Guest Reviews
- Edel (10/5): Excellent. - Easy to get to although clear directions were provided by the host. Very clean, had everything I needed and the bed was extremely comfortable. I will 100% be staying here again.
- tracy (8/5): Convenient and comfortable - Comfortable apartment and convenient location.
- Laura (7/5): Okay. But we won’t return - Location Shower was disaster, can’t control water, cold or boiling hot. Shower handles broken, cabin very small can’t even move…
Carpets dirty in bedroom. Over left dirty from other people who was cooking before.
And extremely hot inside department.. small fan not helped at all.
- Gerard (8/5): Convenient location to visit our Granddaughter who is attending University in Bournemouth. - Very comfortable bed with nice fresh linen and towels. Car parking in such a built up area a winner if slightly difficult to access - found it best to reverse in. Effective heating that was appreciated on the cold mornings first thing that we experienced during our stay. Settee not the comfortable one shown in the pictures on the Web but a smaller one that was quite uncomfortable. Storage for clothes very limited with the one chest of drawers being full of spare bedding. Ill treatment of the window blinds ( not by us!!) In the lounge made it difficult to properly close them. None of these spoilt our stay and wouldn't deter us from staying there again.

- Penelope (8/5): We enjoyed our stay in a peaceful apartment with private parking. We were there for a christening. - We brought our own breakfast. The shower. For some reason the water went from hot to cold. It may have been somrthing to do with how we used it.
- harrison (8/5): -
- Amber (8/5): - Great location, lots of shops and food places around.
Spacious and comfortable apartment
Easy to access Preferably have more u
- Helen (10/5): - The location was excellent. Near to bus stops and regular buses to the train station and the beach. Grocery shops close by too.
Lovely clean accommodation. A kitchen with everything you could need for cooking your meals and storing your food.
Clean and lovely smelling bedding and comfy bed. Fluffy towels provided too.
A real home from home .
- Meghan (3/5): Wouldn’t stay here again - Clean enough and well laid out, though watch the trip step into the lounge! No Hot water, owner has ignored messages and used the timing to excuse a lack of refund. Clearly the boiler issue is known but not maintained prior to guest arrival.
Sofa is awful and probably a waste of space as it’s so uncomfortable
- Teya (9/5): -
- Matt (8/5): I will be looking at stay here again in the future - We loved the location as we was close to our friends house. The property was very tidy and very comfortable bed. I didn’t like that there was a wet patch on the carpet with a dehumidifier. I think it is a leaking radiator pipe.
- Jamfi (1/5): - I did like the place The bedroom carpet was wet that i couldn't make step in the and it was also cold heater weren't working
- Winfield (3/5): -
- Stone (8/5): - The heating was off and fortunately with the phone call to the owner to get the instructions for a while, finally it was turned on.
Suggestion:heating should be easily switched on arrival in this cold season.
- james (10/5): -
- Caroline (9/5): -
- Mark (6/5): - Main bed was comfortable and kitchen was good The shower is uncontrollable for the temperature. Someone will end up scalding there self.
The sofa in lounge is really uncomfortable. The sofa bed mattress is probably 2 inches thick. Needs replacing.
The entrance is very difficult to find which is behind the building. There was no instructions before arrival to find entrance. Had to call owner to get instructions.
- Steve60 (10/5): Great - The best accommodation we have stayed in, in Bournemouth. Stylish, warm, spacious, clean, modern. The hosts was easy to Contact and they were very helpful and friendly. The apartment had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Nothing
- Lewis (10/5): Very nice - Very attentive staff and love it little apartment
- Patricia (9/5): Perfect location for a visit to Bournemouth Little Theatre Company ! - It was good to have parking and the location was perfect for our visit to the BLTC theatre in Jamison road - an easy 4 minute walk. Although located on a main road with the expected traffic noise at the front the bedroom is located at the rear of the building and was lovely and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The property was very clean.
- Rimba (9/5): - Litte bit noisy
- Karen (8/5): Perfect for a short stay while visiting friends and family in the area - We were provided with the key safe number in advance which was great but it had changed by the time we arrived. The owner messaged just before check in but we didn't see the message. It would have saved time if we'd been told to look out for a message just before check in time. Once over that hurdle, the rest of the stay was great.
- Mari-Wyn (8/5): - Good location for shops bars and restaurants. Has parking and spacious inside . Nice towels and bedding Quite noisy in the living room from the main road. Couldn’t get the WiFi to work or the remote for the tv
- Ryan (9/5): -
- Elinile (7/5): - The location was good and lots of local shops around. The flat was clean and very quiet. They was no toilet brush to clean, especially if you were staying for more days. The living room sofa is not the one on the picture. I couldn't recline it like what they advertised it on the booking.com picture.
