• Ralph (8/5): - Lovely rebuilt old stone home in a very quite rural farm setting with a lovely view of the ocean and cow pastures all around. It offers easy access to Praia Vitoria and the airport. An open concept home with a comfortable bed separated from the main living area by a folding room divider. The host responded quickly to all queries. The kitchen area is very simple with a two burner stove top induction cooking surface. Just a word of caution, the front door requires the key to open the door which could lead to a situation of being locked out in the event that the keys are inside the home and the door shuts behind you.

• nelly (7/5): - Une grande maison avec beaucoup de cachet, à la campagne au milieu des vaches. Proche de la ville. Avec une très belle vue sur l'océan. Pas de chambre séparée, juste un paravent pour délimiter les espaces, pas de porte à la salle de bain, une porte battante type saloon pour les toilettes. Les lits banquettes sont sommaires. Pas de quoi étendre le linge. L'océan est au loin.
• Olivier (9/5): Jolie maison isolée avec vue océan - Maison vraiment au calme, face à la mer et au milieu des champs : la vue de la terrasse est superbe, la nuit aucune pollution lumineuse, les voisins les plus proches sont à 1 km (ça implique d’avoir un véhicule et aimer la solitude) Ancienne demeure restaurée récemment et ameublée simplement mais avec goût Grande pièce commune sans séparation (hormis un paravent), donc intimité limitée si voyage à plusieurs
• Sidney (7/5): Loved the animals around and the peace around it - I was looking for a remote property, away from people but yet close to the city. If you are into nature, cows all around you and stunning views of the ocean… then, you came to the right place I think the owner should give a little more attention to the lighting. Most of the light sources are plug in lamps, unfortunately not of good quality, for, the shades fall apart…. most bulbs are different colors, some warm and most white lights, the kitchen has a flourescent strip light on the wall that doesn’t do much at all. My suggestion to the owner is to spend some money in better lighting, inside and out. The sofa beds in the living area also is of poor quality. The spring box matresses squick so much that it is bery unconfortavle to sleep in and rhe noise bothers the person sleeping in the bed which is separted by a wooden partition. The bathroom is of a good size but you should provide a full door where the toilet is. As of now, there is only a a half swing door, sort of the ones you would find in a cowboys bar , swings in and out. If you are a group larger than a couple, it becomes unconfortable for noise and odors. Asides one must go through the “main sleeping area” to acess the bathroom. ATTENTION: The front door, main entrance, only can be open with a key. If you are outside, please, make sure you sexure the door open or have the key with you at all times. It happened to me. Luckly I happen to leave one window open, so I climbed from the street into the small balcony and let ourselves in. My cell phones were inside, otherwise, we would have had a big problem, for, no pjone to call and had no idea whom to call. This review is not intended to be destructive but constructive. With all the accomodations available, it is important that you listen to your guests so you do a good business
• Daina (10/5): Wonderful experience - We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect — quiet, peaceful, and with a breathtaking view of the ocean. We experienced it all during our time there: wind, sun, mist, fog, and rain — and we loved every moment of it. It was the kind of place that makes you slow down and truly relax. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature at its best. The only minor downside was the humidity, but it’s completely understandable given the climate. We made sure to open all the windows and doors regularly, which made a huge difference. The weather was quite humid most days, so while it didn’t bother us, it might be something to keep in mind for anyone more sensitive to that.
• Meir Harush (10/5): הבחירה המושלמת - ביית בודד בשדות ירוקים, מול החיים הכחול, בלי שכנים, היחידים שמגיעים לבקר בבוקר זה הפרות בדרך למרעה, פשוט המקום הכי טוב באי (אני פעם רביעית מגיע לאי). עשרים דקות מעיר הבירה, חמש דקות מבתי קפה או חנויות גדולות, מיקום מושלם. שכחתי אבל גם הבעלים היתה מקסימה
• Maria (8/5): Отличный дом, но со спецификой - Очень приветливая хозяйка. Очаровательный восстановленный крестьянский дом посреди пастбищ и полей. Ночью очень темно, звезды великолепны. В доме есть все необходимое. Два дворика, закрытый и открытый. Для двоих взрослых идеально, если больше - не очень удобно ходить в туалет и душ, так как они открытые и примыкают к спальне. Мимо пролетают самолеты и можно увидеть их вблизи. Из окна напротив кровати восхитительный вид на океан и рассветы. Два фактора: 1. без машины тяжело. таксисты не верят, что в этом месте есть дома, и вызвать их проблематично. Но есть парковка, так что берите в аренду смело. Пешком идти в город нормально, а вот из города, в гору, тяжело. Продукты только в городе. 2. К сожалению во время нашего пребывания на водопроводе случилась авария и за все дни у нас была нормальная вода только один день. Два дня воды не было вообще, два дня текла еле-еле и только холодная. Это конечно попортило впечатления, так как после подъема в гору пот хочется смыть. Я не знаю насколько часто случаются такие аварии, но нужно иметь в виду, что это может произойти.
