• Karin (5/5): - Upgrade in a bigger room No cleaning during the whole stay not even emptying bins. Food was terrible quality - never had so poor quality in india. Food was in the cellar in a fridge (it was so cold). First room wasnt cleaned properly, Floor was dirty & bedsheets aswell. Quite noisy as directly on a road & windows are not closing properly.

Ich bin für eine kurze Nacht dort geblieben, um ein bisschen Schlaf zu bekommen. Das Personal empfing mich freundlich, organisierte mir etwas zu essen aufs Zimmer, sowie ein Taxi um 4 Uhr nachts Richtung Flughafen. Das verlief einwandfrei. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Flughafen ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt Für europäische Gäste wäre ein Set Besteck als Ergänzung super. Andere Gäste auf dem Gang waren kurzzeitig etwas lauter, trotzdem könnte ich gleich wieder weiterschlafen.

Late at night, I received a WhatsApp message from the reception saying only “hi” on my personal phone number, which already felt inappropriate and unsettling. The message was deleted couple of hours later. Around 1:00 AM, while we were asleep, the phone in our room rang. When we answered, the caller mentioned something about an iron. We clearly stated that we had not requested an iron and hung up. My boyfriend then went down to the reception to clarify the situation. Despite this, about 15 minutes later, someone knocked on our room door again, still mentioning an iron. It was not even clear whether they were trying to deliver one or looking for one. At that moment, I was alone in the room, and this unexpected late night knock after we had already declined made me feel unsafe and extremely uncomfortable. This was not just a misunderstanding it was a serious lack of professionalism and respect for guest privacy, and as a woman, the situation was particularly distressing. I would not recommend staying here.

• Janice (5/5): This was fine to spend a few hours between flights (8). - The rooms were clean and the bed fine for one night. Handy for the airport. The ‘full restaurant’ was poor with no choice of western food at all. Only toast was an option and no black tea- only masala tea. The price quoted of £72 became £89 at check in and I would have spent that amount somewhere else. The entrance is a bit ropey but inside was clean.

• David (1/5): NEVER again - I cannot understand how come the rate are that high, but if you look the bottom ones, those are the most realistic based on my experience. It look like a very old school place, lack of clean, toilet shower without courtins.

• Selina (3/5): Disappointing - Close to the airport Room was moldy and we found a larvae and ants in our bed. Due to the mold the room smelled very bad. Hotel staff was inconsiderate of these issues and the manager was not available and never got back to us. Furthermore we had a very late check in and were woken up by the hotel staff just coming in our room at 09:45 while we were still asleep. Unfortunately one of the worst hotel experiences we had. Do not recommend.

• Krishnadas (1/5): Stay without any service not suitable for a small family. - The proximity to the airport is the only advantage 1. The attitude of reception personnel is not good. When I booked the room, I mentioned it very clearly that i will be staying with my son and my spouse. During check-in, after swiping my card for the payment, the reception person told me that I have to adjust and there will not be any bed and mattress for the child. I told him to refer to the booking where it was mentioned that I am staying with my family. But he stated that it was the problem with Booking.com as they did not mention about my son's bed. After talking for around 5-10 minutes, he arranged for a mattress. There was no bed available. The room was too small and hence requested them to give a bigger room. He claimed that all the rooms are booked and we have to use only that room. Since there were no choice and we paid the amount, we requested them to remove furnitures such as chair, coffee table etc. That was done. 2. Around 6 am, I requested for an iron stand and iron box. I was told after 5 minutes that the iron box is faulty and hence there are no iron box. 3. There are no restaurant in the building or very near to it. There was no room service. Even in lodges there will be room services available. 4. There were mosquitos in the room. After our request, a mosquito repeller was provided. But it was not effective and there were many mosquitos.