- Priya (8/5): - The apartment is nicely laid out with a separate living room and kitchen. The kitchen had the essentials and I liked the fact that the iron and ironing board was available. We had a pleasant stay, thank you very much.
I regularly travel to Bournemouth for work and bring my car so the parking spot off road is nice to have. And I would like to stay again as it was great value for money. I don't have any comments that were negative but a few comments for what you could do to improve the apartment. The mattress is well-worn, and a mattress topper might help improve comfort. Having a toilet brush in the bathroom and a new set of cutlery plus some kitchen roll in the kitchen would be nice.
Other things to note is the battery in the clock has stopped. The left plug socket in the kitchen near the kettle does not work and needs to be fixed.
- Damian (5/5): The property could have been cleaner and the bed was uncomfortable. - It was close to the shops The mattress needs replacing it is very uncomfortable and gave little or no support.
- Faithful (10/5): -
- Jaydean (10/5): Cute, get away accomadation - The property is clean, spacious and modern. Ideal for a couple of nights away. From the decor to the added extras such as microwave, large fridge freezer, you have everything you need for the perfect getaway. Loads of shops and the beach is just a short drive away. The bed isn’t the most comfortable. But that’s just my personal preference.
- delroy (9/5): -
- Chaudhary (8/5): -
- Courtney (6/5): Alright for the price - Plenty of space for 2 people.
Clear instructions on check in and entry to the flat. Some sticky/greasy surfaces in the kitchen and dining room.
Extremely blunt knives.
Some mould in shower.
Burn marks in the sofa.
- Bilewicz (10/5): Exceptional - The sofa could be more clean and there is no toilet brush. And it was lots of long black hair all around. So we tried to clean it ourselves, but it was a very nice place. It's worth every penny. Thank you
- Rushaniase (1/5): The location of the property is behind a building, I struggled to find the place and I tried to call for assistance but - The aesthetic was nice. The bedding and sofa were dirty and badly stained.
- Charlie (10/5): A good break - Clean and quite
- Joanna (9/5): Superb -
- Heather (8/5): Very good - Very clean. Landlady was lovely easy to communicate with had everything we needed Me and my daughter tripped over the step into the living room many times. (After the 1st time should have remembered) put a pillow on it helped us to remember.
- Jane (7/5): OK apart from the above. - We I thought the living room sofa was in need of a good clean, plus there were cigarette holes in the upholstery.
Instructions for the tv would have been helpful.
- Bronwyn (6/5): Wimborne Road - Location works. Ease of booking. Very cosy. Internal shared entry is not very clean with carpet showing lots of foot traffic... Couch in apartment is very stained/dirty, needs replacing. Shower stall, and shower wall tiles need replacing or deep clean.
- Tanya (9/5): Superb - Clean everything you need is there
- Danuta (8/5): Nice place to stay - Generally nice place to stay. Front door lock did not work properly
- Asmira (5/5): Passable - Lovely and cosy apartment, but the owner needs to make some changes.. cigarette burns on the sofa, stains all over the sofa, no toilet brush, no double glazing on windows, very very noisy as it is stationed on main road. Mattres needs to be changed as it is too soft and old. Overall lovely place, but needs some improvement.
- Olga (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and cosy apartment in a good location. Also very spacious and modern.
- Rita (10/5): Flat - Very clean. And quiet place. Close to local shops. 10 min drive to Bournemouth beach side.
The place is big for the value. And have all facilities. Shame didn't have washing machine to wash your close if staying more than 2days.
- Maya (10/5): A real bargain. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ - The property was exceptional value for money, if I visit Bournemouth again I will most certainly be using this vendor. The property was warm and spacious, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Parking was a bit tight but truly cannot complain given the price of permits and public car parks in Bournemouth.
- Rachael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Martinez (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dean (10/5): Exceptional - Generally all round a delightful stay, with a truly helpful host Nothing
- Laud (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chloe (10/5): Exceptional - It was so clean and smelled nice
- Anthony (7/5): Good - Shower heads spray water everywhere. Wi-Fi sporadic.
- Mary (6/5): Pleasant -
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional -
- Danny (6/5): Would definitely stay again but I think the bed needs to be fixed we only sat on it and we fell through and we are only - Lay out was lovely like being at home The bed was broke. The wood underneath fell through on my pregnant wife which hurt her belly and the milk that was in the fridge went out of date in 2022
- Shreekant (1/5): Bad -
- Claudia (7/5): Good -
- Elena (4/5): Disappointing - Parking was very good, could check from it where the flat is. Shops close to hand and very close to beach Uncomfortable. Bed , one of us felt through the bed. Shower unacceptable not clean, door can't close properly and liking, no toilet brush, only 2 hungers, should be more hungers there. Double socket in kitchen only one side working, it needs to be looked at. Also downstairs neighbour was playing music all night and loud banging and had altercation with some guy from outside and shouting and bad language.
