Everything was a disaster—from the mess in the yard to stains on the ceiling, a dirty bathroom, and outdated conditions that felt like they were from a different era. • Sarah Jane (7/5): Great value, terrible shower - Great value for money! Great location, easy check in, very large room, hairdryer, shampoo, soap etc. and clean and comfortable bed. Having to send them your photo ID before they'd release check-in instructions was inconvenient. And the bathroom: the water, turned on medium hot, had terribly low pressure and was either scalding hot to where you couldn't actually shower underneath it, or very cold, and would do this in intermittent cycles. There was only enough water for about a one and half minute shower before the water turned off. I can't say whether this was typical or I experienced a particularly off day for the shower.

The bathroom had blood, toilet could not be flushed and there was no water all on the first day. The floor was creaking at each step. The dryer was not working and the washing machine made white clothes turn black due to bad drainage. Customer service was poor. The check in was not smooth. They insisted on sending personal information via WhatsApp rather than asking for it to be shown in person. Had me worried about fraud. I did not feel safe at all in the house

The bed was horrible, we were sleeping on the floor because of squeaking. The street is pretty busy, at night as well because the window goes not to completely close. The hallway smells like a cellar. Both bathrooms not in good conditions. You hear everything what neighbours are saying. We were not happy there...

• Marlow (7/5): - The room was well priced. Beds good. We didn't get any street noise. The room was very easy to access with the codes. It was close to the underground. Kitchen looked good in terms of appliances but not a lot of crockery. Bathroom fairly basic with weak (although adequate) shower.

• Vasilisa (6/5): Fine for one night - Simple, useful location, there are some nice cafes and shops around. Room was sad for me, the toilet was dirty, it was a bit like a hostel vibe.
• Eva (5/5): chambre confortable mais logement un peu trop cher pour ce que c’est surtout en période de nouvel an - logement bien placé, proche du métro. il nous manquait une serviette qui a été apportée dans l’heure qui suivait donc personnel efficace la chambre était plutôt correcte avec des lits confortables, un frigo, et de l’espace les parties communes sont sales pas de fourchettes, très peu de verres, et seulement 3 chaises dans la cuisine alors qu’ils proposent des chambres de 4 il faisait très froid dans la salle de bain du haut, la douche fonctionnait mal (pas d’eau chaude et débit très réduit), un soir le robinet de cette salle de bain ne coulait carrément plus. Dans la salle de bain du bas il y avait une fuite au niveau de l’évier et un carreau cassé sous le tapis de bain. Les tapis de salles de bains ne semblaient pas avoir été lavés/changés depuis des semaines. De nombreuses taches de moisissures et d’humidité sur les plafonds.
• Emil (1/5): - The room did not match the pictures on Booking.com and was more worn and run-down than expected. Cleanliness was below our expectations, and there was an unpleasant smell in the stairwell. During the night, the fire alarm battery ran out and started beeping every 30 seconds. We could not reach reception at night, and although the issue was reported in the morning, it was still unresolved when we returned in the evening. Despite the low price, we were disappointed and would not book this hotel again.

• Michela (7/5): Accettabile se si ha spirito di adattamento - Posizione vicina a due stazioni metro. Quartiere carino. Comodo avere il cucinotto. Abbastanza pulito. Camera grandina senza moquette specchio e phon in stanza. Accettabile se si vuole spendere poco. Niente personale in loco, ma accesso veloce con pin. Camera piuttosto spoglia (niente armadi o comodini) e maleodorante anche se pulita. Cucina in comune per 5 stanze parecchio sguarnita (3 sedie in totale, un bicchiere, una tazza, si è no posate e piatti). Lavatrice e asciugatrice perennemente pieni di stracci, quindi non esattamente disponibili. Bagni (uno piccolo e uno grande) in pessime condizioni (pavimento sconnesso, perdite, doccia mezza rotta, e anche lì niente attacca panni o mensole). P.s. la luce in bagno si accende con la cordicella.

La struttura non ha il riscaldamento ed e rotta quindi abbiamo dovuto dormire la stanza fredda . Ho contattato lo staff. Ma dice che doveva chiamare il meccanico fino alla fine della giornata non ho avuto notizie . In più e arrivata una copia entrando nella mia stanza con il codice del soggiorno , io consiglio che dovete cambiare il codice per ogni soggiorno .

• JULIA 0330 (1/5): I am in disqusted what I got for £67 - I didn't like anything to be honest,even the price was too much for this kind of standard. Obviously the owner or manager doesn't have a clue about the hotel standards. In Europe for £67 you can get such a nice room with shower inside, clean, modern but in london it literally gives you horrid stay. First of all it was dirty, floor wasn't mopped for weeks, fridge was smelly and dirty, the whole flat needs urgent renovation. Can see holes in the bathroom ceiling, in the shower in the floor it's just horrid. Curtain pole was broken and actually dangerous. The bed was so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep and it was so load. I would never stay there again. Pictured doesn't show reality at all.

