• Svitlana (8/5): It was good - It was quiet and comfy, the host was nice, I liked seagull sounds Mosquitoes, there was no water for some time, the last day the wifi didn't work, and I didnt seem to be able to shut windows completely but maybe that was intended (it wasn't much of a problem though)
• Dumitru (5/5): - Amplasare ok, camera spatioasa. Bucataria si masina de spalat pot fi un avantaj. Frigiderul pierdea apa si a trebuit sa stergem de mai multe ori pe jos. La dus se stropeste tot ce e in jur. Dimineata nu am avut apa calda. Curatenia a fost facuta superficial. Becul de la intrare se aprindea/ stingea tot timpul si poate fi enervant mai ales pe timpul noptii.

• Georgi (10/5): - Very good location, near the center. Many shops and restaurants around. The apartment is finished with modern design. Full kitchen and washing machine. Nice dayroom. The owner is friendly. Well organized access. For me was very good money for value.

Listing at the time of booking showed apartment to be a large nearly 80sq mtr on arrival either the apartment had been sectioned off and made or to 2 or was given different apartment i wanted a large apartment and that is why i booked it if i had been told by owner that i was not going to get apartment advertised i would have cancelled. Lack of kitchen utensils only 1 cup and 1 glass plus other crockery not good enough for a 2 person apartment with kitchenette . Bed linen too small for size of bed. Washing machine included but no suppled drying rack.

Il n était pas loin non plus du centre-ville et de la mer. Le matelas du lit trop mou avec les ressorts trop presents. Pas assez de vaisselle. Par exemple, nous étions trois mais seulement deux petites cuillères. Belle salle d eau mais emplacement de la douche obligeant à mouiller les pieds pour aller aux toilettes si quelqu'un a pris sa douche avant

• Khrystyna (3/5): - Я обирала це житло, щоб комфортно провести відпустку з дитиною, але залишилась дуже розчарована. Сушіння речей: немає навіть місця, де можна висушити одяг. Посуд: відсутні чашки, а весь посуд, що є, виглядає так, ніби його принесли попередні гості. Постіль та рушники: жахливі. Рушники старі, з плямами. Постіль стара, неякісна, без натяжної простині (у 21 столітті це вже стандарт). Загальне враження: умови не відповідають базовим вимогам комфорту. Якщо ви хочете зіпсувати свою відпустку — можете сміливо обирати це місце.

• Michael (8/5): Short and sweet beach holiday - Great location, 2 mins walk from train station and 10 mins walk to beach. The apartment is nice, but could do with a couple of small things, like a dustpan and brush, spatula, and more cutlery. Also, the bedding for the sofa bed had no covers and was a little dirty.