A part from that it was ok
- Jason (9/5): Great place to stay. Would definitely stay again - A very big spacious flat. The lounge was massive big corner sofa and flat screen tv. Decent sized dining room. It was clean and tidy. The flat was very warm. Host was super friendly and the instructions were very clear and the check in process was very easy. The knives and vegetable peeler were blunt. The parking space was a little bit tight. The shower head needs replacing. The bed was quite soft. But I would definitely stay there again.
- Sean (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kayhan (10/5): What's a place to stay and affordable - Everything
- Julie (9/5): Very good value for money - Nice apartment, had everything we needed. Clean and staff very nice 😊
- Mark (7/5): Good - Modern clean apartment A bit too far out of Bournemouth.
- Stephanie (1/5): Avoid this property unless you like being woken up by a disco at 5am - The property was clean and tidy and had what was necessary The neighbour in the flat below plays extremely loud music from 5am in the morning. She also stands in the garden singing at 5.30 am.
I sent a complaint to the landlady the first morning it happened and she didn’t and hasn’t had the courtesy to respond.
- Kenneth (6/5): A good property with some flaws, most of which could be sorted. - It was clean and tidy. The space was good and well thought out. We particularly liked that there was decent dining space. Parking was ok but at the neighbouring space, a second car (although thoughtfully parked up tight to the first) made reversing out by the bins problematical.
There was no Wi-Fi or at least none was obvious.
The seating in the lounge was uncomfortable.
There was no information sheet available for visitors.
The stairs were very narrow on the upper floor making carrying a suitcase up and down quite awkward.
The neighbours were noisy with loud music playing at 2:30 or 3:00 am in three of our four mornings.
- Manju (9/5): Superb - Apartment was great!! Noise from the street ... Early deliveries' trucks etc
- Martin (6/5): Pleasant -
- Joshua (8/5): Very good -
- Hajnalka (5/5): Passable - Parking very very tight spot - had to move bins to reverse out as I got blocked in. Keybox very stiff and hard to open. No handsoap in the bathroom. Dirty kettle and shower tray. Cutlery was chucked loose into drawers
- Patrick (7/5): Good - Stylish, modern look. Late night noisy neighbour
- Iliyan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Laura (4/5): Without doubt the worst bed we’ve ever slept in, but with a few changes, the apartment could be really good. - The apartment has a lot of potential (but there are some issues). It is spacious and clean. There is a dedicated parking space. It is an idea base for visiting the area. The mattress was very uncomfortable. You can feel the springs despite the addition of a mattress topper. As a result we had very disturbed sleep which ruined our stay.
There is no bin in the kitchen so we had no idea what to do with the rubbish and we were not directed as to which dustbin we could use either.
There are no curtains in the bedroom and as it’s an east facing window it meant we were woken up extremely early by the sunlight pouring in. Blackout curtains would be a good addition.
There was a rail for clothes, but only one coat hanger which wasn’t very useful.
If anyone is sleeping on the sofa bed in the lounge, it is extremely noisy as the windows are not properly sealed, which also leads to quite a draught coming into the room.
There is no toilet roll holder or shelves in the bathroom so nowhere to put your toiletries and there were no hand towels provided. The extractor fan in the bathroom was absolutely disgusting… Please see photos attached.
- Asha (9/5): Superb - If there is a bin it will be easy for us to manage the food waste. Thank you
- Phillips (8/5): Very good - Nice clean apartment, quiet , easy to commute to town No tea towels, no frying pan, could have had a bin , but these are minor details, bed bit to soft a nice thick mattress would have been better but again just our preference,
- Barrington (10/5): Exceptional -
- Will (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly & helpul host, great space with everything needed. Would stay again.
- Craig (10/5): Excellent, exactly what we needed - Great space and well equipped, easy to communicate with the hosts, very clean, would stay again
- Laura (10/5): Had a great stay at the apartment, very good night's sleep and well located for Bournemouth town - The apartment was clean and comfortable, plenty of space, not too noisy, and kitchen had everything we needed. Found the parking v easy, and apartment was lovely and warm when we arrived. Kitchen and bathroom immaculately clean.
- Marc (5/5): Cheap apartment for a reason - Close to everything we needed You get what you pay for. Cheap accommodation, cheaper than most in the area for a reason. Apartment situated above a shop, on a busy noisy road! Bed left unmade apon arrival, with duvet cover in a pile on the floor! Bed sheet, pillow cases & duvet cover provided did not match. Sofa bed was cheap, broken, unstable/wobbly and uncomfortable/hard to sit on. Cheap, minimal furnishings throughout. Reasonably clean, however, tea & coffee pots had dry/dirty stains on them, as did some spoons in the drawer.
At best, it's okay for one night but I wouldn't go back there. Better off spending a few extra pounds for some peace and quiet and comfort.