• spiros_f (3/5): Ακατάλληλο για διαμονή πάνω από μία μέρα - Έχει κοντά σταθμό μετρό και στάση λεωφορείου, είναι σχετικά κοντά στο κέντρο, έχει κοντά σούπερ μάρκετ. Το δωμάτιο έχει άλλη εικόνα σε σχέση με τις φωτογραφίες. Στο δωμάτιο δεν υπάρχει ντουλάπα και δεν ανοίγει το παράθυρο. Επίσης δεν ήταν και τόσο καθαρό. Το μπάνιο στον δεύτερο όροφο έχει πολύ κακή εικόνα. Ο θερμαντήρας νερού στο ντους έκανε πολλές διακοπές. Μια μέρα πριν φύγουμε σταμάτησε να δουλεύει! Στην κουζίνα δεν υπήρχαν πηρούνια. Κάτω από τα ντουλάπια του πάγκου έχει φύγει ενα κομμάτι ξύλο ή γυψοσανίδα και δίνει κακή αισθητική.

• Eva (5/5): Aceptable - Lo mejor es la ubicación, en 10 min estás en el metro. El trato me sorprendió, porque al ir con la idea de que no había personal en ningún momento, ni en el check-in, pensaba que nos sentiríamos abandonados, y no, estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo momento a través de mensajes por Booking. La habitación es espaciosa, está bastante limpia y tiene un buen secador de pelo, cosa que las chicas agradecemos cuando vamos de viaje🥰 Las instalaciones podrían renovarse un poco, sobre todo el baño del segundo piso (que es el que nos tocó), la insonorización de las ventanas de la habitación y la iluminación, y la moqueta de toda la escalera, la impresión que te llevas al entrar no es muy buena.

• Ralf (7/5): Don’t expect big luxury, but for the price and that location it was worth the money. - Easy with a code on the front door and room door. Location was great. The bedroom itself was clean and there were plenty of power outlets. There was a kitchen with good oven, microwave and stove although there was a lack of utensils and a good towel to do dishes. Also the tiles underneath the flooring in the bathroom were loose. The guests next to us were rather loud, but that’s not the property’s fault.

• Emily (4/5): Not for me. - The host communication via message was prompt and friendly. The main thing for me is the poor cleanliness. The shared bathrooms/showers/toilets - were bad. I was only there for one night but there was no chance I would ever be using that shower. I wouldn’t walk from the bedroom to the toilet without shoes or at the least socks. The scabby floor mats didn’t look like they’d been washed in a while. The shower itself self was so disgusting on the top floor, the bath on the first floor was not as bad but still not useable. The shared kitchen area was ok. The bed - the frame was soooo squeaky every time we moved it woke me up. The mattress was soooo soft I woke up in pain although that is personal preference. Given the cleanliness of everywhere else I checked the bed and it seemed ok. I wouldn’t personally recommend this place to my friends and I wouldn’t stay there again.

The place was rundown and different very safe if secure It’s not well looked after, the stairs to the room were very old, the carpet was to over up the floor the noise from then. The whole place is in need of a hard renovation.

• Nekane (2/5): Decepcionante - El apartamento está bien situado, cerca de las líneas de metro Bethnal Green y Stepney Green. También dispone de buses cerca. Puedes encontrar diversos sitios para desayunar y supermercados para hacer la compra. Todos los trayectos hacia las zonas turísticas están a media hora del alojamiento (teniendo en cuenta lo grande que es Londres, no está mal). En cuanto a instalciones la cocina no está mal. El personal que nos hemos encontrado ha sido agradable. No suelo dejar este tipo de reviews en Booking, pero me veo en obligación de comentar mi estandía, ya que considero que, por el precio pagado, el apartamento deja mucho que desear. Al realizar la reserva, me esperaba encontrar un apartamento sencillo, sin grandes lujos, pero decente, como aparece en las fotos. Debo decir que las fotos no se asemejan NADA a la realidad. Las habitaciones son mucho más oscuras y pequeñas de lo que parecen. Nada más llegar a la entrada, te adentras por un apartamento oscuro y angosto que da un bastante mal rollo. Nos tocó la ROOM 1, que precisamente daba a la cocina compartida, lo que no proporcionaba nada de intimidad. La cama era demasiado pequeña para dos. Ni siquiera disponía de un armario, tan solo una mesa y una silla donde colgar las pertenencias. En general, el apartamento está bastante trotado. Una de las peores cosas del apartamento sin duda era el ruido externo y la luz. El alojamiento da a la carretera exterior, por donde pasa MUCHÍSIMO más tráfico del esperado. Por el precio, las ventanas deberían estar al menos insonorizadas. Las cortinas tampoco cubren del todo la luz que llega del exterior. El baño compartido no estaba sucio, pero era demasiado simple. Era complicado regular la temperatura de la ducha. Dicho esto, no recomendaría este apartamento, ni volvería a alojarme aquí si vuelvo a Londres.
