• Vanessa (10/5): Questa struttura ne vale assolutamente la pena - Struttura pulita e profumata al nostro ingresso, super completa di tutti i comfort, abbiamo trovato anche le cose per poter fare colazione! Comodissima alla stazione. Host super disponibile e gentile, ci ha aiutate per qualsiasi dubbio anche non riguardante la stanza, davvero tutto impeccabile! Ci è piaciuto tutto!!
• María (9/5): Perfecto para visitar la zona - Dueño muy atento y detallista. El piso está reformado y tiene parking, lo que es muy útil si vas en coche de alquiler como nosotros. Tiene un tablón en el alojamiento con información de interés y el apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario y más.
• rose Marie (8/5): Superbe situation, apartement refait à neuf et joliment décoré - Appartement très lumineux, et une bonne desserte de bus en bas de l'immeuble. La gare migliarina qui vous emmène presque partout est à 5mn à pieds. Salle de bain beaucoup trop encombrée, il faut enjamber le bidet pour aller aux toilettes ou dans la douche. • Marianna (10/5): Piacevolissimo soggiorno - La posizione vicino alla stazione è molto comoda per visitare le 5 terre. Inoltre l'appartamento era dotato di tutti i servizi necessari. L'host ci ha lasciato anche l'occorrente per poter fare colazione e aperitivo 😊. L'host è stata anche molto gentile e disponibile per offrirci consigli su cosa fare e dove andare durante il soggiorno ed è stata anche molto flessibile con gli orari di check-in e check -out. In realtà era tutto perfetto, l'unico neo potrebbe essere la ridotta dimensione del bagno. Ma per la completezza dei servizi ed elettrodomestici presenti è del tutto giustificata. Ringraziamo ancora l'host per la sua gentilezza e per la sua disponibilità e che dire... SUPER CONSIGLIATO!

• Alexandra (9/5): Apartamento com tudo e estacionamento - A grande vantagem é estacionamento mesmo ao lado da casa. Tem tudo o necessário. Fomos com um filho de 5 anos e jantámos em casa 2 dias. É acolhedora. Limpeza impecável. É tudo novo. Anfitrião 5 estrelas. Entrámos ainda antes da hora do check in. Apenas a casa de banho precisava de ser mais funcional. Tudo funcionava bem, é só mesmo o espaço.
• Mirela (7/5): Raport mic calitate preț. - Tot ce mi-a plăcut la locație a fost parcarea,aș fi vrut să plec din prima dar nu am vrut să stric concediul familiei mele(este și vina mea ca nu m-am uitat la metri pătrați când am rezervat)O cameră împărțită în două printr-un grilaj drăguț să zic,în schimb curat . Nu poți intra în dus(și eu am 59 kg,cu greu intri cu greu ieși,am făcut duș și apă a ieșit în toată baia(am anunțat proprietarul dar a zis ca a fost ori vina noastră ori a cui a făcut curățenie,nu are balcon,foarte înghesuit totul ,multe coșuri de gunoi foarte micuțe (de pitici)Departe de centru,aproape de gară.
• Meliffi (9/5): - La struttura è molto accogliente e con tutto l’essenziale, a partire dagli utensili in cucina, il cibo ricco per la colazione e prodotti per il bagno (salviette struccanti, dentifricio, saponi…). La posizione è molto comoda, vicinissimo alla stazione per raggiungere anche le Cinque Terre Tutto perfetto, l’unica cosa la dimensione del bagno ma per pochi giorni si riesce a stare tranquillamente

• Richardo (10/5): - Die Wohnung war sauber und gut mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht ( inklusive Parkplatz). Die Lage zum Bahnhof Migliarina ist sehr praktisch. In der Nähe gibt es alles was man braucht: Bäckerei, Lebensmittelladen usw. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett, hat uns alles erklärt und sofort auf unsere Frage beantwortet . Frühstückssnacks und gekühlte Getränke standen für uns zum Verfügung. Sehr empfehlenswert Nur das kleine Badezimmer, aber trotzdem ok

