• Cory (8/5): Fantastic location, good facilties, adequate unit. - The building was clean, secure, and easy to enter and leave once we were checked in. The location is very good, across the street from a lovely municipal park and with a great view south from the unit, and an frankly incredible rooftop deck with views of the south San Diego-Tijuana city. It looks amazing at night. The area is undergoing rapid renovation - during our two-night stay, we saw workers demolish the upper level of a collapsed structure and haul off the boards and rubble. The unit has a number of irregularities and inconveniences - the bedroom closet doors are too large for the doorframe making it diffult to reach the middle 1/3rd of the space, the paint on the wall next to the bedroom door wasn't applied correctly, though the unit has a washer we couldn't find a drying rack or clothesline so we had to try to dry it hanging on towel hooks, shower rod, and the oven handle. Because it was rainy, heavy items like towels and jeans simply did not dry.
• Erika (1/5): The property did not match the listing description, and the inadequate refund made the experience even more disappointin - The building itself looks modern, and the location was convenient for getting around the city. There was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the apartment, cleanliness was an issue (dirty shower curtains and hair on pillows), and several advertised amenities were missing or not as described, including heating, basic toiletries.Additionally, despite these issues, only a partial refund of $23 was provided, which does not reflect the problems experienced.

• Rosales (10/5): Muy acogedor la estancia, el cuidado, diseño y todos los detalles de decoración y comodidad muy punt - Fuimos a un evento justo en frente del ospedaje, un teatro, y por supuestobque nos fie muy muy cómodo, solo caminamos unos pasos para cruzarbla calle El cluma es lo único que no ayudó. Pero claro no esta en nuestras manos , ese fin de semana estuvo muy húmedo pero despues en la madrugada se sentía mejor
