• Владимир (9/5): Супер място за настаняване на страхотно място! - Изключително много сме доволни от престоя си в апартамента. Всичко беше на ниво, не сме имали проблеми. Апартаментите са на предпоследния етаж с изглед към вътрешна улица и е тихо. Дограмата на стаята е качествена и в стаята не се чува почти никакъв външен шум включително и от климатикът на терасата. Стаята се почистваше всеки ден с всичко нужно. Въпреки, че нямахме закуска - собственикът Лука всяка сутрин оставяше в кухнята много кроасани за да закусват гостите с кафето си( по 2 броя на човек). Изключително коректен и отзивчив човек, винаги усмихнат и винаги посрещаше с усмивка въпросите ни. Полетът ни пристигаше късно и се настанявахме след 22:00ч. В деня преди настаняването Лука ни изпрати супер подробни инструкции със снимки за самонастаняване предвид късния час - за което сме му много благодарни! Кухнята е обща за 3те стаи, малка е, но е чиста и подредена. Хладилникът е общ и вътре всеки си има панерче по номер на стаята. Единствено което може да се каже, че беше неприятно, беше миризма от канала (но доколкото успях да усетя в голяма част от квартала уличните шахти миришеха лошо, така че може би оттам е бил проблемът). Иначе всичко друго си беше СУПЕР!

Odanın temizlenmesi gerektiğini söyledi işletmeci, ancak odaya döndüğümüzde havluların değiştirilmemiş olduğunu, sadece yatakların düzenlendiğini fark ettik. Odamız temizdi ama havluların değiştirilmemiş olması hoş olmadı.

Obiekt mimo że nie oferuje śniadań, to każdego ranka w kuchni czekały na nas pyszne, świeżutkie włoskie rogaliki – to był naprawdę przemiły akcent na początek dnia 😊 Okolica Prati okazała się strzałem w dziesiątkę – bardzo przyjemna, bezpieczna, spokojna, a jednocześnie świetnie skomunikowana i pełna klimatycznych kawiarni, restauracji oraz sklepów. Idealna baza do zwiedzania i codziennego włoskiego życia. Z jednej strony kilka minut do Placu Św. Piotra, z drugiej do zamku Św. Anioła- pięknie oświetlony, przy samej rzecze, polecam wieczorne spacery :) Kontakt z gospodarzem był znakomity – szybki, pomocny i bardzo życzliwy. Warunki w obiekcie bardzo dobre, wszystko zgodne z opisem i komfortowe. Ogromnym plusem była informacja, że pokój jest wolny i możemy przyjechać wcześniej – to było dla nas rewelacyjne, bo przylecieliśmy dużo wcześniej niż standardowa godzina zameldowania, więc wiadomość miło nas zaskoczyła. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane - pracuje tu Polka, która przyjęła nas wraz z właścicielem :) Zdecydowanie polecamy i chętnie wrócimy! 🌞 Wszystko było super!

Persiane elettriche per chi ama dormire al buio come me. Possibilità di usufruire di frigorifero nella cucina adiacente la stanza. Colazione non inclusa ma offerta dal gentilissimo proprietario (brioche fresca e caffè). Bollitore con tazze e bustine da the direttamente nella stanza. Indicazioni dettagliate ed esaustive per raggiungere la struttura e accedervi.

• Mario (10/5): Great location, hospitality and overall a clear 5 star experience! - The location is incredible, really close and well connected to experience Rome thoroughly. Make sure to try out the neighborhood shops too, there's plenty of great ones. Finally, the owner Luca always made sure there are croissants and coffee for us in the morning, which was a great touch we highly appreciated! There were some construction noises in one of the mornings, but nothing crazy really.

Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Czysto. Codzienne sprzątanie W gratisie rogalik z rana. Ogrzewanie za pomocą pompy ciepła. Łazienka ogrzewana grzejnikiem elektrycznym. Obok super lodziarnia. Na 5 piętro jeździ malutka winda i potem trzeba pokonać kilka stopni i mostkiem przejść do właściwej klatki. Nie wszystkim taki dojazd i dojście mogą pasować.

Тихое и спокойное место, при необходимости рядом есть продуктовые магазины, а так же пиццерии и рестораны. Большинство достопримечательностей находятся в пешей доступности. Luca был очень внимателен и отзывчив к любым нашим просьбам и вопросам, за это ему наше большое спасибо! не было ничего, что не понравилось, все было замечательно

• Maria Chiara (10/5): ottima struttura, ottima posizione - Ottima struttura in una posizione eccezionale, vicinissima al Vaticano e Castel Sant’Angelo, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Camera silenziosa, ben accessoriata di tutto, letti comodi, molta pulizia, possibilità di preparare la colazione con la disponibilità di bollitore, cialde per il caffè e cornetti freschi ogni mattina. Inoltre il titolare, davvero gentilissimo ci ha indicato alcuni ristoranti nei dintorni e ci ha dato disponibilità di lasciare in deposito i bagagli dopo il check out. Noi la consigliamo. la stanza risulta un pochino stretta, però lunga

We had only transit stay, so still can bear with it. Not many luggage. The walkway to the unit is quite complicated: lots of stairs and have a bridge from main building to the adjacent building where the property is.

• Ioannis (9/5): Perfekt - Tolle Lage, sehr ruhig in der Nacht obwohl sehr Zentral gelegen. Moderne Ausstattung. Luca ist ein perfekter Gastgeber. Er schaut jeden Morgen vorbei und stellt Croissants in der Gemeinschaftsküche bereit. Die Zimmer waren Sauber und wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Besitzer Luca hat vorab alles per WhatsApp erklärt und ist auch immer erreichbar. Auch ein Flughafentransfer kann vom Luca organisiert werden. Diesen haben wir in Anspruch genommen, hat alles sehr gut geklappt obwohl unser Flug ganz früh am morgen war. Haben alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erkundet. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln

Avant l’arrivée, il a pris le temps de nous transmettre toutes les consignes et les explications très précises et détaillées. Luca est très soucieux du confort de ses hôtes et chaque matin nous avons eu droit à des viennoiseries fraîches même au dernier jour de notre séjour bien que nous soyons partis tôt cela était très appréciable pour la délicate attention ! Nous aurions peut être apprécié la présence d’un micro onde dans la cuisine pour chauffer les repas de bébé. Mais ceci n’est qu’un détail car rien d’autres n’est a reproché

The owner gave me perfect instructions on getting into the building and also provided fresh croissants each morning even though we didn't book breakfast. The coffee was also amazing. The location was just off St. Peters mall, which was perfect for us. On check out day, we were able to leave our bags in the kitchen and still explore Rome as our flight was not until 11 pm The building itself is a perfect, authentic Italian building with a very old, beautiful lift. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again. Thank you to Luca, the host. Nothing. It was perfect.

Muy cómodo el dpto, la cama, el baño. Muy buena predisposición del anfitrión, muy atento. La verdad que estoy muy satisfecha volvería y lo recomendaría sin dudas.

Я не стал останавливаться в данном отеле так как у моей супруги боязнь высоты, а попасть в данный отель можно только пройдя мостик. Вообще я бы запретил сдавать такую квартиру. Обслуживающего персонала никакого, На сайте booking.com не пишется что надо пройти по мосту. Хозяйн оставил ключ где то под ковриком и через whatss app сообщает мне коды домофонов. В общем остановились в River palas othel , это рядом, там и отель хороший и все рядом, и завтраки отличные, и чисто и персонал отличный.
