• Eva (10/5): Tolle Wohnung in bester Lage - Großes, sehr gepflegtes, bestens ausgestattetes Apartment, absolut ruhig und zentral gelegen. Wir konnten die Sehenswürdigkeiten dieser wunderschönen Stadt gut zu Fuß erkunden. Monica ist eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin und hat uns mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps versorgt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und hatten zwei sehr schöne Tage.

It is perfectly located near the very center of Oradea, and is very beautifully furbished with the touch of luxury! I can gladly recommend it as the best choice for everyone! I didn't find anything wrong or missing... I liked everything!

• Boris (10/5): excelent - celý objekt je novostavba, čisté, nové priestory, výťah, apartmán naozaj úžasný, za mňa vyzeral naživo ešte lepšie ako na fotkách, naozaj veľký priestor, pre štvorčlennú rodinu super, dve samostatné spálne, samostatná obývacia izba s kuchyňou a jedálenským stolom, vsetko zariadenie je úplne ako nové, nic nie je zničené, chladnička, umývačka riadu, práčka, nadštandardne veľká kúpeľňa, vaňa aj sprchovy kút, balkón, samostatný termostat na kurenie v každej miestnosti, to iste platí aj o klimatizácií, samostatná TV v každej miestnosti, prekvapilo ma ked som nasiel v botniku papuče pre nas všetkých, krásne a vkusne zariadene, od nábytku až po osvetlenie, veľké plus je vlastne parkovanie, auto v uzavretom priestore, s vlastným parkovacím miestom ku každému apartmánu, elektrická brána, dostanete kľúče s diaľkovým ovládaním pre bránu, môžete s autom chodit hore dole kedy chcete vy, nikto cudzí sa dnu nedostane, auto mate v bezpečí, ziadne problémy s parkovanim na ulici, komunikácia s majiteľom naozaj na jednotku, bez akýchkoľvek problémov, čokoľvek potrebujete okamzite reaguje, dokonca nám zaslal tipy a odporucania na miesta ktoré stoja za to si v okoli pozriet, reštaurácie, pamiatky a podobne, ak by som sa mal do Oradei este niekedy vrátiť urcite sa ubytujem tu, poloha je skvelá, centrum mate 3 minúty peši, vsetko v okoli je dostupné peši, autom sme šli jedine do aquparku, za mna vsetko skvele, nemám naozaj ziadne výhrady na apartmán, jedine co nás trochu prekvapilo bolo ze v spoločných priestoroch budovy bolo dosť chladno, vrátane výťahu, boli sme tu v marci, a myslím si si ze nakoľko boli noci este chladné a spoločne priestory niesu vykurované, ale to je naozaj len nepatrný detail oproti tomu aky je apartmán skvelý, tam je naozaj teplo, takže toto by som do úvahy pre výber ubytovania do budúcnosť vôbec nebral, a myslím si ze v letnom období toto ani nik nepostrehne, je to skôr len tip pre majiteľa budovy, a urcite len v zimnom období,

• Catalin (9/5): Apartament mare, central, foarte bun pentru familii. - Apartament nou, spațios, bun pentru familii. Aproape de centru. Oferă toate facilitățile, inclusiv loc de parcare privat, bucătărie complet echipată, mașină de spălat rufe, mașină de spălat vase. Încălzire prin pardoseală, baie ultramodernă, etc. Absolut toate facilitățile. Am fost surprinși să aflăm că nu putem plăti cu cardul, nici prin Booking și nici la locație. Ni s-a cerut plata cash, lucru neașteptat pentru o localitate modernă ca Oradea și tehnologia curentă. Mai ales că rezervarea a fost făcută prin Booking unde beneficiam de anumite privilegii ale contului Genius.

• Ernest (10/5): - Všetko bolo perfektné! Poloha apartmánu dostupna pár minút od hlavných atrakcií. Byt bol perfektne pripravený, čistý... Postele pohodlné, veľké. V kuchyni je základné vybavenie. Vaňa a sprchovací kút. Telky inteligentné :)

Apartamentul se afla într-un bloc nou, modern, la doi pași de Piața Unirii. Gazda este de nota 20!

• Simona Moga (10/5): Apartament bine amplasat, foarte curat, liniștit și complet utilat, cu o gazdă atentă și primitoare. - Apartamentul este excelent amplasat, aproape de centrul orașului, într-un bloc mic și liniștit, ferit de trafic. Accesul a fost foarte ușor, am avut loc de parcare disponibil și am primit instrucțiuni clare din partea gazdei. Pe durata șederii, proprietarul a fost extrem de amabil — ne-a oferit recomandări utile și s-a asigurat că totul este în regulă. Apartamentul este curat, bine echipat și oferă tot confortul necesar pentru o ședere plăcută și relaxantă.
• Xenia (10/5): Modern si spatios - Spatios, foarte curat, design modern, paturi confortabile, toate dotarile de care ai nevoie intr-un apartament (cada, dus, posibilitatea sa obstructionezi lumina in fiecsre camera, aer conditionat in fiecare incapere, bucatarie dotata complet), loc de parcare si foarte aproape de centru. -
• Raul Florin (10/5): - Inițial am vrut sa scat 1 2 puncte pt parcare care este cu probleme , dar am înțeles că pe viitor o să încerce să se rezolve . Stau in multe apartamente (20 -30 pe an ) dar asta a fost unul chiar ok , plăcut , curat , confortabil , dotat pe lângă altele care sunt mari și atât, chiar daca este mai mic. Domnul a fost foarte amabil , totul ok mai ales că era conștient de probleme in curs de rezolvare . La plecare m-a întrebat dacă totul a fost ok , ceea ce după Carpați nu pățesc niciodată , deși am stat recent in resort 1 luna și 20 de zile in diverse apartamente (vreo 6 ) in mamaia și nici să răspundă la întrebări ce sa mai întrebe altceva . Deci recomand cu căldură și le doresc sănătate . !!!! -Ar ajuta niste perdele pt living -rezolvarea parcării pentru a putea fi mai comod .

