• Hanna (8/5): Beautiful overall, a few minor issues, but didn’t impact our wonderful stay. - It was in a pretty good location, a bus ride away from most sights and no crowds. We found some shops a bit of a walk away and dinner was just round the corner. The owner was lovely and gave us some great materials to browse through for things to do around here. There were two sort of issues that are worth mentioning. The shower ran out of hot water pretty quick, but the weather was hot enough for that not to be a problem. And second, even though there was a kitchen and a washing machine, there weren’t really any supplies (there were no dishwashing liquid, sponge, tea towels, salt, pepper, and there was no washing machine liquid). I’m not sure if this was mentioned anywhere on the booking site, we were just a little surprised.

• Pattinson (8/5): - Great location near Meta train station, 3 stops from Sorrento. Conveniently located cafe 100m away, opposite Basilica Pontifica and the great ocean views. The loveliest host, Ursula. Everything you need including access to washing machine. You need to plan your luggage weight, there’s stairs and steep sidewalks to access the property. I believe there’s parking if you have own transport.
• Dahlia (10/5): Beautiful clean property - The room and the house yard are beautiful with all the colorful tiles. Ursula (the owner) is very nice and very helpful ( she sent me photos and instructions about how to reach the property without me asking), if you need something that is not in the room ( like an iron for example) she will give it to you, she is even invited me to her beautiful garden. The property is a walking distance from the metro station ( around 10 mins max ) I would definitely stay there again <3 My only comment about the room is i wished the upper bed to be 2 single beds instead of 1 double bed Also pay extra carefulness while crossing the street in front of the property as there is no pavement and cars pass very fast

• Brent (8/5): - The owner is very welcoming and friendly. She was very helpful though out our stay for any questions we had. Very close to Train and Bus Stations to navigate around the areas. Couple of good food options close to the area if you don’t want to head into the main town. Very homely apartment.

• Steph (9/5): Such a wonderful stay, comfortable bed, amazing location and fabulous host. - Great location in meta just 2 stops from Sorrento and beautiful rustic accommodation. There is a train station less than 5 minute walk from the accommodation and the host was very kind and helpful. We loved our time there with lots of reasonable local food places within a short walking distance. Great location and homely feel, a home from home. The kitchen had basic utensils to cook but there are so many amazing restaurants very close by.

• Imogen (9/5): Really enjoyed our stay at La Dolce Meta - great location! - The host was so lovely and welcoming, right from the get go! The apartment was very spacious and we really enjoyed having the loft area (seperate bed and living area). Kitchen was great to have too. Courtyard was really nice and we enjoyed many a meal out there. Apartment really well located close to the train (about 7 minute walk) which connects you to Sorrento, Naples, ruins of Pompeii and many others. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend! Tiny bit longer of a clean in the bathroom area would have been good as some of the surfaces around the sink were still a bit dirty when we arrived. The kettle in the kitchen could do with replacing too. But both very easy fixes and didn’t impact the enjoyment of our stay.

• Velimar (9/5): It was great experience to stay in Meta . It’s close to the markets , restaurants and train station - The host was so great and very helpful with all her suggestions. She was attentive with us in all of our requested. The location was perfect for what we wanted. Def I recommend this place to stay. Sometimes during the day smell humidity of air but once we open both doors the smell is gone.

• Anniechas (6/5): Could be much better with a small investment from the owner - There was a charm in the place, and the hostess was cheerful and nice. The beds were comfortable and the A/C really helpful - the area is very very humid. With little effort and love the whole experience can become so much better.. The trash can in the bathroom was broken, the shower drainage was blocked, the garden chairs and table were in really bad state.. In general you got the feeling of being in a place where not even a euro is spent in maintaining it.
