- Michael (10/5): Great apartment + great price + great location = Great value - New apartment. Great bedding, great view of the mountains. Close to everything, stores, restaurants, mall. Literally right across the street or next to the building. Very convenient to get a taxi or bus as well. Right off the main street through town. Owner was very helpful and they have coded entry, so there's no need to meet someone to get or drop off the keys. Kitchen with full utensils, pans and dishes, even though I didn't use them. I would definitely stay here and recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the north area of Armenia Quindío. As of 8/15/24, they are still working on some of the apartments, so there's a bit of dirt in the elevator, but they have a cleaning crew that works all day to keep the hallway spotless. Nothing to ruin your day, but want to let you all know, people love to complain, especially Americans that want everything disclosed. Looks like another month or so and everything will be completed. This personally didn't bother me, as again this a brand new apartment.
