• Frans (9/5): Very nicely run and great price ideal for a base to explore Mkumi national park - The lodge is close to Mkumi National Park and the ideal base for exploring the area. Good value for money, clean, very friendly staff and good food.

• Lukas (9/5): Excellent Swiss hospitality and a perfect family stay - What I liked most was that the owner, Mr. Gwerder, came personally and took the time to have a nice chat with us. When the car did not start early in the morning on our departure day, he immediately came to help us. This saved us hours. Excellent Swiss hospitality. The generator and A/C were working perfectly. The room was very clean, and the mosquito nets were in perfect condition. Our kids loved the animals (e.g., the geese) and, of course, the pool. The staff were very helpful in organizing the Mikumi Safari and the hike to Sanje Waterfalls, and they also provided lunchboxes for us. I would definitely come again.

• Archana (7/5): Our experience at the TAN SWISS INN - Dennis was the highlight of the entire stay. He exceeded our expectation in customer service, feedback, food etc The attitude and maybe the language of the receptionist upon arrival The support ladies we okaish who carried our bags to the room There is no intercom, if we need anything we have to walk from room 11 to reception, no TV, WIFI was not connecting in the room, room service is not available, restaurant closes by 9 and only and though Dennis tried his best to cater for the food, since we are vegetarian, I wish more veg items can be added to the menu. However the taste of what we ate was excellent and very fresh Tan Swiss Inn is definitely a goto hotel in the future again

• Aylla (9/5): Idyllic - Beautiful, peaceful location with lovely gardens to walk around in and a great swimming pool. Room was clean, attractive and in a beautiful setting. A nightingale sang in the tree by our veranda. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was dreadful. It’s hard to understand why. We would have been happy with simole home cooking of basic meals. A simple local meal would have been fine. I hope so much this is put right as it spoils a truly beautiful piece of paradise.
• Haşi̇m (10/5): Best Hotel in Mikumi - Dinner was amazing! So taste! Especially we can recommend soup and pilau! Silvia really takes care of the guests and consider about minor things to make our stay perfect! Super clean! We really recommend this hotel.

But this time it looks ,they change management., and now is still ok but in the room change style ,cheap plastic chairs , if theyt follow this way , will not recommend .
• Nancy (8/5): Very nice place but unpleasant checkout experience due to Booking.com payment - The rooms were very nice. The bathrooms are very spacious and pristine. The various outdoor spaces were very good. I had paid for this trip directly through Booking.com, the property management claimed that I shouldn’t have been charged by Booking.com and that payment was not reflecting on their side. They requested for my card details which I refused to share. I did share proof from Booking.com app that I had fully paid for the rooms but they were still disputing. This whole ordeal took +/- 30mins which led us to be delayed for our game drive. They eventually accepted to only take my contact details incase funds do not reflect to their account. They haven’t yet reached out to me. I would recommend others to choose the option to pay at the property to avoid this ordeal as I was told it happened to another customer a week prior.

• Eric (9/5): Very nice new lodge in Mikumi with enthusiastic staff - Very nice new lodge in Mikumi. The rooms, staff and food were wonderfull. We had dinner and breakfast an the lodge and both were good.