• Mikaela (1/5): Disappointing stay - basics weren’t provided, and poor communication with the host - I really liked the location: it was close to the train station, the city center, the Sea Garden with all the nice restaurants, and the beach. The studio itself was also nicely-furnished. The property didn’t offer what was stated on Booking. First of all, there was no internet connection. Second, some basic essentials were missing – there was no toilet paper, hand soap, or any kind of shower gel. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, so I contacted the property to let them know. They said they’d bring the missing items the next day, but they never did. On the second day, I messaged again to ask for an iron – this time, they didn’t even reply. As for the cleanliness, let’s just say that if the bed hadn’t been made and the towels weren’t rolled, I wouldn’t have thought the place was cleaned at all. The floor was dirty, there was an empty jar of Nutella left out, only two glasses in the kitchen (one for water, one for wine), and neither was properly cleaned. The blankets in the wardrobe were thrown in, not folded. The hallway/kitchen light kept flashing constantly like we were in a nightclub– annoying, but not the end of the world. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. I felt disrespected, especially after giving them a chance to fix things and being completely ignored. For the standard price I paid, I expected at least the basics to be covered–like toilet paper.
• Konovalova (2/5): Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended - Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended While the location may seem convenient due to its proximity to the train station, travelers should be aware that the area feels unsafe after dark. The entrance is shared with public institutions whose staff regularly smoke outside, resulting in a persistent and unpleasant smell of tobacco both in the stairwell and inside the apartment. The neighboring gambling salon further adds to the discomfort. The apartment itself is poorly maintained. Bed linen and towels are old and worn out. The pillows are lumpy, the duvets stained, and the mismatched cups and chipped plates suggest a lack of basic care. Two wardrobe doors were broken and barely hanging on. There was no toilet paper provided upon arrival. The most frustrating issue was the complete lack of Wi-Fi during our entire three-day stay. Despite several messages to the management, the issue was never resolved, nor did I receive any indication that a solution was even attempted. As a result, I had to rely on mobile data in roaming mode to attend my scheduled meetings, which significantly (twice) increased the actual cost of my stay. I strongly believe this property is purely managed, with no personal attention to guest experience. I cannot recommend it and hope the management takes this feedback seriously.
• Slutsky (5/5): Passable - The apartment is indeed well located relative to the sea line, as stated in the description, but in reality, it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the shore. I appreciated the clean and tidy entrance to the building. As for the downsides: the kitchenware listed in the description was missing. The shower has no designated area — there is no tray, enclosure, or curtain. Water flows directly onto the floor; although there is a drain, the water does not drain evenly, and after showering, you have to use a mop to push the water into the drain to avoid standing in a puddle. Communication with the host was polite: he asked what I needed and listened carefully, but unfortunately did not follow through — he did not provide what he had promised. A hairdryer (thank you, it worked well) and an iron were provided, but the iron was damaged and burned. Additional towels I requested were not provided. The clothes drying rack was broken and unusable. The pillows in the apartment were uncomfortable. Out of three duvets we used, only one duvet cover was provided — there was not enough bedding. Toiletries were almost non-existent — only two small bars of soap were provided. ---
• Tatyana (4/5): Not impressed - There were no coffee cups, no toilet paper, no shampoo or hand soap. The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. It was dusty.. The blind in my room broke and anyone from the outside could see me. Someone came to fix it after two days, so I wasn't able to rest or feel comfortable.

• Mihail (5/5): I would say, the property looks bigger on the pictures. Don't be fooled! - Collection of keys was easy! Unfortunately, the door of the bathroom was broken, which we reported to the guy who was cleaning the property, and he took pictures, and promised he will send to the manager. As a result, after we left the property, the owners claimed that we broke the door. It is not possible, because the door was actually not mounted properly, not broken. No one can brake a door like this, if it was ever mounted properly. Consequently, I would say - don't go there!

• Annapeltola (8/5): Great accommodation for a couple - We had a wonderful stay in the Deluxe Queen -studio during our holidays in Varna. Great for a couple, very simple and clean. The bathroom is a bit tight with the build-in shower and the small kitchen has the very basic equipment and utensils. But all in all it was a great accommodation for a 1-week holiday. The location is perfect, nice and quiet neighborhood, close to all the main attractions: the beach, the city and the harbour. Very helpful and uncomplicated communication with the owner from the time of the booking till the end of our stay. We would definitely recommend it.

• Montenis (9/5): Perfect stay in Varna - The property is easy to locate, is on the one of the best places to live. There are convenience stores around, and the place is really central. The hosts are super friendly. I would come back there once again. The communication with hosts was allways on time, this is allso a big plus for us. All in all , thanks! There was no toilet paper provided in two of our rooms :D but the shop is nearby so no biggie ;)

• Samira (4/5): It’s not a good place for people with kids and car. Just good for those who want to be closer to city center and don’t c - The only positive point for us was the location which is close to city Centre. It’s far from beach but we were there in cold weather Not enough facilities, I had to ask for everything. The host was polite and tried to prepare whatever I asked but it was not a good feeling to ask for every single thing. There not enough bed sheets and towels. There are too many stairs, 60 stairs to second floor. And no parking. The closest parking is at least 8 to 10 minutes away by walking
• Ana (9/5): Great central location in a quiet area; good value for money. - The location was great, the furniture is pretty new and comfortable. All you may need is there. The process with door codes is really easy so the front door of the apartment could be also made with a security code instead of a key. Nothing much, but there is no available hangers in the bathroom, or in the wardrobe in A3 apartment. There must be some more toilet paper on guests disposal.
