• Jihan (3/5): Not what I expected - Location of the property was close to where we were going I wasnt informed about the deposit which almost made us have to cancel the room. The jet tub didnt work. The TV in the room didnt work. Staff wasnt friendly.

• Judy (6/5): - 2nd nite i got turned away from parking due to soft closure and to park at mgm grand pkg. was told I'd receive a refund, but no that didnt happen. When checking in the 1st rude man in tower 2 told us that our 2nd reservation wasnt showing and to call. Further, that we would have to line up again in aline that was over 30 mins long.

Comfortable beds and great kitchen amenities provided - The huge room and location which was slightly off the strip As a female living alone, the door jammer installed on the door was loose and I felt very unsafe. Once the property looks into this and rectifies this then it’s all good.

• Raphael (4/5): Nicht OK - Die Lager ist ideal Die Balkontür konnte man nicht richtig schließen, bzw. hat im geschlossen zustand laut vibriert - was extrem schlecht war da wir auch im Wohnzimmer auf dem ausziehbaren Sofa geschlafen haben. Safe war zu "lock" ... An der Rezeption konnte man nicht helfen und hat auf einen Service-Dienstleister verwiesen. Das Zimmer ist in private Eigentum. Der Service-Dienstleister hat weder auf Anrufe, noch Email reagiert. Die beiden Probleme wurden nicht behoben.
• Carrie (7/5): Great place to stay, could use some updates. - The location, the pool, the café, the staff, the size of the rooms. I love the giant bathtub. The rooms are a little run down and could use some refreshing and small maintenance. We found cheetos in the fold out couch, the remote for the living room tv did not work in one of the rooms. The toilet in the other room would run if you did not make sure to jiggle the flusher. The security lock in room 17 705 is broken. It would also be helpful to have additional supplies such as extra trash bags.

• Goncearenco (9/5): Vegas, it’s a vibe, so the place was also a vibe - I’ve heard about this property on Booking.com I was disappointed that I booked a room with a view, but instead received a room with only a partial view. When I brought this up to the staff at reception, they told me there was nothing they could do because the reservation was made through a third-party booking platform. They said I would need to contact the booking company to cancel and modify the reservation myself, which I chose not to do because I didn’t want to risk losing the room altogether. As a result, I ended up staying in the same room for the entire day. Other than that, no objections really

• Robin (8/5): Alter Luxus zu günstigem Preis - Sehr große Suite, Kostenfreies Valetparken. Die Nähe zum Strip in Verbindung mit dem MGM Hotel ist wirklich gut. Abends ist es super ruhig, da es schon leicht abgewandt ist vom Trubel. Konfetti auf dem Sofa, Partyrückstände vom Vormieter, Bad, Küche und Schlafzimmer waren aber sauber. Durch die Trennung von Jet Luxury zum Signature Hotel hatten wir Probleme beim einchecken, die aber schnell gelöst wurden.

Robinetul de la dus era rupt si pus de cineva in gluma la loc. A intervenit instalatorul repede dar abia a doua zi dimineata asa ca prima seara a foat compromisa.
• Esther (5/5): - We did like the balcony, a small kitchen and the size of the room The furniture in the room was very uncomfortable. The large couch you can fill a bar when you're sitting the bed. There's 2 huge dips in the bed. The table chairs very wobbly was not comfortable to use.
• Martin (8/5): Insgesamt war es großartig! - Die Verbindung zum MGM Grand war sehr gut. Die Wohnung war gemütlich und der Flughafenlärm blieb draußen. Gute Schalldämmung. Toller Blick übr den Flughafen in die Berge. Auch wenn das Oersonal des Signature nicht für uns zuständig war, waren alle sehr freundlich. Aufgrund der überteuerten Preise im Hotel waren wir froh, dass wir Selbstversorger waren. An der Rezeption wollte man uns nicht wirklich helfen, da man für Jet Luxury nicht zuständig ist. Da es keinen Reinigungsservice gab, hätten wir ubs über Besen und Kehrblech gefreut. Das Condo hatte einen abgeschlossen Raum. Dort waren solche Utensilien evtl. vorhanden. Die Pools vom MGM wurden mit sehr lauter Musik beschallt. Deshalb war es auch nicht möglich am Signature Pool zu relaxen.

When some one walks in if receptionist is not very welcoming the whole stay becomes worthless.

Nous avions sélectionné un studio avec jacuzzi et ce dernier ne fonctionnait pas la maintenance est passée le lendemain mais c'est dommage car nous n'avons pas pu en profiter le premier soir. Je n'ai pas aimé le comportement de certains clients à la piscine qui rentrent avec des boissons extérieures et laissent tout trainer sans parler de ceux qui fument de la drogue sur la terrasse

• Paula (10/5): Great place to stay felt peaceful getting in and out. - Service was phenomenal. Not complaints at all. Room very spacious. Spa tub was dirty . We didn't get to use it there was like black crumb in there when you would turn on the water. That was the only issue we encountered.
• Robert (10/5): Blisko Strip, ale nie przy samym Stripie, standard pokoju ok, bardzo wygodny pokój, czysto, super widok, a baseny dedyko - Z jednej strony nieco na uboczu, z drugiej blisko Strip’u. Sam hotel nie jest w głównej części MGM przez co jest mniej ludzi i spokojniej, ale jednocześnie bardzo blisko głównej ulicy LV. Właściwie trudno napisać że coś nam się nie podobało w hotelu.
• Jamie (8/5): We had a great time! - The hotel is beautiful and we have stayed here many times. It is near everything and a short walk to a casino but the quiet of a normal hotel. I would never book through booking.com for a room again. I am not sure if it was a timeshare or what but it was not associated with the hotel so no early/late check-in even though the room was ready, no adjustments on the stay and no room service. Also, where did the 21 and over pools go????

Everything you could ask for really. I don't like the there isn't a small chair on the balcony to enjoy my morning coffee but that's just being picky.

• Joyce (7/5): Mooi, groot en schoon appartement met een gaaf uitzicht!! - Het appartement is groot! Een ruim opgezette woonkamer met volledig ingerichte keuken. Er is een erg ruime slaapkamer (mooi uitzicht op de 37e verdieping!) met daaraan vast wederom een grote badkamer met ruime douche, 2 aparte wasmeubels, een bubbelbad en apart nog een 2e toilet. Via de woonkamer vind je de 1e toilet met ook een douche en wastafel erbij. De faciliteiten van de MGM-grand zijn mooi om erbij te mogen gebruiken. Wat we een tegenvaller vonden was de slaapbank, we hadden verwacht dat als je voor 4 personen boekt, deze opgemaakt is bij aankomst, op zich geen groot probleem, want dat kunnen we zelf ook. Maar de slaapbank op zich was klein, met een hard en dun matrasje. Als de rest zó hoogwaardig in kwaliteit is, hadden we dat anders gedaan om het geheel compleet te maken ;-) De strip is wel een stukje lopen.