• Daniele (10/5): Piccolo ma servitissimo! disponibilità host top e comodità nei servizi e spostamenti. - Disponibilità dell'Host al top (ci ha comperato perfino le mollete in più perchè abbiamo chiesto se vi fosse la possibilità di stendere diversi asciugamani). nell'appartamento non mancava NULLA, piccolo ma molto servito (anche latte, succo, acqua, biscotti e brioches..). Pulizia ineccepibile. Posto auto comodissimo e stazione di Migliarina a 4 minuti a piedi. nulla
• Neat (8/5): Great little apartment! Restrictive bathroom. - Comfy bed. Compact apartment with very thoughtful inclusions and clever layout. Windows and shutters with flexible settings. Excellent air-conditioning. Elevator to apartment. Bonus light breakfast greatly appreciated. Bathroom very compact: suit smaller able- bodied people. (Difficult access toilet -step over the bidet). Shower would be too compact for large framed person. Note: if intending to catch nearby train: station is unmanned. Suggest buy your Cinque Terre tickets online.
• Pea (9/5): TOP APPARTMENT - Perfectly located. Short walking distance from trainstation Migliarina, bar, gelateria, bakery, big supermarket and pizzeria. Host very kind and helpfull and the appartment very neat and clean so almost a 10 for us. Area and moving space in the bathroom very poor but also very neat and clean. We should go again !!!

• Agnieszka (10/5): Wonderful place! - Great place. Everything is new and well prepared. We had a great time. As everybody says, the bathroom is tiny but you can get used to it. Except for the size it was perfect!
• Fadi (10/5): Best in La Spezia - We enjoyed every moment at the apartment. After the easy check-in The host left us some surprise. Close to the train station that goes to 5 terre. It has a private parking for those who arrive by car. Located in a quiet area. The bathroom was very narrow.

There is so much attention to detail, the apartment was very clean and the communication with our guests was very quickly and very polite ☺️. Having the parking so near was so comfy, we could not ask for more! The location is very convenient to visit the Cinqueterre region, like train station, plas there are so many places near to but some more extra groceries.We reccomment it!

We wished there were more available days in this property and we could stay more - It was well equipped, the host was so helpful and kind (special thanks to Salvy!!). It was super clean and comfortable. We were 3 people, there is one big bed and one couch which is also as comfortable as bed. We had a good time here 🤩 The bathroom is small but it wasn’t a big problem for us.
• Anne (9/5): Comfortable studio in La Spezia. - Salvy met us at the property to give us the key. He had left us lots of “goodies” which was really generous. The apartment is well equipped and spotlessly clean. The good sized bed was comfortable and there’s plenty of room to store luggage underneath. There is a private parking space in plain view from the apartment windows. The railway station is in walking distance for a visit to Cinque Terre. A bidet takes up valuable bathroom space otherwise the apartment was very comfortable.

• Kristel (10/5): Great apartment with all you need - It's a beautiful apartment, renovated not too long ago with a lot of attention to detail. It has all the comfort you need, kitchen materials, a comfy sofa, closet, good mattress and the hosts even gave us some breakfast snacks and drinks. They were most hospitable and available for questions. We can foresee some issues with the humidity, you can already some moldy spots in some corners. Also, the aircon is very complicated, it seemed to be jumping back on (heating) when we were out... The bathroom is super tiny, as other people have mentioned. Just read and accept this before you book or you'll be annoyed :-) But all of this was nothing compared to the great value of the apartment!
• Thu (10/5): We stayed at the place for 3 nights and everything was great. The host was very responsive. - The host prepared lots of snacks and welcome drinks for us. The bathroom is a bit small.
• Mukesh (9/5): Superb - Property was well equiped with everything for tourist including some snacks for breakfast. It was very clean and organized. Host was very helpful by letting us a few hours early prior to check-in and showing us where the parking space is located. Bathroom was quite small due to washing machine and bidet. There were too many items too comfortably take shower and use sink. Although the host tried to provide everything, unfortunately bathroom is too small for eveything to fit. Disappointing.
