• Marina (10/5): - It’s very very convenient , 8 min walk from city center. The host provided all the information how to reach the apartment and inside you have all the explanations in English . The view from the balcony is beautiful

• Devavratt (10/5): - We enjoyed a lovely stay with two children. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Everything worked fine in there. Parking is just 2 mins walk from the apartment. The instructions given to find the parking and then how to get to the apartment were clear and with pictures. Good location, just about 7-8 mins walk from the main city centre area. There is a supermarket below the apartment where you can buy your groceries.

• Peter (10/5): Clean modern apartment with easy parking - Comprehensive check in details with lock box. Secure parking a minute's walk away. Italian supermarket next door. Young professional couple, Entela and Fred, sorted out a minor problem immediately. All crockery and utensils are new and apartment is in excellent condition. The TV offered plenty of films in the original English language (with Albanian subtitles) Highly recommended

The owner communicates very well and responds quickly. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants and the city centre are just around the corner. We really enjoyed our stay!

The landlord was incredibly helpful, meeting us to hand over the keys and share information about the place. The building features a convenient elevator and boasts a modern vibe. • Sagnik (10/5): Excellent stay. An absolute value for money! - Everything! The apartment was spotless and spacious with fantastic furniture, kitchenware and appliances. All the linen and towel provided were spotless as well. Good parking space within a short walking distance (2min walk). The hosts were really prompt and helpful as well. We were a bit confused about finding the place and they quickly helped us out by showing up. They were also very kind to leave a few bottles of water in the fridge. Location was good too. There was a supermarket right downstairs and a lot of shops and restaurants around the corner. Nothing

• Sašo (10/5): Family place - The flat is completely ready to live in. In the city centre. The hosts took care of all our needs and responded in less than 15 minutes to all our requests. They also provided us with all the information needed, including the tourist material available in the apartment. The parking is just around the corner and has a 24-hour guard. The closest shops are in the building itself while great food and entertainment lay just around the corner.

• Elda (10/5): Exceptional - Flat is in a good area of Shkoder. Lovely, accommodating host. Allowed us to check out late on the last day as we had to work from home. The flat was spacious and provides opportunity for working from home arrangements with a dining table in the living area and a second fold up desk in the bedroom. Has everything you need in the flat and it is clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

• Erik (10/5): Very good stay for both leisure and work. - The location of the appartement is one of the best in Shkoder. The appartement was very clean, there were a lot of white clean towels for use and the owner offered even more. The internet was good and there was a lot of light in the appartement with a nice view which was nice for home working during the day.Last but not least , there was a nice coffee machine De Longhi -;) The entrance of the appartement below the building could be a bit cleaner.

• Manon (9/5): Good stay for 1 night - It is a very spacious and clean appartment. Contact with host is very pleasant. Location to visit the city center is good with many restaurants and shops around the corner. We came by car and it was very hard to find the right location because of all one direction roads. Maps does not send you the correct way, also not with the links shared upfront by host. After driving around in the busy traffic of Shkoder we decided to contact the host and they came with their bicycle to guide us to the appartment which was very friendly. The shower went sometimes hot and cold staying in the same settings so might need a check up.
• Artur (10/5): Just Book It ;) - Full equiped apartment with lot of space. Super clean. Very good contact with host. Parking space on private area is a big plus. Many stores with fresh food all around. We recommend this one.
• Agata (9/5): Superb - Great place in perfect location: walking distance to the centrum, shot driving distance to Teth and Komo lake/Shala river. Parking place available. Small balcony where you can dry laundry. Air con both in bedroom and living room. Perfectly equiped kitchen. Clean and cosy place. Information and tips from the owner were great. The only minus: type of lightbulbs in the bedroom: could be with a bit softer colour 😅

• Carina_caha2008 (10/5): Exceptional - Fredi is a very nice host. He contacted us before our arrival to make sure everything is clear for us amd we arrive well. He was there when we arrived amd checked with us the parking spot for our car. That was very helpful! The appartment is right in the centre, with lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Also the place where buses leave to Theth or Komani lake is just 7 min walk. The appartment was very clean and well-equipped. Unfortunately we just stayed 1 night, but it would have had all equipment to cook there. We would love to stay again there when we come back to Shkodra. Everything was perfect :-)
• Pierimarchi (10/5): 10/10 perfect - Everything was perfect in this apartment: it is extremely clean, it has an amazing central location (everything is reachable just by walking), the building is modern and quiet. The owner was extremely kind, I told them I had to go to Theth and they contacted a driver for me, it all went smoothly. Also the check-in and check-out procedure is very simple and the instructions are clear. 10/10 recommended! Nothing, it was all exceptional.

• Zephaniah (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect in every way. Fully furnished, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and many other facilities, spacious balcony, centrally located. The bathroom has a washing machine and is spacious. Full air conditioning in the flat and an assortment of bedding. The landlady was exceptionally kind and helpful, she informed us about how to get to various places and how to make bookings for our next stop. She even picked us up from the bus station. Not applicable, it was perfect.

Recommendation! - Apartment was great, owner was very helpfull, location is good, self check-in was easy, free parking that is overlooked from apartment's terrace, kitchen is well equiped and really nice... Only one room have beds for sleep, and parking was little difficult to find.