• Horațiu (10/5): Cu dorinta de revenire. - Apartament impecabil, situat foarte aproape de zona centrala, având toate dotarile necesare unei sederi foarte placute, confortabile. am petrecut o vacanta de toamna foarte frumoasa. nu puteam face o alegere mai potrivita. ne-am simtit foarte bine, iar mancarea la restaurantele recomandate de gazda a fost delicioasa. nu avem decat ganduri placute legate de acest sejur la Oradea, iar la acest lucru a contribuit definitoriu apartamentul inchiriat.

• György (10/5): - A szállásadók fantasztikusak! Egy nappal az érkezésünk előtt felhívtak, mindent megbeszéltünk az ékkezésünkkel, bejutásukkal kapcsolatban. Minden igényünket kielégítették (plusz kávekapszula, térkép bekészítve, stb....). Folyamatosan kontakban maradtunk, elláttak hasznos tanácsokkal, mindent megtettek, hogy tökéletesen érezzük magunkat! Összessegében, csodálatosan éreztük magunkat! Nem.volt olyan.
• Carol (10/5): excelent - apartamentul este foarte aproape de centrul orasului si de principalele obiective turistice la care se poate ajunge pe jos; se gaseste intr-un bloc nou la etajul 3 (exista lift) de unde se vede o priveliste frumoasa asupra orasului (primaria si turnul primariei, biserica reformata, etc); apartamentul este modern, confortabil, foarte curat si utilat cu tot ce este necesar chiar si pentru o sedere mai lunga; gazdele sunt foarte amabile, oricand la dispozitie cu informatii atat despre apartament cat si despre frumosul lor oras; cu siguranta vom reveni! -

Apartamentul se afla la nici 5 minute de mers pe jos in Centrul Oradei, clădirea este construita cu foarte mult bun gust, cu parcare acoperita si o curățenie excepțională. Când intri in apartament ramai uimit de decorarea lui, de baia enorma (cada, dus, pisoar, masina de spălat, chiuveta- nu am mai vazut o asemenea baie), paturile de minim un hotel de 4 stele, camerele decomandate imense, bucătărie utilata complet si nu in ultimul rand, un iluminat de excepție! Proprietarii apartamentului sunt de asemenea oameni cu mult bun simt, ne-au transmis absolut toate detaliile apartamentului, ne-au trimis recenziile restaurantelor din zona si au avut grija in permanenta sa ne simțim bine! Oameni deosebiți cu valori si principii specifice zonei ! Este o locație pe care o ții minte si vom reveni cu mare drag!

Spacious for families traveling with children, underground parking available, located within walking distance from all important landmarks. Great communication with the hosts, who offered great hints on visiting Oradea and who were available for any questions. Will definitely book again when in Oradea! Everything was perfect for us!

• Petre-Cristian (10/5): - Am apreciat în mod deosebit amabilitatea și profesionalismul gazdelor, care ne-au oferit recomandări excelente pentru a explora orașul. Locația centrală a apartamentului facilitează accesul rapid la principalele atracții, iar disponibilitatea unei parcări private cu telecomandă adaugă un plus de confort. La sosire, am remarcat imediat un ambient plăcut, proaspăt și o curățenie impecabilă. Chiar și în fața unei mici defecțiuni tehnice la sistemul de încălzire, gazdele au reacționat prompt și eficient, remediind problema în mai puțin de jumătate de oră de la aparitia acesteia.

Both beds are super comfortable and so is the coutch in the living room. The apartment was also super clean (believe me when I say this as I‘m super picky when it comes to this topic) ☺️

It is spacious, clean, modernly furnished and it has a private parking place. Communication with the hosts was very easy and prompt. Monica and Rares are very welcoming and truly interested in the comfort of their guests. They also provided us with many suggestions on restaurants, shops and tourist attractions in the city. Close to the town center. Lovely owners, who were very communicative before our stay and easy to talk to. We arrived very early in the morning (flew in to Debrecen) and we were able to get in without a problem.

It is clean, quiet, modern, well equiped, close to the main streets, it has parking, AC. It is absolutely perfect and Monica was a pleasure to deal with - she was kind, called ahead, made sure I have all the necessary information to locate the place, park the car, get into the building - where by the way, they left water in the fridge for us (and I was dying of thirst), coffee and some sweet treats. Better than any hotel, not the mention everything was sparkling clean! I liked everything!

The place is more beautiful than the pictures. Very modern and clean apartment. Loved the smell and how comfortable it was. Loved the closed space and smell of the apartment. There is no where elseI would stay in Oradea! I wish there was microwave to heat delivery food. Also shower water flooded the bathroom so I had to be careful when showering.

• Tiberiu (10/5): Exceptional - This was the ideal place for our family of four. Close to centrum and eating places, quiet, clean, confortable, friendly people, private parking place.
• Dorobantu (10/5): Exceptional - I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable. The location of the apartment was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. This allowed me to easily explore the vibrant surroundings, as well as conveniently access various attractions and amenities. The facilities provided were great, from a fully equipped kitchen to a comfortable bed, it felt like a home away from home. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in ensuring that all my needs were met. Lastly, the apartment had a cozy ambiance that made me feel instantly at home. The owner's helpfulness and discretion, along with the spotless cleanliness, excellent location, and great facilities, made my stay truly memorable.
