• ute (9/5): Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit hier. Haben jedes Frühstück vor den Haus genossen. - Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll ausgestattet und hat Meerblick vom oberen Schlafzimmer. Wenn jemand nicht gut zu Fuß is, sind die Treppen leider zu steil.

• Celinda (10/5): A beautiful house in an amazing location. - This property had everything we needed plus much much more. The decor is beautiful but also homely and comfortable. The location is incredible. It's a stones throw from the beach and a short walk into town. We nipped out in our pjs in the mornings to watch the sun rise over the cobb which is literally a minute away. There wasn't anything we didn't like about our stay. It was fantastic.

• james (9/5): Wonderful house on the coast - Location is definitely a massive plus. Very nice kitchen with all the necessary utensils enabled us to cook a wonderful holiday roast. The beds were fabulous. While most things in the house have been updated there are a few quirks and oddities, but you have to expect those things in an old house.

• NICOLA (10/5): A beautiful house in a perfect location, would highly recommend. - It was perfect, the location was excellent and the house was beautiful. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly need. We were so pleased and all had a lovely time. If I had to be really picky then the garden wasn’t really dog friendly but with the beach opposite it didn’t matter at all.

• Tammy (9/5): Would defo recommend and stay again - Location was amazing, beds so comfy, loved the pillows, quilt and lovely crisp white bedding. Could have been a little cleaner, coffee machine very dusty, cushions for garden furniture left out in rain.

• Silke (9/5): Unbedingt zu empfehlen. Wir waren zu fünft (Eltern mit erwachsenen Kinder - Toll zum Strand gelegen. Die Vermieter haben sich große Mühe, alles perfekt zu gestalten.gute Ausstattung der Küche. Das parken in Lyme Regis ist ziemlich teuer. Der günstigste Parkplatz war ca. 20 min Fußweg entfernt. Hat uns aber nicht so sehr gestört, Weil wir die ganze Zeit im org geblieben sind.

• Hannah (10/5): Lovely for a short break - Fantastic location - very close to the seafront, and parking is a stone’s throw away. High quality bed linens and plentiful towels, with storage for clothes in each of the bedrooms. We visited in June and the temperature inside the house got very warm. There is a fan provided but worth being aware.
• Ray (9/5): Superb - Location Not a huge problem as we didn't actually use it but we were going to have a few drinks in the garden on our first night but the stairs leading to the garden made it a hazard for our 2 grandchildren. Maybe a gate could be attached.
• Britton (9/5): we loved the house and the Lyme Regis area and wish we would have booked a couple more days! - Super cute decor with very comfortable beds. Beautiful sea views from primary bedroom. Lovely patio/terrace area. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Very nice fluffy towels and huge beach towels. The only negatives were that they did not provide shampoo/conditioner or soap for the shower and we were not able to open the windows in the bunk room. Every other detail is thought of and the house is very nicely appointed.

Perfect! - The location was incredible, a short walk to the beach and yet still a fairly quiet little street at night. Really well decorated, comfortable beds and high quality facilities. Only missing detail was a hairdryer! Would recommend popping one in each of the double rooms.

We love Lyme and we love Lyme Slice :-) - The location was absolutely excellent—everything was so conveniently close to the property, with restaurants, shops, and other amenities just a short walk along the promenade. We know Lyme well from previous visits, but this was our first time staying the weekend—and we’re so glad we did! The property was presented to a very high standard. From the quality bed linen and towels to the well-equipped kitchen, it’s clear the hosts have thoughtfully provided everything you might need—from preparing a simple breakfast to enjoying a relaxing evening meal. The outdoor terrace was a real treat in the sunshine and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The owners have taken the time to prepare a helpful guide to the property including wifi details etc We couldn’t have asked for more. A fabulous stay—10/10! We will be back Check-out at 11am would be more convenient. There was no plug for the kitchen sink, although the dishwasher was a great bonus. The bedrooms were very comfortable and furnished to a high standard. In the first-floor bedroom, the blinds allowed some early morning light in around the edges—something to note if you're used to blackout blinds, but not a major issue. The property is spread over three floors, and the stairs are quite steep, which may be a consideration for those who aren’t as able-bodied

The kitchen is well stocked, and we loved the outdoor seating area and BBQ Everything was perfect although parking is a bit challenging. A friendly neighbour showed us a free parking area up a steep hill which saved us a fortune in car parking charges!;

• Hamblin (9/5): We loved Lyme Slice and wanted to stay longer. - I had a fantastic two-night stay with my four-year-old son. The house was perfectly comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect – just a 30 second stroll to the beach! We were spoiled for choice with numerous dining options nearby. Thankfully, the weather was kind, allowing us to have many adventures within a ten-minute walk. Even if the weather hadn't cooperated, the cosy wood burner in the kitchen would have made for a delightful stay. Highly recommended! Nothing

The thoughtful provision of dishwasher tablets and coffee. The bedrooms. The decor and comfort. The owner was accommodating and helpful. It was clean and smart. Upstairs was lovely. The beds were very comfortable. We would have liked to stay longer. The lack of parking. Although public parking was convenient we would have preferred to be advised of the parking costs. The living area was a bit constricted given the size of the family.

• Stuart (8/5): A beautiful weekend trip away. There is a real buzz in the town and on the waterfront, even in early Ianuary. The cottag - Lovely cottage so close to the water front. Each of the bedrooms were good sizes and the fantastic amenities inside. Downstairs did get a little chilly. Whilst we increased the heating throughout the cottage, the downstairs never warmed up.
