house - Handy for walking to city centre. Spacious rooms, good shower, well kitted out kitchen, easy parking and clear instructions for entry via code. Nothing.
- Graham (8/5): Very good -
- Dawn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Murali (7/5): Central good location but suitable only for younger people with less luggage - The facility was well kept but the listing showed 2 Bathrooms but intact it had only one Bath and 2 toilets which should have been specified. It has 3 levels which again one does know from listing and hence not suitable for older people with luggage.
- Gemma (10/5): What a lovely find - Such a lovely house. Extremely clean and so many lovely touches from sanitary items, tea station, WiFi. Honestly the best I’ve stayed in. The location was perfect for us. To have parking and be walking distance from everything we needed but also so quiet and as a mum traveller with my daughter I genuinely felt so safe. We travelled for a 2 day event and it genuinely felt like coming home for the night it was so comfy and perfect. The host was incredibly responsive and polite and clearly takes pride in the house and wanting guests to have the best stay. Would 100% recommend on all fronts and I would love to stay here again
- Aj (10/5): A very pleasant weekend away - Very clean and tidy. Very well looked after property. One of the best I have stayed in. Very good location for the weekend away within walking distance of everything I had planned for the trip. N/A
- Fee (9/5): Lovely! - Lovely house in Nottingham was perfect for 4 of us girls.
The house was very clean and accommodating. The bedrooms are lovely with extra pillows if needed!
Well stocked kitchen which we pretty much gathered in because the large table was perfect for chatting etc.
Parking is round the back of the property which the hosts advised well before arriving.
Very well organised and very pleasantly suprised especially as this was our first visit to Nottingham.
- Sarah (9/5): It was everything we needed - Good location, clean and well appointed
- Ellison (9/5): Great location and a good size apartment - The rooms were all a very good size for a group of adults. The sofa bed was already made up and was comfortable to sleep on. Plenty of space to share breakfast together. Lovely touch with snacks laid out on arrival I wish the extractor fan worked but there is a large window you can open in the kitchen
- Preston-hayes (9/5): Great place to stay - Close to town
Attention to detail Nothing
- Mari-claire (9/5): Perfect location for exploring Nottingham - Very cosy, comfortable beds, lovely warm and clean . Host was helpful and friendly Only thing I’d have liked extra is a mirror in the main bedroom
- Anyone (10/5): Exceptional - This lovely house is just 4 minutes walk from the Motorpoint arena. Has its own parking space. The kitchen was well stocked with tea coffee etc and a coffee machine with pods. Both bedrooms are beautiful with extra towels and both toilets have mini toiletries.
The house has iron and board and also a washing machine. There are plenty of cleaning products to help maintain the high standard of cleanliness.
The house is in a nice quiet area within walking distance of pubs and local shops. The main centre is only 10 minutes walk.
The house was very warm and accommodating. Would definitely book this place again in a heart beat. Very good communication throughout our stay Nothing!! Every thing was fantastic
- Gillian (8/5): Very good - Good space
Comfy beds
Host had added extra touches such as biscuits, water, coffee pods
Toiletries provided
Towels were soft
Good communication on day of arrival Over powering softener smell on bedding
Only had 1 key, a spare key would have been handy.
Plug sockets not in handy places.
No mirror in one bedroom
A lamp In lounge would be useful
- Siobhan (10/5): Exceptional - The property was spotless & everything that we needed. The location was excellent, just a dander to everywhere. Would definitely recommend or use again 😀 The only thing would be a bigger duvet for the double bed
- Paul (9/5): Enjoyed our stay , perfect for our weekend. Would definitely stay again - Good location , 15 mins walk to city centre.
Nice & clean , complimentary slippers was a nice touch. Comfortable beds. Nothing
- Vladimir (9/5): Superb - Good location, nice and clean place
- Jeremy (9/5): Superb -
- Tom (10/5): Exceptional -
- Craig (9/5): Great- clean, quiet and close to the city. - The house was spotlessly clean and elegantly furnished. The location was very quiet and so handy for Sneinton market and the city centre.
- Faiz (8/5): Very good - Clean... Kitchen is excellent One bathroom has no shower and has no mixer for the wash basin.
Both bathrooms doors have no lock.
Difficult to reach, you can't see the door while you are in the car, you have to get down, walk, go few steps down and walk thru a narrow path to find the door.
- Oasis (8/5): It was a brilliant stay, the flat had good space size - The owners were thoughtful by providing coffees and biscuits. The property was clean and TV was easy to use.
The owners put up the sofa bed in the living room before our arrival which made it easier for us to use the lounge as additional sleeping space.
It did feel like a home from home. The entrance to the property was not great, but this is not the owners fault as they do not have control over the maintenance of the communal area. I was just not expecting it as it was not on any of the photos. The good thing is that the neighbours were however not distractive and the area seems quiet and safe.
- Ian (9/5): Everything we needed for our short stay - Very good value and close to city centre Nothing
- Trev (8/5): Very good - beds comfortable, well equipped, good parking space
