• Augustin (6/5): Le séjour était agréable rien à dire de plus - L'appartement est très bien placé, le lit est confortable, le quartier est silencieu et la cuisine est bien équipé. Il manque un micro onde, j'ai trouvé l'intérieure de l'appartement trop froid et l'eau chaude dure trop peu de temps et on se sent chronométré à peine on utilise l'eau chaude ce qui est assez stréssant.
• Hayden Nice (10/5): Overall, it’s clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The host was friendly - The location is excellent — just a short walk to the Acropolis and other major attractions. It’s also very affordable and offers great value for money. The area may feel a bit sketchy at first, but it’s actually quite convenient once you get used to it. The apartment had a slight old smell when we arrived, but it went away after some ventilation.

• John (1/5): Disgraceful response - Location, bed We booked this apartment for two reasons: location and refrigerator (because my wife has medicines that have to be kept cold). On our arrival we discovered the refrigerator was not working and sent a message to the host. They replied that they would get a technician the next day. No offer of ice or any other solution for the first day. The next day I messaged them again asking what time the technician would be coming and we got a reply halfway through the day asking us to check the refrigerator was plugged in (even though I had already told them that the light was working in the fridge). No technician arrived, and they did not reply to any of my further messages about it. There is also mould in the apartment causing it to smell, the shower curtain is missing and the toilet seat is broken. But the disgusting and slow responses to the refrigerator problem was the worst part. We have twice asked for a refund and so far they have ignored us.

• Aleksandra (4/5): Location great but only that - Location was amazing The fridge didn’t work, the water pressure was horrible and we found a bug. I called the host (management group) and they said they will call me back and send someone to check the fridge and they never did. All the cheeses (feta) we bought we had to throw away so we basically wasted money. We couldn’t even have cold bottle of water and it was 38 degrees outside so we really wanted to use the fridge. Also, the apartment is in the basement but it is not shown/described in the add. We only found out one day before check in when we got all the informations
• Magda (1/5): Bad experience in this apartment needing disinfestation - The only good thing for this apartment is its location, very close the rest was a very bad experience. The rest was bad, from brocken equipment, bad cleaning and cockroaches, and low water pressure. The cleaning was not very good to start with (some dust and hairs were visible in corners), then we were surprised by the presence of cockroaches everyday, in the different areas of the apartment, despite our efforts to eliminate them and cover possible entry points. The coffee machine does not switch on; the fridge does not refrigerate. The water pressure is very low, so showers were also not easy! The key holder from the entrance of the building is old making it difficult to open/close the door. I think the apartment lacks maintenance and inspections to be in proper using conditions.

• Kirsten (8/5): Simple and comfortable - Great stay, simple and comfortable. Owner communication was good. The key to the front door of the apartment building is very difficult to open - I had to stand outside for some time before the door would unlock. I suspect the lock needs updating. It wasn’t initially clear which apartment was the one of the booking, perhaps a better explanation would help prior to arrival.

• Venkata (6/5): I don’t recommend to anyone unless the flat can’t be made smell fresh - The apartment offers a decent amount of space, and the kitchen is well-equipped. However, it’s located in a semi-basement, which affects ventilation, making the apartment feel stuffy and causing an unpleasant smell. There were no additional pillows provided, and the AC remote wasn’t working initially. When I informed the staff, they insisted it was fine, but after switching the batteries with the TV remote, the AC worked. The original AC remote batteries were oddly chewed, as if someone believed that would extend their life.

• Janine (6/5): We were only in Athens a couple of days and looking for something not expensive or exceptional. - Location and value were great. Amenities were so so. Coffee machine missing parts, a few things asked of property were not taken care of. It was fine. We got what we paid for, so it wasn't a big deal, but slightly less than expected.

• Angelica (7/5): Good - The location is great! Very safe and for the location affordable. I am glad they had a hair blow dryer and a clothing iron! It was great for the time we were there (2 days). The host was very kind as well! I'd recommend staying here. I wish they had a shower curtain! The bathroom gets very wet when you shower. It's an apartment in the basement so if you like natural light coming in it may not be your best option.
