- Noor (6/5): At first location was difficult to find but it was really good location and near to the ski lift - We couldn’t find the location on google maps it was very confusing especially that there was no reception in same building and no specific name of the building with no location map on booking.com Then we found the reception in different building and the lady couldn’t find our booking and cant speak english then the host came and everything was better The host was very good man he even gave us a free sim card with unlimited internet during our stay as there was no wifi Location is very good the closest to the cable car with lots of restaurants and facilities Unfortunately we couldn’t find snow out of the window view of our stay it was all mold but this is related to the season we came in Supermarket pharmacy and other hotels are nearby

- Octavian (10/5): Excelent staff/location. - Excellent staff managing the property. Lidia was extremely helpful, approachable, and always with a genuine smile of her face. She help me with transport, ski instructor and replied on the spot when i had any questions. Very clean apartment and best location. Cable car 2 steps away. Good job! Should consider changing the mattresses.
- Clark (10/5): Exceptional - The owner of the apartment was very accommodating. Made sure we have everything we need. Room was right by the Ski lifts and equiped with everything you need. They even helped us get discounts on ski gears, paragliding and even transfer to and from the airport. Full service, would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend Nothing that would bother me. Although it would be nice if the TV had Netflix 😅
- Patchawat (8/5): Very good - 1. Location near the ski lift 2. full kind of equipment in the room which is Self sufficiency for guest. 3. Host is kind. 1. Host seem can not speak English. We communicate via Translator inconveniently. 2. The hotel should accept credit card as payment method.
