Avevamo necessità di lasciare le valigie prima del check in e di usare il bagno e francesco, il proprietario, e sua sorella sono stati super disponibili per venire incontro alle nostre necessità stessa cosa per il check out, super simpatici e gentili. Sicuramente terrò questo appartamento come prima opzione nel caso dovessi averne ancora di bisogno. Consiglio al 100%

The second sofa bed, although communicated prior to arrival wasn't really prepared while there were no extra sheets provided. The shampoo, shower gel was not enough for two people for three days.

Comodo il check in e l’utilizzo dei codici per quando si è più persone e con orari diversi. Se dovessi trovare un difetto, direi entrambi i materassi sia del matrimoniale che del lettino singolo.

L'arredamento è curato e crea un ambiente intimo e accogliente, ideale per chi cerca un rifugio romantico dopo una giornata passata a esplorare la città. ​La praticità: Dal punto di vista funzionale non manca nulla. Il sistema di self check-in è intuitivo e veloce (una manna dal cielo se si arriva stanchi), il letto è estremamente comodo e la cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario, dalla macchina del caffè agli utensili essenziali. Nota di merito alla pulizia: assolutamente perfetta. ​La posizione: Strategica. Si trova in una zona tranquilla e caratteristica, a pochi passi dai principali monumenti ma lontana dal caos dei flussi turistici più intensi. Abbiamo girato tutta Verona a piedi senza mai aver bisogno di mezzi pubblici. ​In sintesi: eleganza, efficienza e una posizione da sogno. Lo raccomanderei senza esitazione a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno di classe e senza stress. Unica nota negativa uno dei due cuscini era troppo morbido, e dormirci su è risultato scomodo,ovviamente è soggettivo

Old building, keeping the charm of old Verona, still renovated or rather totally refactored to meet modern standards - clean, ambient, convenient with preserved charm and style! If I can put two recommendations - add a hand shower, as rain shower head above is not convenient for a quick shower; and replace the blinds with a new one, this one being dirty, torn off, noisy and very difficult to operate

• Roberta (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno! Casa comoda e molto pulita - La posizione era ottima, circa sei minuti a piedi dall'arena e una quindicina di minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Verona Porta Nuova. Lo staff molto gentile, il check-in è autonomo, ma sono sempre disponibile a rispondere su WhatsApp in modo rapido ed efficiente. Mi sono trovata molto bene e mi sento di consigliare questa struttura

Francesco si è rivelato un ottimo host ancora prima del nostro arrivo , era sempre disponibile a rispondere ad ogni domanda e sapevamo che in qualunque momento potevamo contare sul suo aiuto. La camera è grande e rispecchia totalmente le immagini che vengono proposte su Booking, molto carina l’idea della macchinetta del caffè in camera e comodissimo uno specchio dove potersi specchiare per intero . Good recommendations on restaurants and food shops, very modern design in the old bld, the set of towels is good and clean! Thanks for everything! Please note that it is first floor and not ground, you need to take stairs before you reach the apartment , thanks a lot for pads for arena performance! Plastic glasses, no kettle, no any plates and spoons, the hot water from the coffeemaker was not really hot, the shower was permanently installed and with no any option to move, but it just the minor issues

In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten, die bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, modern renoviert und mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. • Stefanie (9/5): Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Besuch in der Oper - +Zimmer war sehr ruhig +direkt im Zentrum, 10min. zur Arena +ganz toller Kontakt mit Francesco per WhatsApp. Er beantwortet alle Fragen in kurzer Zeit +sicheres Parkhaus fussläufig + Hinweis: man kommt mit einem Code ins Haus, anfangs kurz etwas verwirrend aber dann sehr einfach. Wichtig: man öffnet insgesamt 3 Türen! +sehr schönes, neues Badezimmer - kein großer Kritikpunkt aber es kommt sehr wenig Wasser aus der Dusche raus. Haare waschen kann etwas dauern ;-)

Appreciated having a high-quality washing machine to do laundry after travelling for several weeks - the outside courtyard was perfect for drying in the dry Verona heat. Perfect location - the apartment is on a nice quiet street, but only a few mins walk to the bus that goes to Verona train station, and 5-10 minutes walk to the arena and all the central sites. Check-in was a breeze, with clear communication from the host who was super friendly. Outstanding value.

The host was very helpful allowing us into the room before noon meaning we could start to explore Verona immediately on arrival. Francesco also was helpful with tips and advice for us on request. Lovely gesture of bottle of prosecco on arrival as I had mentioned in booking that it was our anniversary. Great location only 10 mins walk from Arena and Juliette's house. Highly recommended. Only thing missing was outside space but we spent most of our time exploring so minor detail.

And at the same time, the house is located on a beautiful quiet street. It's very quiet, as the windows overlook the courtyard. The room is perfectly clean, newly renovated, a combination of authenticity and modernism. Comfortable bed, good cozy bed linen. Warm and comfortable) If you don't like hard pillows, there is an additional soft pillow. Everything you need is in the room. Wi-Fi worked great) Self-check-in is very convenient! • Kathryn (7/5): Great location, early checkout - Cool apartment in a great location, walkable to Most of the sights. The lighting was cool. They let us store our luggage in their office after we checked out and called us a taxi. We actually mixed up the addresses and went to the apartment management company’s office by accident, so pay attention to which address you’re navigating to! We also thought 10 am checkout was too early. Should have double checked that before booking.

• Jose (9/5): Superb - Great location, in a very quiet street in the historic center and 10 minutes walk to the Arena. The appartment is in a very old building and from outside you wouldn't say that the appartment inside is indeed very new, with a modern design. The bathroom was very nice and the colour leds were pretty cool. There was air conditioning and a coffee machine with some tabs and buiscuits, which was a nice gesture. The windows face an interior yard and it is very quiet, we didn´t hear anything from the street or the other neighbours. You can´t park at the appartment as the traffic is restricted but there is a big public parking a couple of minutes drive / 10 minutes walk (parking Centrale), I paid 20 euros for almost two days, which I found very reasonable. The communication with the agency was correct but could have been more fluid. Check out was at 10am which I find a bit early though it seems to be common nowadays. At 10.15 there was already a lady waiting outside to check.

Was able to walk to and from the train station. Host super responsive - would love to stay anywhere that he’s the host of! Very clean, fast replies, delicious restaurant recommendations, super understanding (asked to check in early and he was willing to accommodate it!) No conditioner for hair or bar soap. The coffee machine worked but was leaky. That’s about all that I can complain about which shows how amazing everything was. Did I also mention how amazing the host was?
