• Juan (7/5): Muy buen alojamiemto pero con sorpresa - El emplazamiento , la acogida del dueño , la Limpieza , la decoración , el desayuno todas las mañanas con bollería . Que no nos avisara que había otra pareja que iba a disfrutar de la habitación de al lado . Creo que no lo pone en el anuncio por ninguna parte y me parece un detalle importante . Aun así tuvimos suerte y no tuvimos ningún problema con nuestros compañeros de piso .

• Francisco (10/5): - O anfitrião é muito atencioso e prestável. No início informou-nos de pontos de interesse a visitar e ofereceu-nos pequeno almoço todas as manhãs. A meio da nossa estadia o chuveiro teve um problema, e em 10 minutos o anfitrião já estava lá a resolver o problema. A localização é excelente e tem paragens de autocarro por perto.
• Giuseppe Racalbuto (3/5): Titolo e foto fuorvianti - La posizione vicina all'auditorium parco della musica, il nostro principale punto di interesse, e la gentilezza per aver portato la colazione Invogliati dalle recensioni positive e dalle foto accattivanti, abbiamo deciso di pernottare per due notti in questo b&b. Il titolo fuorviante fa pensare di avere a disposizione un intero piccolo "elegante appartamento con giardino", bisogna invece cercare molto bene per capire che in realtà si tratta di una camera con bagno e cucina condivisi, senza alcun giardino (e neanche un balcone o terrazzo). Livello di pulizia scadente, sia in camera, che in cucina e bagno. La camera si presentava piena di polvere, soprattutto sulle pale dei ventilatori che pertanto non abbiamo potuto utilizzare, nonostante la temperatura elevata, sia sulle finestre che sembra non siano mai state pulite. Non abbiamo voluto provare il condizionatore (poco funzionante a detta loro) per evitare il rischio di venire intossicati dai filtri possibilmente sporchi. Inoltre abbiamo trovato macchie sul divano e purtroppo il materasso era piuttosto scomodo. In bagno non c'erano praticamente superfici d'appoggio pulite, l'unica che potesse essere sfruttata era quella spaziosa del lavandino, ma purtroppo il rubinetto era mezzo rotto e l'acqua schizzava da tutte le parti bagnando attorno. L'acqua calda funzionava correttamente solo in doccia. La cucina inutilizzabile, abbiamo visto alcune formiche sulle superfici, mentre il bollitore e le pentole erano incrostati dal calcare, inoltre aprendo gli sportelli si sentiva puzza di umidità. Quantomeno il frigo funzionava. In sostanza pensiamo di aver pagato troppo rispetto alla qualità del servizio offerto. Se l'annuncio fosse stato conforme alla realtà non ci troveremmo a dover fare questa recensione.

Our reception was also very warm and our host was very kind, and reassured us about his availability. He shared with us useful information about the locale (shops, public transport erc.) and overall gave us a sense of flexibility and attention to travellers. Shared spaces are very well-kept and tidy.

Общий санузел, так как во второй комнате жили люди. Но в принципе были к этому готовы, т.к. почитали отзывы предыдущих посетителей.

Que por esta misma página de booking ponía un apartamento para dos personas, al llegar al apartamento era un apartamento compartido con otra gente sin nosotros saberlo. L'appartamento all'interno di una palazzina molto carina e l'appartamento fantastico, la camera da letto bellissima il fatto del bagno in comune ha allungato un po' i tempi ma non ci sono delle vere critiche da fare. Non si ha a disposizione l'intero appartamento come dice l'annuncio. In quello che dalle foto sembrerebbe il salottino, soggiornava un'altra coppia. La cosa mi ha un pochino infastidita, poiché ho scelto questo appartamento invece di un hotel proprio per la privacy. In hotel allo stesso prezzo avrei potuto avere una colazione più ampia e fresca di giornata (le paste offerte non erano di giornata). Inoltre il condizionatore fa troppo rumore: sembrava di avere un treno in camera... Pulizia della struttura top.

La mancanza di tapparelle e di climatizzazione nella stanza da letto. Il climatizzatore è presente nell’anticamera con il divano ma non nella stanza da letto dove è presente solo un ventilatore da soffitto: in estate si consiglia di riposare nel divano.

Host super accogliente e onesto nel accorgersi in un errore nel conteggio della tassa di soggiorno, differenza reatituita con tanto di scuse, la mattina successiva. Inaspettato e gradittisime la paste offerte nelle 2 mattinatate di nostra presenza. Pulizzia buona da migliorare in cucina. Un pò piu di cura in cucina dove abbiamo trovato qualche rimasuglio di ospiti precedenti.

Na miejscu przywitał nas bardzo miły Pan który wszystko wyjaśnił, pomógł poruszać się po Rzymie i mogliśmy liczyć w każdej chwili na jego pomoc! Pokój był czysty a codziennie rano czekały na nas świeże drożdżówki. Bardzo dobrze wspominamy pobyt w tym apartamencie zarówno przez wygodę, czystość a także niezwykle miłą i przyjazną obsługę! Na pewno tam wrócimy kiedy ponownie będziemy w Rzymie ! Polecam z całego serca !

