• Simone (1/5): Pessima esperienza - La posizione eccellente, in pieno centro Pessima esperienza. Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia per due notti presso Apple House al Duomo di Torino ed è stato uno dei peggiori soggiorni che ci sia capitato. Fin dall’inizio la comunicazione con la struttura è stata estremamente difficile: risposte lente, poco chiare e spesso evasive. Anche organizzare il check-in o ottenere informazioni basilari è stato inutilmente complicato. All’arrivo la situazione è stata ancora più grave: l’appartamento era sporco, al limite dell’indecente. Presenza evidente di ragnatele, muffa e persino stoviglie sporche lasciate nella lavastoviglie. Condizioni inaccettabili per qualsiasi struttura ricettiva, a maggior ragione considerando il prezzo richiesto. La sensazione generale è stata quella di una gestione trascurata e poco professionale, con totale mancanza di attenzione verso gli ospiti. Anche di fronte a queste criticità, la disponibilità e l’assistenza sono state praticamente assenti. Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura, soprattutto a chi viaggia con la famiglia e si aspetta standard minimi di pulizia, organizzazione e serietà. La posizione centrale non può in alcun modo compensare un’esperienza così negativa.

• Rita (7/5): - Posizione fantastica. Appartamento pulito e spazioso. Purtroppo faceva freddo e abbiamo chiesto di ricevere delle coperte in più, che non sono mai arrivate.

• Katerina (9/5): Superb - Very close to the city centre. Everything was within walking distance. Clean & tidy and cosy. Would have preferred to have control of the heating system. It was a little cold at night, particularly with elderly persons. Otherwise, it met all our expectations.

• Alexandra (9/5): Comfortable home at the heart of Turin - Great, central location. Near the historical center and the shopping street. Comfortable and spacious.
• Catherine (8/5): Amazing and enjoyable - The apartment was wonderfully central and very convenient for many sites, as well as the buses and trams which went from just outside! It was served by a lift which was great. The apartment itself was furnished in a modern style set on the old and original very typical Turino building. It worked! We felt that the lounge and the master bedroom could be switched around giving 2 bedrooms at the bathroom end of the apartment. But it wasn’t a big deal.
• Peter (10/5): Wonderful Italy with wonderful stay - The location is great as it is in the center of Turin and is close to almost any main attractions. The appartment was really well equipped. Definitely a place i would recommend and use for future visits.

It was late (10.30pm) due to flight delays but this was not an issue to her. I would definitely recommend. Nothing really
• Alejandro (10/5): I couldn’t had chosen a better place to stay! - Great location, very comfortable apartment. I would stay again! We loved everything! Only thing to note is that the air conditioner of the kitchen was leaking, so we didn’t use it much.
