Η τοποθεσία είναι πραγματικά ιδανική — απόλυτα κεντρικό σημείο, με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα, είτε θέλεις να εξερευνήσεις την πόλη είτε να απολαύσεις βόλτες, φαγητό και αξιοθέατα. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν υπέροχο: πολύ ευρύχωρο, πεντακάθαρο, καλόγουστα διακοσμημένο και προσεγμένο μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια. Είχε όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειάζεται κανείς για μια άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή, κάτι που μας έκανε να νιώσουμε πραγματικά σαν στο σπίτι μας. Παρότι βρίσκεται σε τόσο κεντρικό σημείο, όπου είναι λογικό να υπάρχει κίνηση, αυτό δεν ήταν σε καμία περίπτωση ενοχλητικό και δεν επηρέασε αρνητικά την εμπειρία μας. Συνολικά, μια εξαιρετική επιλογή διαμονής στο Ηράκλειο που συνδυάζει άνεση, αισθητική και top τοποθεσία. Θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα! 👌✨

Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ όμορφο και έχει όλες τις παροχές Ευχαριστούμε για την φιλοξενία και σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε στο επόμενο ταξίδι μας στο νησί

• ΜΠΕΡΜΠΕΡΙ (10/5): - Επισκεφτήκαμε το δωμάτιο για ένα βράδυ και οι εντυπώσεις μας είναι πολύ καλές. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και μύριζε ωραία,ο χώρος ζεστός,το προσωπικό φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Αν ξανά πάμε Βόλο σίγουρα θα κλείσουμε το ίδιο δωμάτιο.
• Marianna (5/5): Όχι αντίστοιχη των προσδοκιών μου - Το δωμάτιο ήταν σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πάνω από τα πιο κεντρικά μαγαζιά της πόλης - με το κόστος της ηχορύπανσης. Το πρώτο βράδυ που ξάπλωσα, αντιλήφθηκα ότι εν μέσω Φεβρουαρίου το κρεβάτι ήταν στρωμένο με μόνο ένα λεπτό σεντόνι ως κάλυμμα. Όταν αναζήτησα κάτι παραπάνω στις ντουλάπες βρήκα ένα εξαιρετικά βρώμικο πάπλωμα. Επικοινωνόντας με το κατάλυμα, πολύ άμεσα άλλαξαν τα σεντόνια αλλά ποτέ δεν έλαβα μια σαφή απάντηση ή αιτιολογία. Ήταν σίγουρα απογοητευτικό.

Very clean and comfortable w/ lots of space. Lovely views of square/park from balconies. Breakfast at Samaria Delizioso Cafe was convenient and the service at the cafe was wonderful. Building was secure and check in process was relatively easy. Host helped us arrange taxi to airport for $20 euro, which was very convenient and helpful. It was unclear when I booked the apartment that passport information would need to be communicated via text/WhatsApp prior to arrival; however, the host was very helpful, accommodating, and patient with us in getting this information to him. Following our stay, our deposit of 50 Euros was never returned (processed outside of Booking). I attempted to communicate with host through Booking (no response) and what's app (told it should be completed automatically after 10 days). Eventually, due to lack of follow through from host, I had to submit a complaint through my credit card company and through Booking nearly 3 months after our stay.
• Nancy (9/5): A welcoming, elegant retreat in the heart of the best of Heraklion. We'll be back! - Loved walking in and seeing a huge bouquet of fresh tulips on the table. We had to be in the city for an extended stay for a hospital visit, so this really lifted my spirits. Staying at the Loggia Suites was a perfect choice - superb location, comfort and convenience. Our host responded instantly to any questions or requests we had. It was wonderful to be in the throbbing hub of the pedestrian zone - we had access to cafes, restaurants, the lovely breakfast cafe Samaria Delizioso (thank you ladies!), shopping, ATMs, and a grocery store. Being able to sip my morning coffee while watching the street scene by the Loggia was a treat. We would definitely recommend and hope to come back ourselves soon. Winter rentals in a holiday island can be a bit tricky, as the units aren't always fully rented and kept ready to go. But we were able to work out a few minor problems with our host easily and really felt welcome and comfortable. To be fair, we put our very kind host on the spot with an early check in, so entirely on us if a few things were missed. There is outside noise from the cafes, but they stop at the stroke of midnight or 1 on the weekends and really, we didn't mind it. The many other advantages for this place far outweighed that minor problem. Another problem - but probably just for us - we both have mobility issues so not being able to get a taxi right up to the door was a small challenge (we managed just fine though) and there were a few stairs to get up to the level where the lift is. Honestly none of these issues would prevent us from staying here again - and we will!

