• Andreja (2/5): Total disapointment - The location was great, right across from the main train station and the Mercato centrale food place where you can choose your food of choice. That's all we like about the apartmant. Total deception with the photos and description. The photos show a nice, modern apartment, which is expected for this price. We arrived in a cold, dirty, unattractive place, which was a complete disappointment. The equipment is damaged, worn out. The toilet did not work well, the showers were neglected, the whole place could use a good cleaning first. There was dried blood on one of the bed sheets. The spare bed sheets in the closet were stained, yellow; stains were also on the sofa. The host communicates slowly, exclusively on booking. He does not answer calls or messages outside of booking.

• luisa (8/5): Soggiorno per numerosi nel centro di Roma! - Appartamento spazioso, pulito, e dotato di tutti i servizi. Posizione strategica, essendo vicino alla stazione Termini. Piccolo appunto : rimodernare un po’ i wc, tutti e 3 datati, rotti e un po’ incrostati. Mettere le chiavi alle porte dei bagni potrebbe essere utile!

• Katja (3/5): God beliggenhed men slidt og ikke så rent - Det lå meget tæt på stationen 2 minutters gang Det var meget slidt og badeværelser var med mug og det ene bad fik slet ikke varmt vand og hvis det gjorde var det kun 2 minutter, så synd for dem med langt hår. Ser lidt medtaget ud i opgangen så man får ikke det bedste indtryk ved ankomst. Vi kontaktede ejer flere gange angående vand og vandtryk og han prøvede at fikse det uden held og fik så svaret at det ikke var et 5 stjernet

• Ana (10/5): Visita rápida a Roma - Localização incrível. Equipa super disponível para ajudar e facilitar a nossa comodidade. Algumas coisas estavam descuidadas, mas a localização é muito muito boa.

Easy access from Roma Termini and Airport. - Apartment had plenty of room, washing machine and 3 bathrooms so with a family group of 6 adults 7 kids this was very handy. Easy access to Roma Termini. Great food hall in the train station. Lift was a godsend with all the luggage. Streets around accommodation are dirty which is not the host’s fault. A couple of minor issues that were relayed to the host which will be easily rectified.

The floor not clean and under the washsink, there is smell bad because there is garbage left under the waste bin

• Patricia (1/5): Stay away! - Honestly, I didn't like anything about my stay. The pictures are misleading. The location is terrible, even being so close to the train. The neighborhood is unpleasant, and there are no good restaurants nearby. The apartment was dirty, and the beds were uncomfortable. The elevator is a joke! The restrooms are leaking! I needed to clean my restroom! I rented it because it had a fair rating, but the owner asked me to leave a positive review if I liked it or to reach out to them if I didn't. I was so upset on the first night that I cried because I couldn't move out, and I tried to contact Booking.com for help but was unsuccessful.

• Narayan (9/5): A very convenient base to explore the Rome! - The location. It's just outside of the termini train station. Shuttle buses to both airports are on the door step. Almost every attraction including Colosseum is walkable or a short bus ride. Flat is well equipped and spacious. The surrounding. The termini area seems overcrowded and full of rough sleepers. Not so pleasant vibe. And the lift to the flat is hard to access with a backpack. It's too narrow and enough for just 2 person.

• Blaz (10/5): Super nice stay in Rome - The owner is very friendly, the real gentelman. Location is amazing, very spacious apartment with all equipment. I recommend it for a short or long visit to Rome.
• Lynnwood (10/5): Perfectly located near the train station with large living space and many beds - The property owner was magnificent. Very helpful and responsive. The property was more than we imagined. Perfectly located directly across the train station with adequate places to eat and convenience stores for last minute supplies. Rome is all about the walk, so it’s about 10-15 mins walk to the colosseum and about 25 mins walk to trevi fountain. The hop on hop off bus stop is about 100 ft from this property if you decide to utilize it. We did and it worked perfectly. Highly recommend this property if you are traveling in a big group or with children. It is located on the 5th floor BUT there is a service elevator.

Host was very helpful and communicated well and often. Washroom in bedroom could use a renovation. Shower is a little inconvenient. Not even a place to put soap.

Great communication, very very helpful, kind & accommodating! The apartment was as described. There was plenty of room for everyone! The refrigerator was big and the freezer froze ice faster than any one I’ve ever seen! We didn’t use the washer, dryer, dishwasher or stove, so I can’t say about those - but very nice that they are available. 2 of the bedrooms had ice cold air conditioning which was wonderful, as it was nearly 100° F when we were there. The AC in the 3rd bedroom had a hard time keeping up, but we made do. As I said it was extremely hot when we were there. The apartment has WiFi and access to Netflix, etc. There is nothing I didn’t like. Some people in our group had a hard time figuring out the showers, but they were alright.
• Veronika (10/5): Amazing Rome with all best features was beautiful and the apartment was very comfortable to load batteries for next adve - We liked that the apartment was big and spacious. We had 7 people and we all felt that we had a place to sit or to be little separated. Apartment was comfortable and felt like home. It was peaceful because there wasn’t any window directly to main street and we slept windows open. And of course the location was very good. We did all our sightseeing by walking, and it gave just right amount of distance to balance eating and drinking 😄
• Rajiv (10/5): Great Memorable stay, in home away from home. - The apartment was very very spacious and it was just like a home away from home, There was so much natural light in the apartment that Electricity was used only in the night time. Very big rooms, and huge living area, drawing room . The lift was small like all other European buildings.

• Nining (8/5): Recommended - Central location, quite big and could accommodate the 13 of us. It has a lift, small but very helpful to transfer all of our luggages to the 5th floor. It provided everything we need…. Alessio, the host, is very responsive too. Everything good, except there were toilet pipe licking issue in the bathroom in one of the bedroom. More lights will be a great addition since it seemed a bit dark for us.

• Ota (5/5): Place was conveniently located, wished the shower was clean and functional. - Excellent location for public transportation/in front of the Rome Central Station. Dining near by. Equipped with Kitchen. The area near the train station was dirty and dangerous. The shower stole was not cleaned and moldy. One of the shower drainage was really bad and overflowed the water. We called the owner and he arranged to have someone come in to fix it. But it was not fixed at all and left bathroom floor dirty. For 11 of us with only one shower working was challenging!!!!
• E (10/5): Good location, clean and kind host. - The location is excellent, just beside the main train station with eateries opening late. It offers ample utensils for our group and plenty of space. Additionally, the presence of an elevator is essential for our group of older travelers. We greatly appreciate the host’s kindness in allowing us to store our luggage before check-in time.

• Gutu (8/5): Convenient, spacious and good fit for a group. - The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. It is also located just outside Termini station. It has a coffee machine, iron and hairdryer. Two TVs. It is definitely designed for a bigger group of people visiting Rome. The owner is as well always available and very nice. The rooms had everything you needed. The only thing we didn’t like about the property were the dirty bathrooms. The shower and the toilet were not in good condition.
