Our host also came to visit to help us with an issue, had a very quick response time and was very attentive. Air conditioned throughout. Some lights weren’t working and we had to change a bulb. The ground floor doesn’t have any curtains for privacy. The lock didn’t feel the most secure but it turned out to be a relatively safe neighbourhood.

- Kim.hj (10/5): Beautiful house at the heart of Nimmanhaemin - Located at quiet residential soi but at the same time very close to happening area, such as Maya shopping mall, one nimman, massage shops and mini mart etc. It's semi-guarded landed house area with very nice neighbourhood. Therefore, I felt even more safer. House was very clean, they've got everything you need. Mr.Ai was very responsible and helpful, replied quite quickly everytime I have questions. Too bad we couldn't stay longer. I can highly recommend people who will be visiting Chiangmai!