A lot of space for storage. Double bed is comfortable and apartment is clean. Kitchen is equipped with coffee machine and essential utensils. Access is straight forward. Lots of private parking garages nearby There is loud music from the bars that are located on the ground floor . That was fine because we didn’t mind staying up until 1am. There is a strange smell in the corridor but it goes away when the window is open. The mattress on the sofa bed is very soft to the extent that you can feel the springs on your back.

• Chia (7/5): Good - The location was great it's right in the city center so you just come downstairs and there's all kind of restaurants, shops, things to do. At the same time the location is not so great because of all the noise. The restaurants played loud music until late at night and one of the nights there was a live concert that lasted way passed 3am! Even with all the shutters down we could hear all the music and people. I'm glad people were having fun but we were trying to wake up really early to catch a tour and that was impossible with all the music and festivities.

Comfortable beds, really nice terrace with view and well equipped kitchen. We even cooked a dinner once. We preferred to stay there instead to look for a restaurant. The only bad thing is the noice from the bars exactly under the windows. But our kid didn't have problem with the sleep after a long day at the beach.

• Lea (10/5): Central apartment with everything you need - The apartment is huge and our kids were jumping around happily - even that the location is directly over a restaurant and shopping hotspot. The kitchen, bath and everything is beautiful designed. In the night you can just sit on the balkony and enjoy the flair of the city (while the kids were sleeping). If you keep the windows closed, the noise is cancelled good. Breakfast was served in a small Café and was very delicious. Right in front of the apartment the kids were playing on a playground, and a supermarket is also near. If we had any questions, we could reach the apartment owner via WhatsApp and got an helping answer very fast. Great :-)
• Lynda (1/5): The worst place I have ever stayed - Communication with the owner was terrible. There was no bedding for the sofa bed and no soap in the bathroom. It was 3 days before this was rectified and all messages arrived after midnight which we found very odd. The apartment looks nice at first but is very sterile also the building next door is being renovated and quite noisy…. I have been using Booking.com for years and this is the first time I have had to give a negative review

• Andrew (9/5): Luxurious and spacious - Everything in the apartment seemed very new and in excellent condition. There is lots of space - a big bedroom with lots of cupboards, a big kitchen/dining room, and a separate lounge. For two people that was plenty; I think it would be fine for four people too, if you don't mind using the lounge as a bedroom. The owner provided soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc; also bathrobes and slippers. Breakfast was in a nearby cafe - a large savoury pastry, cake, coffee and orange juice, all delicious, provided by a nice woman who treated us like family. There are two balconies, one on each side. One overlooks the Venetian Loggia, the other looks out onto a park. Both sides are pedestrianised, so there's no traffic noise. It's right in the middle of town. The area felt very safe. The only downside was that in the bedroom we could hear music from a nearby bar. That went on until about midnight, I think.

• Sharali (8/5): Nice city break. - Good sized apartment. Small balcony off bedroom overlooking Central Park. Larger balcony with a table and two chairs off the lounge and the kitchen overlooking the Venetian Loggia and a pedestrian street. Good city location but rather noisy. The party music from the establishments in Central Part went on until 2am most night and to 4am on the night we left. However, given that this is central location near then port and not far from the airport this is OK.

• Sonia (8/5): We would recommend Antonio's property to friends, with no hesitation! - Antonio is the owner and getting to know that it is a family business, made us feel at home. He is very kind and generous person, always there to help and advise us whenever we needed. The location is perfect and the suites are very nice, we stayed in 2 of them. We loved the first one, a part from the bathroom, which could be improved. The second one is very small comparing to the first one, but quite charming as there is jacuzzi outside. I just think people in Crete forget that the weather is not always hot and sunny. 😆 For us to be able to use the jacuzzi in all weather, it should have a protection against the wind and rain, and more importantly, the privacy. Unfortunately we didn't have any of these, therefore we couldn't use your lovely jacuzzi at all! 😟 Toilet definitely must have ventilation, therefore a small window or an electric extractor separated to the light switch should be added. Also the baths in both suites need bigger panels to avoid water splashing on the floor. Actually, it wasn't just a splash it was almost a flood. 😂
