- Wade (3/5): - The location was good Originally no hot water - host came to fix but it was on off while you showered. Wood furniture was saturated with furniture oil. After wiping it off it was unusable - tables, chairs, etc. Wifi was not working - host said it was down. Next also off TV not connecting to internet, as wifi not working. Room was separated by a wooden door with adjacent room - could hear neighbour going in and out of his room

- Cockcroft (8/5): - Friendly people and went out their way to help me when I needed longer to stay. The beds is comfy. The room they put me in as the on the app they don't state it's two rooms clearly and give choice to book which one and the one I saw and made my booking for as per pics wasn't the room I was put it and then it was not comfortable with no kitchen sink. Many kitchen stuff lacked. The other room had people in that had all the things needed. So I was just disappointed in it as I need the better room due to my discibility.

We appreciated the complimentary water in the fridge and soap in the bathroom. There was no internet for most of our stay and so we needed to use our data.

I travelled along with my elderly family members and the host was asking us to look for another place because they couldnt sort out the electricity problem. This was told at 18:00 hrs during the peak dec season. Because I couldn't source any accommodation in my budget. I had to put my family in the dark for that night and managed to get another the following day and Checked out. I immediately notified Booking.com on this issue and the customer care person confirmed it with the host and said will process my cancellation and refund my amount. when I called the booking .com on my refund process - they mentioned that they will have to call the host again to find out the authentication. which to my understanding was done on the 27 dec. very poor customer service and host service. now the host is also not picking my call and my R4400+ amount is not refunded. so please be cautious - now at this point I am not sure who is playing with my money HOST or BOOKING.Com

The host was exceptionally friendly, as this was our first time going on holiday. This has truly set the bar high for us. Honestly? There was nothing to dislike. This place was exceptional.

The place and service exceeded our expectations! The host, Abongile, was very understanding when we got delayed due to numerous road works. I also like that she always communicated with us if there was a need. We will definitely book the place again the next time we are in the area.