• Zelda (9/5): Dont get misled by reviews - Don't let the shared bathroom deter you – this place is meticulously clean! They even provide cleaning products for your peace of mind, allowing you to easily tidy up before and after use. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. He went above and beyond, carrying my luggage to the apartment and providing a detailed explanation of all the amenities, both inside and outside the property. If you are a not Italian speaker tourist, do not get worry, staff's English is very good. Complimentary water, snacks, and beverages in the kitchen for breakfast, plus, they've got you covered with an iron and laundry facilities if you need them. Last but not least, if you read about the negative comments on the grid on the windows, before you imagine a jail cell, understand this is totally normal here, especially on the ground floor. Think of it less as a "grid" and more like a built-in security guard that lets you open your window for some fresh air without inviting any unexpected guests (or a stray pigeon!) in. It's fantastic for airing out the room on those warm summer days, letting you truly "change the air" without a worry. And in my case, in May, it is quite sunny. Therefore, you don't even get that much of light releted problems.

The staff member that was dealing with us was friendly and very helpful. He ensured we were fully satisfied with our stay and this meant a lot. The shared aspect of the apartment for kitchen and bathroom living spaces. This is not clearly outlined on the Irish booking website and is something that should be seriously considered.

Dziękujemy:) Dotyczy lokalu "Sina Rent Room Flaminio", który mi zamiennie zaproponowano i na który się się zgodziłem. Z pewnością nie dla osób szukających miejsca na tzw. romantyczny wyjazd. Brak balkonu lub tarasu, widok na zaplecze (akurat nie musi być wadą, jednak hałas trochę dokuczał), pokój stanowi część większego apartamentu, dzięki czemu jest dostęp do kuchni i innych udogodnień, jednak kosztem prywatności.

THEN!!!!! only to be told on arrival that we would be sharing the appartment with other tenants. Thus sharing of the bathroom and kitchen, this was not mentioned upfront. as the advert says the appartment is all yours. Please read the very fine print were it mentions you will be sharing the appartment with other tenants. The other tenants we met were surprised and disapointed that they were not informed that that they would be sharing the appartment with other tenants. This false advertising needs to be correct on the booking.com website please!!!!!!

• Marine (8/5): Very clean and specious room in a good location! - I was placed at another apartment, as they notified me the one I booker was full, but it was really almost the same location, a couple of minutes away and I really liked this room as well. It was big, specious, with big wardrobe with a mirror, small table and chairs - basically everything you need. The apartment was super clean ! The person came to clean it every day. The common area was well taken care of! Another amazing thing was that every day they provided water ! Also coffee and tea for free and croissants. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it. Everything was fine.

Ma forse non avevo letto bene io durante la prenotazione. Forse bisognerebbe lasciare dell’acqua nel frigo e soprattutto lo scaldabagno ci mette un po’ a funzionare.

• Amelia (10/5): - Casa accogliente e fornita di tutti gli elettrodomestici. Stanza pulitissima. Gestore gentile, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. È il mio riferimento per il mio prossimo soggiorno a Roma. Consigliatissimo!
• Mattia (10/5): - Il mio soggiorno è stato estremamente positivo. Sia l'alloggio che il complesso condominiale sono molto belli, ma a convincermi a lasciare un voto da 10/10 è stata soprattutto la professionalità e disponibilità di Ahmad. Consiglio vivamente!

• Salvatore (1/5): - Innanzitutto e’una casa in un condominio piano rialzato con tutte finestre e cancelli ,ti da in senso di oppressione. Appartamento da condividere con altri ospiti e non era scritto nella descrizione . Camera da letto sulla via principale ,caos totale Terribile

• Vozza (4/5): Deludente - Il dipendente che ci ha accolto, nonostante parlava poco italiano era molto simpatico e gentile. Purtroppo non era disponibile la struttura prenotata, di questa in foto nemmeno l’ombra. Ci è stata proposta ed abbiamo accettato un’altra struttura, purtroppo più datata e di livello inferiore.
• Maria (10/5): Bel appartement, bel accueil pour un beau séjour ! - J’ai été accueillie par Hamad pour ce séjour à Rome. Dans la préparation comme tout au long du séjour il s’est toujours montré réactif, attentif et très disponible. L’appartement est agréable , très calme et très confortable. Les transports en commun très fonctionnels. En fait tout est réuni pour une belle découverte de Rome
• Geri (1/5): Sold a dream… delivered a dump - The gentleman who signed me in was friendly and most helpful and I cannot fault his attentive approach. Always on had for advice. The property was changed the day before I arrived which gave me no time to find another… it was sold to me like I was getting an upgrade which was far from the truth. I originally booked a single room in a shared accommodation with shared bathroom that was modern and in a really pleasant location… I booked the location because as a woman travelling alone it looked like a nice neighbourhood. I was moved to a double room with its own bathroom which was my “upgrade” in a dated apartment block in a very built up area into a neighbourhood that I wouldn’t have chosen for myself. The bedding cover smelled unwashed and there was a wardrobe full of bed covers which smelled worse. The blind wouldn’t open and the fixing was coming away from the wall. My view was what looked like a car park or garage that had guys shouting at all hours… Very disappointed that my first trip to Italy was like this. I won’t use this company again but I really do wish the best to the lovely guy who really did try his best to make me comfortable.
