• Sara (9/5): Soggiorno ottimo, consigliatissimo!!!! - Ottima posizione, a 5 minuti dal mare e 20 minuti dal centro, ben servita con supermercato, farmacia bar e pizzeria sotto casa. La casa ha tutti i comfort. Proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile.

• Guest (10/5): Superb flat, very clean and finished to high standards in a strategic location - The flat itself is superb, finished at the highest standard, seems recently refurbished, I would say equals to 4-5 stars hotel, and most importantly, top level cleaning, never seen in all my travels. You can access the flat by using standard keys or via access code. Wi-Fi, air con, iron and iron table, shower gel, hand soap, towels, hairdryer, washing up, a washing machine to share with other 2 flats with laundry wash. Alessandro is a great host and you can see in the flat his attention to details, nothing left to chance, ensuring guests have a great experience. He greeted us at the arrival to give us the keys and gave us all the directions. He always replied promptly to questions and recommended us very good restaurants in Gaeta. He ensured we had a discount for the parking ahead of our arrival. The flat is in a strategic position: 5 minutes walking to Serapo beach, 10 minutes to city centre high road, shopping area and lungomare. Supermarkets, coffe shops and other essentials are just down the road. Tourists train’s stop is just a minute away and it takes you to the beautiful medieval side of Gaeta, running every 15 minutes, 19:00- 2:00am. Should we stay in Gaeta again, we would definitely want to come back! Impossibile to find anything wrong.
• Guest (10/5): - Mini appartamento modernissimo e rifinito nei minimi particolari. Eccellente la pulizia e la luminosità degli ambienti. Bagno ampio e dotato di una doccia eccezionale (ci sono anche le luci tipo "cromoterapia"). Nella cucina non manca proprio nulla. Il wi-fi è disponibile e funziona benissimo. La posizione è ottima restando comodi da raggiungere sia la spiaggia di Serapo che il centro di Gaeta. Comodissimo il parcheggio a pagamento (ma in convenzione) nelle immediate vicinanze. Il proprietario ci ha accolti benissimo restando a disposizione per qualsiasi evenienza. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

• Gabriele (9/5): ottimo soggiorno - Posizione ottimale, circondata da negozi essenziali e a 10 minuti a piedi da un'ampia spiaggia libera attrezzata tenuta molto bene. Host disponibilissimo e cordiale. Appartamento silenzioso, comodo, nuovo e pulitissimo. Come in tutta la zona turistica, è un problema il parcheggio. Per quello che riguarda l'appartamento, l'unico suggerimento sarebbe prevedere due copie delle chiavi di accesso.
• Crenguta (10/5): Beach Holiday - The apartment is new, clean, and well-equipped. It features a bedroom with a large, comfortable bed, a kitchen with a sofa bed that can be extended, and a bathroom. We slept very well on both the bed and the sofa bed. The host was friendly and very responsive. Highlights: - Everything is new - Just a 6-minute walk to the free beach (Spiaggia Libera Serapo Cycas) - Close to the bus stop - Two powerful air conditioning units - Comfortable beds - Washing machine for clothes - Fridge with freezer - Balcony with clothes drying rack and clips - Grocery store right across the street (Ottimo Market) Getting there: Easy to reach by public transport. From Formia-Gaeta train station, take the blue Cotral bus to the stop "GAETA | Corso Italia Via Milano #f4497" which is just a 1 minute walk from the apartment. Cotral bus tickets are available for purchase inside the train station, at the small shop.

Alessandro was exceptionally attentive and considerate throughout our visit, even going so far as to meet us at the train station and provide a thorough tour of the apartment upon arrival. As for the apartment itself, it may very well be the best in Gaeta. The recent renovation has been done to the highest standard, and everything feels brand new. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure comfort during your stay. The bed and pillows were particularly comfortable, which was a priority for us. The apartment’s windows overlook one of Gaeta’s main streets, yet the area is remarkably peaceful. Even with the windows open, the tranquility ensures a restful night’s sleep. Conveniently, there is a pizzeria on the ground floor that serves delicious pizza, and the beach is only a short 250-meter walk away. This apartment is also perfect for families, with its two separate rooms providing ample space for a comfortable stay with children.

The apartment is the newest, with fresh stylish renovation. The apartment has absolutely everything - shampoos, dishwashing detergent, even coffee and sugar, the owner Alessandro also left drinking water in the fridge. Cool nice linens, comfortable beds, balcony with a convenient place to dry the laundry. Best location - the road to the best free beach in town, the biggest one, takes five minutes in a straight line. Right in the house is a very good Italian pizzeria, across the street is a large grocery store and pastry store with Italian desserts, on the right is a store with everything you need for the beach. There is also a specialized store with fruits and vegetables. To the city center 9 minutes on the road with a lot of stores. Alessandro is the best landlord in the world, he is absolutely not intrusive, but if you have any question - he will answer it in great detail. He met us at the train station (we arrived too late) gave us a little tour on the way to the apartment, recommended the best places to visit, advised us on bus tickets Alessandro, thank you very much - you made our vacation carefree and full of impressions.
