• Marjorie (9/5): Loved the location. - Clean, interesting location, well stocked, seagulls. Picture of property showed a recliner chair. I counted on that type of chair when I chose the unit, and found it wasn’t there. Description was not altogether clear that this is a 3rd floor unit. Many steps.

• Dominik (10/5): Magnifique découverte! - La vue d’abord! La proximité de tout: plages , boutiques, restaurants. Je dirais le soucis de toujours trouver un stationnement lorsque je devais prendre ma voiture mais je me suis très bien débrouillée!

• Anu (9/5): Pari lepopäivää Nazaressa - Keskeinen sijainti mukavalla kadulla. Ihanan valoisa ja hyvinvarusteltu huoneisto. Sänky ei ollut paras mahdollinen, lämpimän veden tulo oli epävakaata ja roskat piti itse kuljettaa kaukaiseen jätepisteeseen.

• Landsmeer (8/5): Genoten van het verblijf echter wel te duur - De ligging en het terras/balkon de badkamer is ook ruim De prijs kwaliteit verhouding 1100 euro betalen en dan ook nog 65 euro aan schoonmaakkosten en dan nog zelf verantwoordelijk zijn voor het wegbrengen van je afval.

• Sven (8/5): Schöne kleine Wohnung mit toller Terrasse im Zentrum - • Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung (inkl. Spül- und Waschmaschine) • Zentrumsnah, mitten im Leben mit allen Vor- und Nachteilen. • Gute Lage zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants. 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand. • Für portugiesische Verhältnisse großer Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Blick aufs Meer und die Bucht • Sehr später checkin und früher checkout, ohne Entgegenkommen (25% Tageszeitverlust bei 100% Bezahlung) • Balkonschiebetüren rasten beim Zuziehen ein und verschließen selbstständig. Es besteht die Gefahr sich auf dem Balkon auszusperren und es gibt keine Möglichkeit, wieder in die Wohnung von außen zu kommen, wenn man die Türen einmal zugezogen hat. • Bettwäsche roch unangenehm muffig; zum Glück gab's eine Waschmaschine • Duschwasser wird nicht richtig warm und wenig Wasserdruck • Stockflecken an der Decke über der Dusche • Klimaanlagen funktionieren nicht korrekt und tropfen. Nach Info an die Vermieter kam zwar ein Hausmeister, der aber nicht Klimaanlagen warten konnte und somit das Problem mit dem tropfenden Kondenswasser nicht lösen konnte. Vermieter haben danach gar nicht mehr reagiert. • Kommunikation mit Vermieteragentur ausbaufähig. Verspätete oder gar keine Antworten • All diese negativen Aspekte könnten jedoch problemlos durch die Agentur gelöst werden für die Zukunft.
• Michelle (10/5): Fabulous, well equipped apartment in a great location with great views and outdoor space. - Fabulous well equipped apartment in a great location for beaches, old town, restaurants etc. Great use of space with everything you need but it isn't cluttered at all - lots of hanging space, drawers and shelving to make your stay really easy. Views of the sea from all the windows, and the funicular - which is lit up at night! Wrap around balcony with seating and a stone built bbq. There is noise from the street below, but it didn't bother us at all. The stairs up to the apartment are a killer, especially with suitcases, but totally worth it - just take your time. Communication was so helpful, especially friendly Whatsapp messages with info if needed. Loved it all.
