- Thao (6/5): Pleasant - The unit is in the same building where my aunt lives. We booked a penthouse 2 bedroom/2 bath but the host stated it was under renovation. We were switched.to a 2 bedroom/1 bath with a $1mil VND credit. The until's 2nd "bedroom" was actually part of the living room with a bifold glass door divider. The unit was outdated. I didn't have time to rebook and really needed to be at City Garden. We used the amenities but registered as guests with my aunt's unit since the hotel wouldn't let rental use the pool This felt like a bait and switch scenario., similar to our free cab experience. I will not use booking for future reservations for non-hotel reservations.
